BEST DRAMA IN CHINESE HISTORY
Highly recommend FOREVER AND EVER . It tells a love story between a shy professor and a initiative voice actress. Since their first sight of each other they were destined to be together. This drama includes actress BAI LU and actor ALLEN REN who’s chemistry together makes science interesting. Their love story is sweet yet spicy, impulsive yet patient, happy yet sad. Going through a roller coaster journey of joy and hardships, the couple strive for a normal and comfortable life. Competing between love and family, the two find comfort and happiness with another. FOREVER AND EVER is the continuing of ONE AND ONLY (recommend before watching FOREVER AND EVER ) and includes the long desired ending for the couple.Was this review helpful to you?

THE BAND-AID FOR ONE AND ONLY
They have to be reincarnated to become an official couple but wait there's more!Everything looks so smooth and I felt another urge of wanting to drop the drama because ML's family was getting on my nerves but hey, I managed to get through those phase.
This drama is the "Band Aid" of the wounds of our broken hearts after what happened to One and Only.
Two high quality actors paired together; Bai Lu and Allen Ren — for this drama is the best decision.
Anyway, I recommend this to people who watched the One and Only, and for people who wanted a roller coaster emotions; definitely not a chill drama guys but WORTH IT!

It's been a long time since I've seen such a green flag relationship !?!? Highly recommend this one because of the main leads' relationship + the storyline - a very very healing drama in itself. I wish I would've known about One and Only before Forever and Ever, because then F&E would've healed the heartbreak I heard will come from O&O, but it is what it is! Wish me luck, since I'll be watching O&O after I wrap this one :-)

This drama have a good cast and the Main leads have this sweet chemistry.One and only was the best drama I watched this 2021, even though they did not end up together at least they loved each other.
And this Forever and ever is so nice and sweet and I like it. I love it. Looking forward to next episodes. I hope also that there will be a 3rd session lol. I just like Bai Lu and Allen together.

Forever and Ever is a great love story, Subtle but sincere.
Forever and Ever involves a great cast and director. I always say that if I can be kept guessing about the outcome to a movie or series then that shows the quality of it. The message of this series is true love, and never giving up if you are lucky enough to find it. I think the two main charachters are well suited for their parts, and have good chemistry together, which is another important quality to this series. However, all the supporting actors are good too, as this series brings many different facets of a complex family together. The scenes between Zhousheng Chen's best friend and lawyer, and the young woman he loves are very poignant. All in all, I think this series was so well made, the actors, the character development, and the storyline. Be sure to have some tissues with you for the sad moments, and there are a few. The ending is satisfying and no I won't drop any spoilers here, but after watching Forever and Ever, I felt like I had been on a journey with the cast and really felt the complexities of their individual lives. Love is worth fighting for, no matter what obstacles come to try to prevent it.Was this review helpful to you?

"Most people’s eyes are shallow, seeing only the skin-deep appearance and not the ‘bones,’ the appearance of the inside.”.This drama has Ren Jia Lun and Bai Lu, they make up the outward beauty, the part that draws you into their story. But it's their connection, their romance, their determination to be together forever no matter what that makes up the 'bones' of this story. This is the inner beauty.
I watched this right after finishing One and Only and I can only say how absolutely perfect this drama was. From start to finish I loved every second of it.
I should warn you there is angst, needless supporting character death and a couple of characters, if you're like me that you will hate on sight.
If you like action, there aren't really any action scenes (aside from a couple of fights), if you like fast paced and/or spice, you should watch something else this drama won't be for you.
But if you love romance, slow, burn romance, slice of life romance... the sink into a blanket in front of a roaring fire romance, sweet, sweet kisses, warm hugs in a bathtub this is the drama for you.
If you're a fan of Ren Jia Lun give this a chance (especially immediately after you've watched One and Only) you won't regret it. My only regret is that I didn't watch these two dramas sooner.

Everyone's dream
A very good storyline that every man and women nowadays will very nuch wish for but the truth is, its so hard to get.To think of it, loving forever can be just a very simple thing but how many can even get near, sad.
What is love? How much is love? How long is love? Always able to dream of, easy to say, hard or even never ever to get for most.
One of the best drama that i have watched in recent years. Also the OST, nice and very heartening.
Will recommend all to watch and really not only to just to dream if it, but to make it happen.

Ren jialun and bi lu acting are amazing. To watch these 3 episodes i knew they both have such a great actor and actress that they accomodate so easily in both classical and modern era. I am really impressed to watch only episode 1, ren jialun is such an great actor and when i watched them together(with actress) then i feel the same aura of season 1 just with modern flavour. And i love it so so much. I have no word to praise actor, actress, supporting actor, actress and crew mombers ' work. Just to watch 3 episodes anyone can estimate that all did great job. All cast and crew members did very hard word and put a lot of effort. Its picturised very beautifully. Thank you director for such strong story . Not worth it after one and only
As another review said, after watching one and only, I needed justice. I normally read reviews beforehand to see whether stories have a happy ending and if it doesn’t I just don’t watch (seriously, Asian dramas have broken my heart too much).Thus , I only started watching one and only after I saw forever and ever was completed. But honestly, what a waste. One and only was captivating, even with the tragic ending. This drama was not. Maybe if you watch it on its own you’ll enjoy it but after coming from a drama with so much personality, so much happening and just so much soul, this drama was just flat, dull, banal. We went from beautiful cinematography to, what felt like, shades of grey. It felt like each episode had like one thing happening and then just a lot of nothing. The actors went from showing all their skills in one and only to, again, nothing.
I dropped this. The ending of one and only was enough for me. Maybe on a day when I can’t find anything to watch I’ll try to finish it.

Pure and mature love
I just so in love with this drama!!I love Zhousheng Chen and Shi Yi relationship. Thier love is very pure, kind, healthy and mature❤️ No selfish, no childish. Watching this drama makes my face can't stop smiling! Their interaction is really cute and sweet. I love Shi Yi, she is mature, brave, kind, humble and always support Zhousheng Chen. While Zhousheng Chen is really cute, brave, and always put Shi Yi first. They always learn to know and accept each other. I think everyone need a man like Zhousheng Chen. And I hope someday I can meet my Zhousheng Chen💗

Una comune storia di amore che si intreccia con altrettante storie d'amore senza particolare rilievo nel suo svolgimento.La famiglia di lui tradizionalista, benestante e classista. La famiglia di lei moderna e piccolo borghese. Lui, il tipico scienziato tanto brillante nella carriera quanto impacciato nelle relazioni sociali e sopratutto nella relazione amorosa benché profondamente innamorato ed empatico. Lei un poco più vivace , bella e paziente, pura di sentimenti e profondamente innamorata.
La cosa che più mi ha disturbata in questo drama è la lungaggine con cui procede in mezzo a dialoghi piatti dal contenuto banale. Certe scene sono leeeee...nte,come quelle delle poche volte in cui si approcciano e si baciano ; ho voluto tornare indietro e contare quell'interminabile tempo precedente il primo bacio: ben 53 secondi (!)per avvicinare le labbra; che noia. Non c'è azione, solo dialoghi e nemmeno consistenti. Insomma: sia la sceneggiatura che la regia, per me, sono davvero poco attraenti. la storia avrebbe benissimo potuto risolversi in tre o quattro puntate tante è ripetitiva nelle situazioni.
Se devo dire una nota positiva: i dialoghi tanto banali sono resi sopportabili dalla musica di sottofondo che è armoniosa.
Ho dato 1 la rewacht poiché ho fatto fatica ad arrivare fino all'ultima puntata ( saltandone tre dopo le prime venti), figuriamoci sciropparmene altre trenta nuovamente.
Secondo me è una storia adatta a sognatrici adolescenti che amano indulgiare e crogiolarsi in sospensioni emotive.
