Lovely
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this coming-of-age story. Unlike many other dramas in this genre, the teenage leads are written with a level of maturity and depth that is rare to see. There are no "childish" or grating characters here; instead, we get a grounded look at youth.The highlight for me was the genuine friendship between the group—it felt authentic and supportive rather than filled with unnecessary angst. To top it off, the romance between the main leads was absolutely adorable and built on a solid foundation. A well-deserved 10/10 for a drama that respects its characters and its audience!

Masterpiece
It was really a sunshine to my soul. One of the best chinese dramas and after this I realise I need my Rang Rang 🥹 (yes, with these cute dimples). I really loved the acting of the male lead.The best that the female lead supported so much this guy, because he absolutely deserved it. And I must point that a parent must not behave like this, like they did with their son. I was really angry, when they did not give him any support, my heart blood for him.
All who love chinese dramast (even one) must see it.

When I Fly Towards You - A Purely Wholesome Watch!
Oh god, what is this drama... TOO GOOD! I didn’t even plan on watching it, but it was recommended to me after Reply 1988, and hands down... so cuteeee! 😭💖. I DISLIKED NOTHING IN THIS DRAMA..... I LOVEEEEE IT 😭💗🌸☺️I love everything about the ML and FL. There’s no unnecessary drama, no forced misunderstandings, and no pointless breakups like in other dramas. It’s just pure, wholesome romance, and that’s what I love the most about it!
Even the second leads, Jiang Jia and Gu Ran, had such amazing chemistry. I was just as invested in their love story! Every character feels meaningful, and the school days vibe is so fun and nostalgic. Makes me wish I had someone like that too, lol. 😆
If you’re looking for a heartwarming, no-drama, feel-good romance, this is it! 💫✨

For the young once..
I love the drama Intro!!!This drama is not for someone looking for plot twists, angst, misunderstandings or drawn out back stories. This drama is for someone who is looking to spend their/hours feeling good and appreciating friendship and love.
Let’s just say I am in my late 30s. I watch both Korean and Chinese dramas and i have dropped a lot of them. I watch different genres depend on my mood. I started to watch this drama while waiting for new episodes of Hidden Love and I finished the whole drama overnight. I’m one to read reviews on here before starting a drama. No regrets for me. My hours were well spent and have actually rewatched multiple times. I also read the novel and I liked how they adapted it in this drama. This drama has become an escape for me. A feel good watch on a day off. A pick me upper. This drama and Harry Potter movies are my safe haven. I wish I can forget about this drama and rewatch it anew each time.
- i wanted to go back to high school to experience friendship like theirs.
- main couple love story, i love. For some it might come off as childish because of su zaizai but if you actually watch closely you will appreciate their conversations. And for someone very closed off as ZLR, he needed someone who is persistent like SZZ. They have good communication even in High school. Seeing ZLR develop from no smile to tiny smile to an actual laugh is endearing and adorable to watch. It does not feel like a slow burn for me because even at the early episodes you can already see ZLR being interested at SZZ. The non conflict is also believable since they communicate well. I appreciate their loyalty to each other. I love ZLR’s speech in the end and that proposal, it was very intimate and very touching. I actually felt happy for them like I know them personally.
- second couple was fun, touching and GR’s loyalty is appreciated. Love their development from friends to lovers too!
- guan fang and his grandma they were very adorable. Their scenes touched my heart. Their conversation after the play was very heartfelt.
- ZLR parents very real in my experience.
- casting was great! acting was very believable. Knowing that they had to change some actors i can’t imagine watching someone else play their characters.
- i love the music/songs that they used. Summer Night by White Coast is my driving music.

one of the best drama in chinese. It's a must watch . whenever I watch chinese drama I get lose interest to watch episode after 15 episodes. but this one doesn't let you down. When you will start watching this ,you will watch this drama till end ...One of the best drama shows internationally. The chemistry between Zhang Lurang and Su Zaizai is insanely good. The cinematography is beautiful and the story is super sweet. It follows the story of two highschool students who navigate life, studies, friendships and more.
Su Zaizai is incredibly cute! She's also very courageous, hardworking and perceptive. I love how she is very adorable and girly but knows exactly when to stand her ground. Not only is she bold is pursuing Lurang, she brings out a side of him that he never knew existed. And she's not just a dopey lovesick girl but someone who is determined and has self discipline too.
Lurang has my whole heart. He's super smart, shy and gentle. And he's friends with good people like Guran and Guan Fang! They are all incredibly chivalrous, charming and sweet. I loved the adorable bond between Guan Fang and his grandma. And Guran who silently treated Jia so well without ever boasting about it. Jia was a great friend to Zaizai who always supported her and stayed by her side. I loved that there was no unnecessary drama in the show and the conflicts and misunderstandings were quite quickly solved and cleared up instead of being dragged out for lazy plot-writing.
The friendships and the bonds between characters were incredibly refreshing to see. Zaizai's parents were also lovely and Lurang's were... realistic too. It's great to see healthy friendships with no jealousy and doting parents for once. The show was wrapped up nicely too and very entertaining throughout. I love how the main couple not only liked each other but constantly strived to be their best version to be more deserving of each other and never held back from loving honestly and earnestly. Again, the chemistry was SO good! 💯

hope this kind of relationship finds me
At first, I was hesitant to watch this because I’m not really into modern dramas. But since I had no idea what else to watch, I ended up giving it a try… and I absolutely loved it! Zhang Lurang is the ultimate green flag boyfriend—seriously, forever a favorite! Zhou Yiran fits the character perfectly, making viewers relive the sweet high school romance and bringing back nostalgic memories. I’d love to see Zhou Yiran in a colossal drama someday.Highly recommended, especially for those looking to switch from Korean to Chinese dramas! Give this one a try!

THE MOST COMFY CDRAMA
my favorite cdrama.... and the only drama with 24 eps i watch for less than 24hrs T______T i love how healthy their relationship..... even tho zaizai at jiangyi & rangrang at suyang, they still have a healthy relationship with no conflict daaaamn..... i rlly love this type of drama, rhe complications in this drama are not too serious and the plot continues to run smoothly and well. i also like their friendship, it's really my dream friendship :< also i cried when jiang attended zaizai & rangrang's wedding, i really felt their journey together..... from jiang, who had accompanied zaizai from the start which is when zaizai liked rangrang, until he attend their wedding. and side couple in this drama IS MY FAVORITE SIDE COUPLE OF ALL THE DRAMAS!!!! My heart is full
This is a pure, wholesome, melt your heart kind of love. It's rare for me to give a 10/10. But the feels I had with this one are exactly what I'm always searching for. This is one that I wish I could re-watch for the 1st time over and over again. Their romance will live rent free in my heart.I love that there is no messy break up or awful miscommunications. This is a pure fluffy first love romance.

My top list drama that i keep rewatch and hardly move on
I absolutely love the story of "When I Fly Towards You," where she falls in love first, but he falls harder. If you're a fan of high school dramas filled with sweet memories that unconsciously make you smile, this is the perfect drama for you (the best part : happy ending for all characters 💖)It features a bubbly female lead who chases a cool and quiet male lead, solid friendships, and a world where no one is too cruel.
Admittedly, the first three episodes are a bit slow as they introduce all the characters, but hang in there because it becomes one of those unforgettable dramas that are hard to move on from after watching.
I can't get over Zai-Zai and Rang-Rang, but I truly love all five main characters. 💖 Whenever I feel bored with other dramas or need a comforting show to watch while eating, this drama is at the top of my list—I’ve rewatched it more than ten times! I seriously can't move on!
While watching, I never skip any part, not even the lovely second lead's love story. Nowadays, many dramas try to capture the same vibe, but none can keep you engaged from start to finish without feeling bored or encountering weird plots.

DAMN. This drama is best school life drama I have ever seen. amazing friendship, romance, comedy, emotional and drama. I loved the chemistry of su Zai Zai and Zhang lurang. I love how FL chases ML till the end where he too falls for her. If you look for she fell first and he fell harder, THIS IS THE ONE. Go for it. This is one of first dramas who also focus on second lead with first lead. AHHHHH second lead was also too good. Waste of My Time and Boring
So I recently watched WIFTY cuz of all the hype and yung kai blue song and all I can say is how i wished to drop this drama and 2x + 10sec the 2nd half cuz of how boring and dragging it got, i think this was clearly not meant for me and the target demographic was teenage girls idk cuz this didnt hit any points for me at all.The fl was likeable at first but she got annoying later like gurl develop a some personality except for making ranran ur whole personality and lurang was just bearable watch too. Also women in cdrama idk why they act so childish just irks me off like NO, no women irl does this esp at workspace bfr. AND that couple video at ppt shown was so cringe like i am sorry no one reacts like that or cheers for u in a uni if ur couple video just randomly just starts playing off, the only thing u'r getting are side eyes and grumbles.
Then came the second leads who's relationship was dragged down to the core and done so poorly like wdym the ones that had some personality got only 2 ep of screentime as a couple and the ones who had been dating for like the past 18 episodes are still getting more screentime as a couple. Honestly i grew tired of watching the mls.
LASTLY, THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS DRAMA WAS GUAN FANG. HIS LORE WAS GOOD AND WAS AN ACTUAL INTERESTING CHARACTER FOR ME. PLUS HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS GRANDMA WAS SO SWEET. AND I WAS LITERALLY WAITING FOR SOME KIND OF ROMANCE FOR HIM, LIKE YOU TELLING ME 6 YRS AFTER SCHOOL THEY STILL COULDNT GIVE A HINT OF HIS ROMANCE STARTING, AT LAST A 6 SEC CLIP AT THE END OF DRAMA COULD SUFFICE TOO BUT NO THE LEADS HAD TO GET EVEN THAT. HE WAS MY FAV CHARACTER AND I ENJOYED EVERY SEC OF HIS SCREENTIME.
ANYWAYS the drama was visually pleasing no lie and the friendship element was cute but for me personally this drama was 6/10 and thats too because of guan fang and a little bit of 2nd leads.
