A Wholesome Satisfaction throughout 1 Hour
I know U guyss already know through the Synopsis that it'll be a School-Bullying Theme.Yes,There Are bullying. Everytime you watch them Your Blood will Boil to the Highest Peak. But Trust Me it was needed for the satisfaction you'll feel in the later Episode. If you can't feel the Pain of Victim or can't Hate the Villain enough the satisfaction will be dull for you. Both The actors Did really well in their part.Shin hae sun is always my favourite actress, on the other hand Hating a handsome man like Lee Jun young is really hard. But they Both really nailed their character. Other side characters r good too.How i wish it would be a Drama rather than a Movie.why?? because i feel chemistry.. hihihi 🤩😍

Worth watching for the end result
Every show about bullies Should come with a TRIPLE WARNING about the level of predatory evil and violence depicted. Are there animals like this as living examples of the perps in this movie? While I shudder to think the devil has spawned such human beings, history proves they do exist. Therefore, watch at your own emotional and psychological peril. Viewer, know yourself! The bullying behavior is unfiltered, so this has no entertainment value for normal people. And even the retribution favor is dialed back (thankfully). A difficult watch but our leading lady actress does an amazing job as always. And the head bully (Lee Jun Young) did too good a job in his role. Very frightening. I have zero desire to rewatch this. But it was worth while.

Shin Hye Sun is the Reason to Watch
Overall, a good movie to watch and enjoy, especially if you like the bully getting it in the end. Shin Hye Sun was great here and I loved that she was taking hits and wasn't just beating the bully up.It's a hard watch though but a lot of the bully movies and TV shows are. I mean the level of vitriol that bullies seem to have against people they consider less than is just wild. The fact that schools and administrators and the police often don't do anything either not to mention Korea's lack of discipline when it comes to minors who do horrible shit. It's a lot to unpack. Just a terrible situation that Korean society seems to be ok with.
5/4/25

Bullies are just over the top
I would suggest to watch this movie atleast once. The story was not that phenomenal, the regular school bullies taking it to the next level and school authorities are just letting them be, until finally someone steps forward. The same old rich power trip continues, but the characters acting w as on point.I fell in love with the FL, the movie made me realise how pretty one looks when fighting for the right thing.
Hats off to Shin Hye -sun, l was aww struck by her acting and that of Lee Jun young.
Some thing that felt lacking would be Han Soo Kang having a backstory. He has a step mother and some rumours about his family and that was all. It was up to our imagination, to make up as to why he is the way he is.!!

Review of "Brave Citizen" – 10/10?
I watched Brave Citizen kind of randomly — I wasn’t expecting anything too special, but wow… I ended up loving it way more than I thought I would. It made me feel so many things — anger, hope, sadness, and honestly, a lot of inspiration. For me, it’s a definite 10/10💕 because it really left a strong impression and I can’t stop thinking about it.The movie follows So Si Min, a teacher who starts to stand up against injustice in the school she works at. What I liked the most is that she isn’t some perfect superhero. She’s just a regular person who’s been through a lot, and even though she’s scared and unsure at times, she still chooses to be brave. And that’s what makes her so powerful.
A lot of times, when I watch movies like this, the characters feel kind of distant or too “perfect” to relate to. But Si Min felt so real to me. I kept wondering what I would do if I were in her place. Would I be brave enough to speak up? Would I take that risk? I’m honestly not sure — and that’s exactly why I admire her so much.
The film also really shows how often people stay silent when something wrong happens. Either because they’re scared, or they think it’s not their problem, or they believe nothing will change. And Si Min starts out that way too — trying to mind her own business — but eventually, she just can’t ignore it anymore. That’s what I think is the most powerful message in the movie: you don’t need to be famous or rich or important to make a difference. You just need a voice. And the courage to use it.
The acting was amazing, especially from Shin Hye-sun, who played Si Min. You could feel every emotion through her performance — her frustration, sadness, strength, and determination. It wasn’t overacted or fake at all. It was so natural that I forgot I was even watching a movie. It just felt real.
I also liked how the school was portrayed. It wasn’t some perfect, shiny place. It felt more honest — like the way schools can sometimes be in real life, with pressure, unfair rules, and people who abuse power. That made the story even more meaningful. Because when the problems are realistic, the solutions feel real too. And it really made me believe that even one person standing up can start to change things.
After it ended, I just sat there for a minute in silence. It’s the kind of movie that stays with you after the credits roll. And the best part is, it wasn’t boring or too serious the whole time. It had moments of action, strong emotions, and just the right amount of intensity. It kept me interested from beginning to end.
On my personal scale, this is definitely 10/10💕 — not just because it was a great movie, but because it actually made me think. It reminded me that bravery isn’t about being fearless. It’s about doing the right thing, even when you’re afraid. And that’s something I really needed to see.

All The fighting scenes are Chef Kiss.
After a long time a proper Action Movie which is beautifully Done even with a Cliff-Hanger ending. I mean they can even make a another Movie continuation of this storyline.A big applause for the Director and the writer. The Story: Nailed every point of a revenge Plot.Very satisfying to see every punch.Boxing part choreographed brilliantly.
Acting : The casting is Top notch.Watching The ML playing as a Villain with this handsome face is scary.FL did her job wonderfully obviously she is a renowned actress.
Music: Nothing memorable. But not boring too.
Overall a Nice watch for a Movie point of view.

I loved, loved, loved this movie!
Do yourself a favor and watch this. It is so incredibly satisfying to see the bad guys get their dues. The last time I felt this satisfied with justice/revenge was watching The Glory. I wish they made this into a TV show. I'd love to see Shin Hye Sun's character So Si Min go around different schools and rid them of bullies. Just when I thought Shin Hye Sun couldn't impress me any more with her acting abilities, she dazzles. Was this review helpful to you?
those final punches
If you are on Twitter (X) you can see many instances where students dare to provoke teachers and even fight with them. This movie is, of course, a fictional story about something similar, a teacher who if provoked into fighting with a student. The story is quite simple but unexpected, and the resolution is well prepared and realized. There is action, comedy, drama, all mixed into a cute and yet brutal high school experience. Boy, I am so happy that i am not in high school anymore. This movie is not a super hero blockbuster, even though at one moment it seemed to be going into superhero direction. I am glad it didn't and that the women strength is depicted as realistically as possibile in the logic of the movie. Also, i just read here on the site that this is based on a webtoon and i must say that the movie gave me that vibe and reminded me on "Lookism" and "Moving". And yes, those final punches were straight from the comics.
.. 요 or should i say Meow!

Solid acting, classic story - entertaining overall thanks to the cast performances
This movie is relatively classic and predictable as it follows the journey of a new teacher in a high school where she fight against toxic environment with heavy bullying. Despite the classic trope and context, it manages to remain all along very entertaining and griping with an effective storytelling. There is no real surprise and it tends to be a bit too unrealistic for the action sequences in a Webtoon / Anime way, but it is an enjoyable overall story. The production value was good, there are some strikingly horrifying and atrocious bullying scenes. The OST is alright but not memorable. The acting was certainly the strongest point of the film. The ensemble cast did a very good job. I had some trouble to reconcile the image I had of Lee Jun Young as the main villain here. It was such an unexpected contrast with the only role I had previously seen him (in Love & Leashes) that it kinda blow my mind. He was impressively frightening as this monstruous student thirsty for blood and inflicting deep suffering on his fellow peers.
The stand out performance for me is Park Jung Woo playing the main victim : he has some ultra memorable and painful scenes that truly amped the stakes. To be honest, both Lee Jun Young and Park Jung Woo are difficult to picture and find believable as highschoolers, but I'm not complaining of their casting in the roles given the quality of their performances. Next to them, Shin Hye Sun does an honorable job but she pales a bit in comparison and feel not as credible in the fight sequences.
I would recommend this to people that are looking for a vigilante story, featuring some teaching moments and action akin to webtoon/anime style fighting scenes. The overall story is classic but very entertaining, supported by strong performances. Be mindful of the tags if you have any triggers, as it is pretty graphic in the violence showcased.

Loved it!
I loved this sooooo much!! I was searching for a good K movie, then I wanted to try this and I think I found a genre that I love bully male student - female teacher. She is sooooo badass and I loved seeing that student get what he deserves.. I know it's unpopular but the absolute sexual tension between them was 🔥🔥. Tho obviously they are mortal enemies.. I really felt bad so bad for the bullied student! So trigger warning looots of bullying and blood and fights in general. I loved her dual faces, one is a cute airhead teacher and the other is badass boxer cat. This is a 10 for me.. It just hit every good spotWas this review helpful to you?
