Let me tell you with novel pov :
-Both has FL time-travelling to the period where our story starts. Both can't go back to their respective bodies as original soul of the bodies are already died and only soul of FL is survive by time-travelling through our story' main character.
-Both ML served for King of their period and they both have aristocratic family background.
-For FL, both are model student in their respective major, and undoubtedly smart. Their Inquisitive and quirky personality gives headache to their partner yet this is the reason they get attract to our FL isn't it.
-As slow-burned romance should, things are not going well at first in both. But don't worry it's always in Male Chases Females First tag.
-With politic, romance, time-travelling and most importantly period piece with extra comedic spice. I hope you should try this two master pieces for yourself.

Both these dramas are about smart female leads and capable young lords. The stories hold no similarities yet I feel that someone who liked one of these dramas might like the other.

Mandatory to watch the first part of this series otherwise you won't understand anything in part 2, so kind of a given recommendation.

Both FLs are resourceful and use their wits to get out of tricky situations. Mainly due to their unfortunate childhood, they have had to learn to be like that and rely on themselves.

Both MLs are generals and have an intriguing dark character.

The male lead in both dramas is a general from a influential background with daddy issues. Both female leads is smart and resourceful, having experienced adversity.

Another reverse harem chinese drama that has 1 Female lead and 3 Male Leads set in ancient historical China

similarities:
both FL are a general's daughter who is smart and charming.
both FL fall in love with the son/adopted son(in LLTG) of the emperor.
in both the ML seeking the truth about their dead family.
in both the emperor is really smart and have full trust in the ML and later in the FL and also want them to be together.

Completely different storyline but both are the direction towards sadness and loneliness , overcome hardship relying each other
P.s the cinematography is great in both, calm and pleasant.

One of Zhao Lu Si's best performances. Costume drama already aired 2022. Must see in my opinion. Peace?

Both of these shows have a man who is stoic, dangerous and powerful who is seeking revenge in secret for the death of family. They also both control their own loyal guards, They both fall in love with a girl who wants only to live free and is very smart and crafty, making moves on her own to help herself and her friends. The LLTG mom and the Unchained Love empress are played by the same actress. One of them is clearly more evil than the other.

If you wish to see more sweet, caring yet badass generals fall in love these are drama for you. Though i have to mention that familiar stranger is more straightforward.

FL lived away from parents and came back at a certain age
FL entangled with taciturn military figure
FL with a mother who appears to be their biggest adversary
FL is a character who is willing to seek revenge for those who act against her and does it in a smart way

Although the plot is different. The main female leads are in both dramas. And both have a similar vibe when it comes to the leads romance and certain situations.
