C Dramas have such good BGM's but why do they not release it :/

(For clarification, I'm not looking for the OST but the background music that plays, like the one with the bells at the end of episode 1 when Wei Shao sees Xiao Qiao for the first time.)

Ikr I love the Cdrama bgm's but hate that we'll probably never get half of them :/
