After the First Sino-Japanese War, Japanese warlords plan an invasion of China from Manchuria, forming an alliance with General Tao. This prompts Chinese generals to oppose him, with martial artist "Rapid Fist" Sau Pai Lung emerging as the key figure in their resistance. Despite repeated assassination attempts by Japanese forces, Sau triumphs. The invaders then turn to notorious killers, including monk Yin Feng and gunslinger Black Crane, and use exotic weaponry to defeat Sau.
