Daicon Film's Return of Ultraman

After the meteorite Lambda 1 wipes out Hiratsune City, the science team MAT heads out to investigate. MAT member Ibuki is attacked by the monster Bug Jewel, causing him to crash while piloting his MAT Arrow aircraft. After conventional weaponry is proven ineffective against the monster, the Earth Defense Force clears MAT to use nuclear force. MAT's Captain, Ibuki's father, plans to sortie the day after in a MAT Arrow equipped with nuclear weapons. MAT member Hayakawa attempts to stop Ibuki, but is restrained by the rest of MAT. Hayakawa, secretly Ultraman, decides to transform to stop the MAT Arrow and the Bug Jewel.
