Totally Enjoyed It
REMARRIAGE AND DESIRESI liked it, it's rather realistic, this revenge unlike some dramas where revenge is done easily or weird, just i think it's pretty late for revenge, but she won.
Disappointed romance between leads, i wanted more, but actors are good for shown emotions. So blame it on the short episode.
The character that I adored and loved the most is Choi Yoo sun, the great boss of REX. If there's one word I would use to describe her, it would be BOLD, this woman has always done everything to be on top and she is intelligent and hardworking, she is not afraid of anything, yes I know that she took advantage of her old husband's money and some connections. But that's the goal isn't it? To SECURE the BAG 😌
Actor Lee Hyun Wook is so good looking and fit 🥵🥵

Oh man...
I had such high hopes for this drama. It had an interesting and unique premise. I also don't typically watch these kinds of dramas so it was different for me. I wanted to see what people meant when they said it was underrated, and it was interesting, and it really had me engaged, episode after episode. It's short length also appealed to me. But I think it's going to be a let down. I was so excited to see justice be so sweetly served but it was disappointed, to say the least, that a man had to swoop in and deal the finishing blow. I haven't finished the rest of the episodes so maybe it'll get better and reveal things to change my mind since I still have 2 episodes. But it's not looking so good right now...EDIT:
UMMM. WHAT. Yeah no. After that ending, I'm dropping the ratings of this drama.
It was just two episodes left so I didn't think it could get much worse. But dang, I was wrong. There were barely any love or chemistry between the two main leads and yet they ended up getting married? And all of a sudden, the mother of the main lead has no issue with it? I had so many other issues by the end of it but it's late and I don't want to waste more time with this drama. Damn this was definitely a let down.

Promising but doesn’t pack a punch.
the story is good but then it doesn’t tie together at all and everything just happens very quickly towards the end. like if the man who went to jail had evidence of the girl’s crimes why wouldn’t he show it as evidence to get a lighter sentence??? the main leads have chemistry but there’s no clear point where they develop feelings and then suddenly “Will you marry me?” like huh??? no character development for the male lead. he says “I don’t trust women” bc of his horrible ex wife and then they don’t dig deeper at all 😭😭 it was a mini series when it should’ve had 16 eps.Was this review helpful to you?

What in heaven?
She was seeking revenge but in the end, other people did it for her, it was confusing. She did not have any idea how to plan it, she could learn from Moon Dong-eun (The Glory series). However, I felt bad for all the things that she suffered, it was awful.
Anyway, I could not find chemistry between the main leads, I was surprised when they said that wanted to be together, like what? The romance was nonexistent.
Thank God for the ML, SL, and the villain!
Ms. Choi was great. She went through a lot of bad stuff, she deserved some consolation.
Overall, it was entertaining. If you are looking for an act of elaborate revenge, it's not happening here. It was too obvious at the end.

Just Amazing
My first time writing a review but this drama was just too perfect for me. I've been in a slump where I can't finish most dramas I start but this was just perfect, every angle was completed in 8 episodes and that's not easy to achieve. The acting of course was amazing and the ending is just perfect. The bad girl actually got punished and she wasn't shown to have immediate repentance which is reality, people don't just repent suddenly, it comes gradually. Would definitely recommend drama. The music/ost was the icing on the cake, that just made me want to watch the next episode.

Greek Gods Dates
My first time to watch both leads in a drama. I don't remember LeeHyun Wook's role in She Would NeverKnow. But, I did watch that drama because of Rowoon and loved it.I'm honestly not a fan of revenge plots. Like, the main husband cheated so he only gets what he deserves. I mean you reap what you sow. It clearly shows that the wife still loves her husband afterall. I mean, why bother going thru all those when she can just start a better life with her daughter. Well, I guess to clear out husband's name for them not to be bullied in any way may it be for work or school for their child.
I'll point out first the downside of this drama for me. One, is the FL's fashion sense. Like come on, she looked like a 50 yr old woman where her rival looked around in her mid 30's only. I hope she was dressed with something that she'll look like at least in her late 30's or early 40's perhaps. Given that her ML looked like he was just in his mid 30's. Second, given the title, I was kinda looking forward to more romance and steaminess in this drama, but, that felt lacking. Like, come on, I don't remember if the MC ever kissed in a single ep. Third, the finale. Like, the wedding gown is a failure, even the ceremony itself, like why would the ex march her down to the aisle? I mean, it should have been the son of the groom at least.
As for the good point of this drama, as any typical kdrama plot, the first episode will get you hooked with the substance its giving. I liked Hyun Wook, He looks hot in his role. I kinda hope I'd seen how he kissed. I enjoyed the family date in the yacht. I wwas looking forward to more dates of them. Sadly, the finale felt rushed. And yeah, lots of words have been quite eaten here...like the son telling he doesn't want to have a sibling and FL saying, she won't remarry ever in this life.
Justice was served, another good thing. But, how these dating agencies work in Korea is another level. Like, I never experienced such and being classified with your social status...only in Asian countries I think does this thing work.
Overall, not really satisfying drama for me. But, still a decent watch. Gave it an 8 inspite no skinships by the MC.

Remarriage and Desires — Revenge Without Rebirth, Strength Without Losing the Soul
So many revenge dramas rely on fantasy — time travel, rebirth, second lives. Remarriage and Desires chooses something far more difficult: a woman who survives, changes, and grows stronger in real time. There is no reset button. There is no supernatural justice. Only choice. And that is why this story feels more human.A Woman Who Refuses to Become a Monster
After her husband’s death, the truth behind his betrayal slowly emerges. Her grief transforms into anger, and her anger into purpose. But she does not lose herself. This drama understands something essential: revenge is not about becoming cruel. It is about reclaiming dignity. And yet, love interrupts her plan. Because pain does not erase the need to feel. This tension between revenge and vulnerability is the heart of the series.
A Cast Led by Women
While the men are well-acted, this is a story ruled by women.
- Kim Hee-sun carries the evolution of the protagonist with grace, never exaggerating, never softening her pain.
- Jung Eugene is a chilling, intelligent villain — not loud, but strategic.
- Cha Ji-yeon is the most fascinating presence: unpredictable, layered, and morally ambiguous. You never truly know which side she is on — and that makes her powerful.
They are not stereotypes. They are forces.
Why This Revenge Works
This is not a fantasy. It is a psychological transformation. Watching her rebuild herself, instead of escaping into another life, makes the victory feel earned.
Final Thought
Remarriage and Desires proves that revenge does not need magic to be satisfying. Sometimes, becoming stronger is the greatest weapon of all.

This was something I went with high expectations, full of melodrama and plot twists but It definitely didn't go the way I thought it would. MY disappointment was Not with the story but the execution of it. I did ended up enjoying it though , finishing it in one go.I think for me what's lacking was mainly the script. It feels very lazy and lack of research. For example letting a lecture be done behind scenes or muting.
Another one was build up scenes which is supposed to very dramatic were often anti climatic. And some of it weren't satisfactory.
The whole investigation and trials feels very easy leaving me wondering why she didn't do it in the first place.
At the end of the day it doesn't feel like portrayal of strong character but just another damsel in distress, the main protagonist makes me frustrated.
However, I did enjoy it. I think it has to do with the cast and very good acting. They were the highlight of the drama

Empty. Overrated.
Not sure if I had high expectations based on reviews or the show is just really empty. So there's greed, desperation, revenge, infidelity.. but still empty. I was waiting for something to actually happen but meh. 3 episodes would've been enough. The only good thing about the show is that it's short. Not sure if I had high expectations based on reviews or the show is just really empty. Plot kept me watching, but the cast and acting was disappointing.
This is the first time I actually liked the antagonist (Jin Yoo Hee) more than the protagonist (Seo Hye Seung). The female lead was so weak and disappointing that I actually found her rather irritating and annoying as the show progressed. I thought that she would toughen up and show some fighting spirit as the show continued but really, she just kept losing her mind, always three steps behind her enemy and pushing away all the people who cared about her and wanted to help her. Her strategy for revenge was so dumb really - to expose her rival in a public setting? I mean seriously?I usually love how korean dramas do romance, but if you're looking for some cute moments or hot kissing scenes, don't watch this. there is ZERO romance. This was definitely not a romance genre. The female lead wore such a bitter scowl the whole show I found it really hard to see why any of the male leads would fall for her. There was nothing special or charismatic about her character that I liked at all - she had a very boring personality and at times her choices were so stupid that it was hard to admire or respect her in any way. Although she's quite a pretty actress, her bitter scowl and terrible dress sense throughout the whole show really made her very unattractive. I don't recall a single moment where she laughed or even smiled - all she did was brood the whole show. And the male leads? Also disappointing. Very handsome but both male leads had zero personality that made them lovable or likable.
Best performance (and best looks) came from the evil girl...Jeong Eu-Gene who played Jin Yoo Hee. She totally MADE the show! without her I would have stopped watching. Not going to rewatch.

Great mini marriage drama
I love it! Just by reading the title, I can tell it's about revenge, drama, and desires.I really enjoy the entire cast. The female antagonist definitely portrayed her character well! She was also in the drama 'W,' and I liked her there too. It's nice to see her take on a different role. She's certainly annoying and a bit of a villain, but she effectively demonstrates her character.
I like the female lead as well! She’s fantastic and brings an empathetic aura with her dedication to accomplishing her goals.
I love both of the male characters—they're so handsome! (LOL)
Anyway, I really enjoyed this short 8-episode series; it's a great break from the ongoing dramas airing right now. This is a must-watch! ♡♡
