Ya'll I am nothing but a puddle of tears. was not expecting that beautiful representation in a period Kdrama...😭😭😭A mother not only seeing her child, but excepting & embracing them in such a loving & protective way...I gotta go hug my mom real quick after this one.

This clinched it for me - the epitome of a parent's love is to accept their child as they are. I love the Queen's gentle expression to her son. Beautiful

A mother would really do anything to protect her children. She is smart and she was able to overcome all obstacles while caring and fixing her children's flaws.

This episode is tear jerking. I love this episode so much. The queen is an amazing and extreamly understanding mother whoshows unconditional love for her sons no matter how they chose to live. Their are parents who are not willing to accept their child for who they are or what they want to be. Total respect for the writers of this drama.

The last 15 mins showed the pure love of a mother toward her child. Her child. Nothing more, or less than love toward her child. If everyone in this world had this unconditional love (without ANY conditions attached) then this world wouldn't be in the mess it's in.
ps. I cried buckets for both of them. For the mother to have lost a son, and gained a daughter. For the son to have lost his old self, and gained his new identity.
