Fluffy, Cute Romance.
It was a nice watch. Its been quite a long time since I watched a movie. Me watching this was very random. Since I kinda had a burnout from watching dramas for a while. Thankfully this was a good pick. Cute, fluffy and funny. It just needed more scenes of them together. The leads do have great chemistry together. Would love to watch more of them together. There dating scenes should have been explored more.I had a bit of psychopath diary vibes with that curly hairdo of shi yoon's. His character also had similar vibes. Yoon shi yoon definitely should do more rom coms. He suits being a romantic hero.
Overall, worth watching. Give it a try if you wanna watch a romcom but don't wanna wait 8-10 eps for the leads to finally kiss.
PS. I am a simp for Yoon Shi Yoon.

Very forgettable.
Car salesman Chang-soo unwittingly becomes the test subject of a mysterious perfume that magically (complete with low-budget special effects) causes women to fall in love with him.I'm here for Seol In-ah (Twinkling Watermelon, Business Proposal). She plays as Jo Ah-ra, the so called "Bus Goddess" by Chang-soo. Unfortunately, Seol In-ah could not save this movie, neither could the male lead.
Just zero chemistry sums of this show. Very superficial. Just not enough meaningful time dedicated to the romance, whether it's built on lies or not. Not very romantic or comedic when it's trying so hard to be. Watch something else.

Average
It's a lovely movie, pretty average. The story is light, cast were great, I didn't think the chemistry between the two leads was great but they were convincing, I just couldn't picture them together despite being a for for both of them.
I can't call this a romcom because comedy is nonexistent, romance however was great, I'm glad I got to see Shi Yoon again.
There is nothing really to write home about, just if you have a couple of hours to waste with the mood for some light romance then this one is for you ~

Once again time skips magically fix everything, though the ending still falls short of satisfying
Bland & easy going beginning ramps up into something cute & then deflates into a flat waste of time. I'm reminding myself that it's fiction, but still;1) male lead doesn't seem to wash (?) much if at all (?) his lack of self care & lack of self esteem is not endearing. At the end they show a clip of the female lead seeing the male lead panic as he discovers he is wearing mismatched socks & THAT singular moment is cupid's arrow hitting the mark (??!!)
2) As for the Male lead's root of affection- there is NO reason (or even process of him) for him to 'fall in love' with female lead - he is only attracted to her superficial qualities as he has no actual interaction with her in the year he is crushing on her
3) They never show male lead putting the perfume on after the initial spritz, thus indicating that he didn't continue using it . & I'm not 100%, sure, but I thought they showed the perfume bottle mostly full & him throwing it away, so , unless he didn't wash at all after the initial spritz (for like, weeks) or the stuff doesn't wash off....then as one scene shows: her affection for him is NOT based on the perfume
4) Female lead confronts male lead & seems reasonable & asks for his side of the story, only to storm off in anger without letting him explain.
5) ending is bad; after parting ways, a year goes by & in that time the male lead has discovered hygiene, and confidence (how??) Female lead is now in a happy place with her mother & sister & when Male & female lead meet, they smile &we are supposed to imagine the rest.
Wow ! whatever happened to them during that year, it was a game changer...time skips are the magical answer & cure all for relationships
