Each class held a parents' meeting. Due to her parents' occasional unavailability, Xiao Tu entrusted Wen Hui to attend the parents' meeting on her behalf. Mrs. Yin Zi Han entered the wrong classroom and secretly compared herself with the disguised mother, Wen Hui, regarding her own son. Meanwhile, on the playground, the children all had their own concerns due to the arrival of the parents' meeting. To lighten the atmosphere, Yin Zi Han started to play the role of a parent. Xiao Tu enthusiastically imitated Wen Hui and had Ling Chao act as Ling Bo for interaction. While Ling Chao appeared to be indifferent, he actually cooperated with the performance. Watching this seamless "couple act," Yin Zi Han felt jealous. The news about Wen Hui helping Xiao Tu with the parents' meeting quickly spread. Numerous versions of Xiao Tu and Ling Chao's relationship circulated, distorted by rumors. Due to being labeled with Ling Chao's identity and previous gossip with Yin Zi Han, Xiao Tu unintentionally became a popular figure in school. Xiao Tu initially wanted to distance herself from Ling Chao and avoid him, but Ling Chao didn't seem to care about these rumors. (Source: Chinese = Baidu || Translation = Manu at kisskh)

Two Stars

ive been really enjoying the show so far but ep7-8 ive noticed how slow the romance is going--which i would be fine with but ep 8 barely had any scenes with the main leads together and when they finally had a scene at the end, i realized how much i missed their dynamic. also i miss yin zihans old character-- it seems like after ep 6 his character changed due to his crush? idk he didnt have many scenes so i guess i cant say but i used to laugh everytime he was on screen. the second couple is okay, they were cute at first but this episode just focused way too much onthem. the plot with ling chao and his dad is good but i kinda disagree with the message the show is trying to push. theyre really trying to get ling chao to forgive his dad but its very understandable for him to not want to and i dont like the way the show acts like he should forgive his dad just cus its troublesome for his mother. his dad left him before he was even old enough to go to kindergarten, ofc hes gonna take time to accept his presence, let alone forgive him.i liked the little animation at the end, it was very cheeky and cute.
