Cute and fluffy romance story
Long story short: A fictional character written by female lead came to life and they fell in love.I have always been a fan of Shen Yue's romcom drama. Her chemistry with co-actor was always great and ofcourse with Chen Zhe Yuan was no doubt too. Watching this show is like watching a cute teenage romance drama. Plot was nothing out of the world or anything that will draw you in more, everything was pretty predictable and i liked that although it was a pretty straightforward show, there isn't any draggyness. Acting by both was decent as well.
Overall, i would recommend if u are looking for something lighthearted, cute and good visuals.

Lovely SY and CZY they will make you fall in love with them in this drama.
I watched this because of Shen Yue. I love and supports all her dramas and movies. She does not disappoint me. While Chen Zhe Yuan, I have seen two of his dramas, he is really good, and now I am so crazy in love with him in this drama Mr. Bad. Their acting is great we can see that they really did their best to deliver their characters, the OST, oh my gosh, they were able to record one of the OSTs and SY and CZY voices are so sweet so good to the ears. I love them both now. And I am hoping there could be another project for the both of them together again.Was this review helpful to you?

Dear rom-com lovers, hope you all find this drama. A little story made so exquisite and oh-so-delicious by the honest acting, chemistry of the lead and support of the supporting cast and crew. The love I have for this drama is never going to change. You are one of a kind Mr. Bad. Hopefully we will get a season two. Thank you for healing my mind.I have seen some hate for the drama and the actors. I appreciate every kind of criticism. But, don't force your views on someone else. Let people see for themselves and make their own judgement. Peace.

you will never get bored and you will be touched by a sweet fairytale love story
So when i started watching this drama..i first thought it will be a typical fantasy drama..but episode by episode i got surprised..its completely unique...i got attached with the female lead #shenyueyeah...the role she potrayed..i think evry girl can relate to that..she is strong as well as shy,beautiful, straightforward as well as some times hesitant...and the male lead is handsome,loving and caring but some times he is mean too,,i think in real life,,we are like that too...in this drama there is every thing..lovestory,happiness, sadness,trauma of the past,and beautiful future,,i liked the ending very much,,most importantly the expressions and comic timing of lead actors..Guys when you will watch it..you will laugh so hard but you will cry too..and you will feel butterflies in your stomach also🤭❤i also searched something for future veiwers too..
Mr bad drama ratings in china is high and outside china its trending and no 1 on iqiyi app..(iqiyi app rating 9.7)

Just watch first 3 episodes ..and then decide..you will be in love with mr bad

The story & the cast selections are awesome.
Though its a fantasy drama but the story is meaningful. How someone' involvement can change another person's life. Both of the main cast are looking good together & they basically complementing each other by their looks & performance. Looking forward to watch more drama of this pair.All the relationship of this drama are very cool.
And I specifically like the male lead's Jealousy moment & the emotional scene of of female lead. The both of ost songs are good. And most of the drama has a love triangle but I'm glad to see a different drama. Where both are together.
For me this drama is 10 out of 10

Damsel in Distress Theme Way Over The Top
While I liked the concept of the storyline when I read it in the details, so far, it fails to deliver.The female lead is so irksome and annoying. At first, they made it seem like she could hold her own physically but that soon goes out the window.
I'm not impressed by the way she keeps calling the ML constantly for help even for the most stupidest lovey dovey crap. Then of course, she rendered completely useless when she supposed to catch a criminal or when faced against one.
The way the female lead acts all speechless or dumb when faced with her boss (who she idolizes) is so ridiculous that it's embarrassing and cringe-worthy. It's pathetic.
I don't know if we're supposed to look at her as an immature and childish woman or just a plain naive one. Even her "job" is pretty useless. I really don't know what's the deal with her co-workers. They're just there for them to pity her. They're so unimportant and add nothing to the story. You can take them all out and nothing would change.
As for the ML, I dunno why he's described as an antagonist who is supposed to be "evil"... the show doesn't really portray him like that. He's supposed to be cunning and manipulative but he's more of an egotistical jerk wannabe. Are you honestly supposed to believe he's really from another time or fantasy fiction? We're just supposed to somehow dismiss it and believe he's just sooo smart.
As for the secondary characters, the boss pining after his former secretary is uninteresting. She looks a lot older than him that they seem so mismatched. It's like he just comes to work just to "stalk" and spy on her.
Right now I'm at E6 and I'm very close to dropping this if the FL's character doesn't improve or mature.
So far this is just a fluff and light drama. No real depth in any of the characters.

I watched up to Ep8 and couldn't get back into it. Not worth wasting any more time watching this. I'm starting to realize that most CDramas are showing FLs as either really dumbed down or overly bitchy. You can't have a strong female lead who doesn't take crap from anyone and can hold her own. As an international viewer from North America, I'm finding myself in general turned off by a lot of cdramas and just like this one, it's just not worth watching.

The story was beautiful, both FL and ML are thrilling. the twist of the story was really good and the kiss was very sweet. I hope they have another project with them as the protagonist again. The FL and His 1st love, I hope they can do a project together, even though his role was short, they have chemistry. Good job on the production of Mr. Bad. Fortunately , it’s free to watch on kissasian so I finished watching it today. All in all it was a beautiful chinese drama of 2022.

It is a Nice drama... The main theme of this drama is quite similar to the Korean drama "W:the two worlds". The male lead comes from friction character of book. But Mr bad has its own sequela of storyline. Non violent, no heart breaking, Simple lovely story without love triangle . The second lead couple flatter me. I really admire the the character Ye Qing........ The main lead acting is going better and better... Overall I recommend this is a good drama worth to watch....

Mr Bad is not bad, it’s EXCEPTIONAL!
My first time writing a review because Mr Bad is sooo good! I watch it to support Shen Yue without any expectations and the drama totally overdelivered! I didn’t expect it to be so funny and heart-warming. What I like most about it is the acting and chemistry between Shen Yue and Chen Zhe Yuan. It’s my first drama with Chen and I really like his comedic acts! Yue’s acting is ace and honestly, Nan Xing is my favourite character done by Yue. Even though the story might be simple and not that original, however the acting and production made it happened. The punchlines were well-delivered and the pacing is good. No characters are really bad here. For a romcom, Mr Bad hit my red button in every right way!There are also no cliche stuff Eg accidental kiss, unnecessary last minute sub-plot or arc, love triangle, Fl falling into ML arms and fall in love ASAP (this one is the other way round! FL had to carry ML, hahaha!) I appreciate the progression of their love. I think it’s very natural and YY and CZY did really well in their roles. Their visuals are crazy- both are gorgeous.
The romantic and emotional scenes were well done! Especially the wedding! It was beautiful, feels like it’s almost real and the best part is Shen Yue and Chen Zhe Yuan had to write their own vows for their characters! Nobody in the audience knew what they were reading. The outcome was unbelievable.
This drama may be lack in budget. But it’s abundant in love, warmth, laughter, dreams and happiness. The supporting cast was good. Even Nan Xing’s quirky boss who was quite boring in the beginning began to grow on me. I love NX’s mom. And Ye Qing. I love Nan Xing for never giving up on her dream to write and I love Xiao WuDi for his unconditional love and support.
I have never giggled or laughed out loud in almost every episode. Or having my heart flutter so many times when they kiss or during the emotional scenes. Or smiling like an idiot watching the main leads bickering and the funny monologues. Some comical parts remind me of old HK movies with Stephen Chow. Especially when Xiao Wu Di was being dramatic 😆
This drama outperformed all my expectations and thus, I am giving it full points. Thank you Director Li Qing Rong for giving us full portion of everything in Mr Bad! There were so many cute, cuddly, bickering, loving moments that are memorable. Thank you Shen Yue and Chen Zhe Yuan for bringing me so much joy through Nan Xing and Xiao WuDi.

Unexpected fave cdrama so far.
I just saw this trailer in iqiyi ads last weekend and tried to download the app. This drama is no. 1 in popular category so I give it a try.Tried to watch episode 1 of this drama and damn. Iforced myself to register the VIP membership to get more episode. I got hooked lmaooo. Nan Xing is so kawaii and she looks like japanese not chinese. Her chemistry with wudi is so romantic and cute at the same time. I google these two main leads and both of them are baby face. Should I call them baby face couple? Well hats off to this drama and thanks to iqiyi ads and I have comfort drama for now lol. I really hope this drama will make an enter to netflix tho for me to replay this drama if my VIP in iqiyi will expire ?

The chemistry between shenyue and chen zheyuan are superB
This drama is so good, i didn't expect this drama would be so good especially the wedding scene omg it's looks like a real wedding!! not a single episode make me bored, actually 24 episodes are too short i want more, czy and shenyue i hope you get another project together their chemistry on and offcam is so adorable!!The story of this drama is very light, I like it because there is no antagonist character or a third person in this drama, this drama is strange, funny, touching at the same time. I think this is the best modern chinese drama in 2022, you will regret it if you don't watch it!
