Sweet as Sugar!
This is going up there with 2gether and Still 2gether. Super sweet with little to no PDA (not that I have a problem with sweet kisses or anything). You could literally watch the actors get more comfortable with each other with each passing episode. I enjoyed the age difference (and how it almost matches with reality) and the waiting that goes with such a gap.I enjoyed the clueless, straightforwardness of Noey's character and the fearful courage of Thi's character. I've never said this before but watch the end credits of each episode...there's a point to them believe it or not! :-) Finally, the ending was super cute and tied everything up very neatly (which I love).

FULL ON ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE
Have you watched I WILL KNOCK YOU yet? If not, do watch it.Trust me on this. I will knock you is one of the best BL shows out there, specially among the recent ones. I honestly did not have much expectations when I decided to watch it. The actors are new and it kinda seemed to have a cliche school/college based romance tropes. But hell! I was so wrong! I ain't gonna say that the story is very unique, but the way they present it, the set, the "retro" theme, the shooting locations...these gave a lot of vibrance and a beautiful ethnic vibe to the entire show.
So, it's a story between a younger rowdy boy (who's definitely very handsome and cute) who is a "gangsta" ( but I swear he is such a cutie... I totally loved his soft side and his smile is so heartwarming! ) and an older college student who is a scaredy cat (I won't lie, there were times when I was pissed seeing him being such a timid ass, but I guess that's how the character is supposed to be). I won't spoil it for you guys. All I would say is, it's a total entertainment package. I didn't get bored until the very end. Plus, its one of those series which doesn't depend on steamy scenes to make it entertaining. A light, heartwarming show. Oh, and the ending was one of the best endings out there. I loved how the ending was not very unrealistic yet happy. Plus, there's a cute couple dance at the end credits of every episode. That's something I've never seen before anywhere! I would definitely say Noey stole my heart away. They are new BL actors and it seems like the series is not as popular as it should be. So, as a BL lover, I am sharing this, so that you too can enjoy this cute series.

loved it. very unique story
Honestly, i loved the way this story came out.at first i thought it was a bit odd but it was funny so i continued to watch it. As I kept watching it the show got better and better and i started to get hooked by the 8th episode loving almost all the characters.
This story is unique, and I've never seen a bl like this. the chemistry and dynamic between the main leads were so good I was so excited for each episode that I was watching. The last episode is honestly my favourite because of the way they patched things up and it was just so cutejdjsd. Thiw and noeys mom are both so iconic istg they make the story so funny and I was laughing throughout the whole show.
This series brings you a lot of joy and happiness, although I know some people might not like it based on there preferences but for me this shows a solid 10/10

Finish it, you won't regret it
I was really sceptical with it at first but I though I needed to give it a chance and damn I don't regret it, the story took a turn and it was so good. I really need a story about how it goes them later on. I would watch it again and again, it just can something you haven't seen in BL's before. I would say I was beginning to hate Noey in the start and it was first around episode 6-7 I actually started to like him and I think Thi is an adorable scary cat. They both have character development and it is good, it suits the characterWas this review helpful to you?

Knock Knock- It's an underage actor and NOTHING ELSE.
What a weird, borderline inappropriate love-letter to a single performer this is.I have never seen anything quite like it. From the first glimpse of Tar Atiwat Saengtien's juvenile knees I went 'uh-oh'. And it was downhill from there.
There really is no reason to watch 'I Will Knock You' except for Tar Atiwat Saengtien's performance of Noey Watphlu. It's a great performance, for the THEN SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD ACTOR. Which isn't necessarily bad, but ooof. Ooof. He's incredibly charming, bringing life to this passionate, impulsive, sentimental character. Don't mistake, Noey is not a well-written character. Noey's vintage style and earnest romantic heart are interesting, but the writing flinches from deeper examination of his troubled nature. Tar is carrying this on pure charisma.
And he's beautiful. It cannot be understated how much the camera loves him. It's impossible to forget that, particularly because of the way they edited this strange show. Multiple times Noey would say something absolutely bonkers, they'd cut to Thi, he'd do a 'haaa?' face and some voice over and halfway through the voice over they'd cut back to Noey, who'd then have another line. Which is BIZARRE. I cannot stress to you how much I'm like 'THI DIDN'T SAY A FLIP FLAPPIN WORD, THIS IS NOT A CONVERSATION, IT IS A MONOLOGUE.'
Sure, each time I'd be like 'damn he's pretty tho'. But, it did not distract me from what a hot mess of NOTHING this show is. I am somewhat accustomed to uneven writing quality between male and female leads in romantic pairings. Generally speaking, in hetero shows the ML is adequately written, the female lead is underwritten. In BL, there's often a mediocre standard which both leads meet; serviceable, but not remarkable. Nothing could have prepared me for how inconsequential, bland and boring Thi was. If Noey is not well written, Bom Tanawat Uthaikitwanit's Thi is...unwritten. He's negative space. He might as well not exist. We know NOTHING about him, except he's awkward AF and tutors kids. And Bom has all the charisma of a damp sponge.
Considering Thi's lack of anything except setting up clumsy set pieces for Noey to react to, there's no reason for Noey to like him. You could make a drinking game our of the number of times Thi just straight up didn't have dialogue in scenes, yet the scenes persist, perpetuated by some ghastly BL necessity. He'd have voice over along the lines of 'omg this crazy kid' or 'if I don't do this he'll beat me up for sure!' but not actual lines, not actual participation in the scene, not actual agency. He's a complete non-entity. He flounders around, a collegiate do-gooder intimidated by a high school junior, his thoughts and feelings on the courtship ultimately unimportant and insignificant. In fact, nothing happens in this show that Noey does not instigate, and not always for readily apparent reasons. I can only assume that in making Bom a more fleshed out character you'd have to address the age and power differences between the two. Instead, they desperately avoid it at all costs. Which doesn't leave a lot to do.
It can't even go to the familiar well of kissing and sex scenes to bolster itself, since Tar is underage. Which I guess I appreciated, but it highlights an awareness on behalf of production that maybe the age difference is A Thing, making it all the weirder when they don't address The Thing. They also clearly don't want to talk about Tar's issues, either Bom or Tar's goals, or anything remotely sincere or serious.
So the script is a joke, Bom's performance is DOA, there's no chemistry, no intriguing side characters, so? They resort to showcasing the single asset they have; Tar Atiwat Saengtien.
So. Admire him. There's no other reason to watch.

A HIDDEN GEM!
I absolutely loved this series! From start to finish, it delivered a rollercoaster of emotions that kept me hooked. What I appreciate the most is how it effortlessly blends humor and heart, making me laugh out loud in almost every episode. It's one of those shows that consistently brings a smile to your face, even during the most simple moments.Noey and Thi truly shine in their roles, bringing their characters to life in such a genuine and heartfelt way. Their chemistry is undeniable, and it's clear that they share a special bond that makes their interactions so captivating. The way they portray their relationship feels so natural, and it’s hard not to root for them as the story progresses.
Why am I only seeing this series now? It’s definitely worth watching and has been such a hidden gem for me! This is actually my first time writing such a long review about a BL series I’ve watched, and that just goes to show how much I truly recommend this to everyone. I really hope Noey and Thi get more opportunities to work together in future BL projects because they have something special, and their chemistry is the heart of this series. Overall, it’s a feel-good show that’ll leave you with a warm and happy heart after each episode. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lighthearted, yet emotionally satisfying BL series!

NOEY????:3
i’m currently on ep 6 and i just feel like the dialogue is way too milked out. the conversations last longer then they should. 5 min scene for dialogue that could’ve been over within 4 sentences. i hate how infantilized and dumb thi is. i like that he kind of defended himself in this episode, but hes still annoying. noey is so cute i love him:3 :3 :3:3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3:3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3:3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3:3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3 :3:3 :3 :3Was this review helpful to you?

it is so cute
i truly do not understand how this show can have such a bad rating. this is one of the cutest BL stories have ever watched. at first I was a bit annoyed by the tutor because omg he is such a wuss. Noey is a 17y old child and as scary as a labubu. but the acting of the tutor was great. i loved how they respected the age of the actor portraying Noey and didn’t add any intimate scenes. even kissing scenes were left out and as Noey said he has to wait until he is old enough. i thought it was a great way to include the age gap. i loved the scenery. the temple, the neighborhoods and especially the scene with the purple flowers.i laughed so hard throughout most of the show until they broke my heart at episode 10 and 11. thank goodness it was healed in episode 12. but seriously, I cried for them and I just wanted to hug Noey. i’m a no touch person but damn!!!
it was such an easy going and funny show with the more serious undertone of abandonment and prejudice! i literally wanted to smack the tutors parents for doing all this. how dare they criticize that woman who singlehandedly raised her kids?! how dare they look down on her?!
the end was typically Noey and it was cute. i wish they would make more shows together or on their own. that kid is really talented. overall i give it a 10/10 because I enjoyed it and it hit all the feelings.

PERFECTION
does no one understand that this show is satire? that's good bc it's a hallmark of good satire if no one notices.nonetheless, its perfectly executed from cinematography to styling to acting to tropes. every second was entertaining to me.
like hello the lotus? and then he almost did the catch him falling trope but then just let him fall? and toey is a gangster???? hello in what universe? its inverted tropes all over the place
also, the music they do use I will never forget.
everything about it is perfect if you understand what they're doing. otherwise I could see why it's confusing
