the OST from ep 4 is Reaching for the Star by ESBEE. the other ost song is Here Me Now by luli (류리). unfortunately, both are not available anywhere for some reason. 

Thank you for the detective work here. Greatly appreciated. At least now I know who the artist is. Now we just have to have him release it. He even promoted it on his IG back in November, so it must come out some day.
