Port of Lies

Indonesian migrant fisherman Abdul-Adl murders a fishing boat captain and his family. Indigenous public defender Bao Ju reluctantly takes the case, joined by ambitious legal aide Lian Jin Ping and Indonesian caregiver Leena. As they uncover evidence pointing to fishery owner Hong Zhen Xiong, the team faces witness tampering, judicial bias, and internal conflicts. Bao Ju turns to his ex-lover, Minister of Justice Chen Ling Qiu, for help, while Jin Ping and Leena grow closer. With time running out, Bao Ju must find a way to save his client.
