It's a wholesome drama.
I just loved this kdrama. I don't really understand why people are even criticising the plot. I think the plot and the cast and their acting was so amazing that I ended up binge watching it after the first episode, which is rather surprising because I didn't think I would adore this kdrama so much. I just finished watching it and I want to watch it again, it's that addictive. It's really a wholesome drama .I hope people watch it before judging it from the bad reviews.you can also watch it with your family I mean it's plus point too😂Was this review helpful to you?
Delivered as promised
The story as in the title has delivered its objective. The story possesses the fantasy and romance element that people who watch dramas without over analyzing the situation can watch and enjoy. Not everything has to be dark and Iffy. Enjoy it with a light heart and don't take it seriously.At first, I was apprehensive about it however, I thoroughly enjoyed the lightheartedness. It was different from the regular clichés. Hope you enjoy it as I did.
The Fact - Heavenly Idol a heavenly being becoming an Idol was different from Ideas I would have thought off or dreamed off.

Couldn’t get past episode 5
This is a pretty stock reverse-isekai story, but utterly lifeless. By the end of episode 5, I’d lost all interest in the characters and their stories, a sure sign it’s time to quit.Go Bo Gyeol is the one bright spot here, but the dreariness of everything else overwhelms her. Still, her story is the most compelling.
Kim Min Gue is capable of much better. He’s sort of stumbling his way through this for some reason. It’s a very low-energy performance. With the exception of the always great Ye Ji Won, the rest of the cast ranges from uninteresting to strangely miscast or out of place. The primary villain is less menacing than a typical schoolyard bully.
The pacing doesn’t help. The first several episodes could have easily been compressed into one or two livelier installments to kickstart the story.

She's being like those scary managers that tell idols to shush and the idols look over the camera and their face changes
Basically zero understanding of romance like the scene she was filming him and he leaned in too much and they reached the floor in such a cheesy nonsensical way...
Where is the bromance? Even the group isn't bonding and mingyu is so stiff the only chemistry is with that black dressed guy who barely had any scenes so basically byyyeeeee

It was cute until it wasn't and I'm very disappointed
**This is just my opinion. I truly appreciate all of the hard work and dedication that went into the making of this drama. Thank you.**I knew that The Heavenly Idol was a fantasy and the plot looked questionable but I wanted to watch it anyway because I enjoyed Kim Min-kyu's other dramas so much and wanted to see more. He did a great job with what he had to work with, as did most of the rest of the cast. The writing though, was atrocious. I was going to watch more because I wanted to hear the singing but I just got so annoyed with the demonic transformations and need for divine "power ups". I feel bad for the cast being stuck with this piece of trash script.

I just love this drama! But I must say that it was because I already knew what I was getting into. I knew the manhwa, which was adapted from the novel, so when I looked at the title and premise I thought "it can't be? it really is?" and it really was an adaptation! The only thing that made me hesitate was the inclusion of a romance, which wasn't in the original. But this wasn't a problem! I liked our fl.The conclusion is: this is a romantic comedy with fantasy! It's really a fever dream, so be prepared. If you like a funny protagonist, stories about the entertainment world, romance with comedy or fantasy, you might like it. I'm grateful for this adaptation, even if other people didn't understand the drama's premise, I recommend it to my partners with similar tastes and fellow readers of the manhwa.

The Heavenly Idol é um drama sul-coreano que conta a história de Woo Yeon Woo, um ídolo do K-pop que é possuído pelo espírito de um Grande Sacerdote de outro mundo.A premissa da trama é interessante, e tinha potencial para ser uma comédia romântica divertida e emocionante. Infelizmente, a execução deixou muito a desejar.
Pontos negativos:
* A história é arrastada: O ritmo é lento e a história demora a se desenvolver. Muitos episódios são desnecessários e poderiam ter sido condensados.
* O humor é sem graça: As piadas são repetitivas e não funcionam. As tentativas de fazer humor pastelão são constrangedoras.
* A protagonista é irritante: A personagem feminina é extremamente irritadiça e mimada. É difícil se conectar com ela ou torcer por ela.
* O protagonista é fofo e chato ao mesmo tempo: O personagem masculino é um misto de fofo e irritante. É compreensível que ele esteja confuso e desorientado no começo, mas é frustrante que ele continue se comportando de forma inadequada mesmo depois de um tempo.
* É irritante ele saber que não está no mundo dele e não se comportar como tal: Esse é um dos pontos mais frustrantes da série. O protagonista sabe que está em outro mundo, mas age como se estivesse no seu próprio mundo o tempo todo. Isso é irritante e tira a credibilidade da história.

«The Heavenly Idol» est un drama dont l’inconsistance me laisse partagée. Parfois très intéressant, drôle et accrocheur, il m’a donné envie de passer à travers les épisodes, tandis qu’à d’autres, l’intérêt disparaît, l’humour tourne plus exaspérant et il m’était difficile de passer à travers l’épisode. J’aurais aimé plus de concentration sur Wild Animals et plus de développement au niveau du groupe et des membres de celui-ci, individuellement et ensemble. Voir Rembrary devoir s’adapter à notre monde et celui de la K-Pop était intéressant, entendre chanter Kim Min Gue est définitivement un des points forts ! Mais la romance est très légère et manque sérieusement d’alchimie. Comme je disais, je suis partagée, ce drama a de bons points, vraiment, mais également de moins bons. Mais ce n’est que mon avis, peut-être que vous aimerez plus que moi !

Kim Min Gue e Go Bol Gyeol sono stati fantastici e mi sono piaciuti molto insieme. The Heavenly Idol è una serie tv con una trama carina e mi ha intrattenuta molto! Ho visto tutte le puntate di fila, non riuscivo a smettere. Sia i due protagonisti che i personaggi di contorno erano bene strutturati, si è parlato di loro e si sono scoperti i loto lati più profondi. L'unica cosa che ho da contestare sono gli ultimi episodi, si poteva allungare di una puntata e permettere a Kim Dal e Rembrary di viversi un po' la loro love story.Was this review helpful to you?

Dropei esse drama faltando 2 episódios. O começo é legal e divertido, mas, vai ficando arrastado e desinteressante no final. O romance entre os protagonistas parecia promissor no início, mas, a química se perde no final. Sinto que o personagem de Rembery é o mesmo do início ao fim, sem desenvolvimento algum.Os conflitos tanto como idol quanto como pontífice são legais e intrigantes no começo mas, do meio para o final são chatos e lentos.
Tinha altas expectativas por conta do Min Kyu e do trailer que parecia interessante. Mas, não acho que valha a pena continuá-lo.

Questo dramma sinceramente me li aspettavo diverso.Peccato perché il plot era anche interesante,fantasy come piace a me ma poi si è esagerato su troppe cose e molte risultano davvero un po' sciocche.
Non convincono ne la storia ne i personaggi. Il protagonista non è convincente né come dio né come idol l'unica cosa simpatica la storia d'amore che comunque è tenera. I cattivi insignificanti.
Il finale si ci sta ma purtroppo non convince come dramma!

Sinceramente, não entendo por que tanta gente fala mal desse dorama. Eu achei ótimo! A história é bem diferente, tipo... um sacerdote celestial trocando de corpo com um idol? Simplesmente genial. No começo fiquei meio "hã?" com tanta fantasia, mas depois fui pegando o ritmo e me apeguei real.O personagem principal é muito carismático, e a química dele com a Kim Dal é uma das melhores partes. Eu amei ela também, super forte, e adorei ver como os dois se apoiavam. Torci tanto por eles! Mereciam muito um beijo no final, poxa.
Achei leve, engraçado, teve emoção, e até umas cenas bem tocantes. Não é perfeito, mas é diferente e divertido. Vale a pena dar uma chance sem ficar indo na onda das críticas negativas.
Resumindo: amei, queria mais doramas com esse tipo de vibe.
