Its my first time writing a review but it deserves!!!!!!!!!! This was sooo good. My whole two weeks were full of sweetness and they are sooo good it makes me fantasize a lottttttt!!😭😭❤️❤️The people who were criticizing this drama probably have no feelingss mannnn!!!!

ACHINGLY SWEET!
*** JUST FINISHED IT. WATCH ITTTTTTTCuteness overload about a girl falling for her older brother’s best friend. This story’s been done a million times but casting ZLS and Chen Zhe Yuan was spot on. They have so much chemistry and they look perfect together.
This drama is well paced, casting is PERFECT and the story is adorable. I normally stay away from modern cdramas because of the cringe factor and I can honestly say - no cringe here! Also, 25 episodes is the perfect amount. A lot of times romcoms die a painful death by dragging it out to 40. Patiently waiting for the next episode.

Hidden love is a complex and light drama
First of all, I would like to congratulate the two actors who succeeded in portraying their characters very well.OK, first I will discuss property and fashion. Of the many Chinese dramas, I think Hidden Love is Very ready, many modern dramas use that same fashion. However, hidden love shows different nuances in each depiction according to the development of the character.
Sang Zhi's character was portrayed well, and made me very Excited sometimes it made my heart ache to feel what he felt. Sangyan's depiction is also very good. It made me think of my older brother, Victor ma really succeeded in bringing the character of his older brother to life in real life.
OK, regarding Duan Jiaxu, somehow since the first appearance I was hooked. The eyes of the actor who plays him seem to speak sincerely to his heart. What a beautiful sight, He plays it with such sincerity that the feeling carries over to the audience. Great...
Okay, about the songs, I always felt that Korean dramas were superior before, however.... Hidden love is extraordinary. I love the touch of the beautiful and sweet songs that are there.
I am very grateful to the writer, and everyone involved in the film for presenting something extraordinary. So much so that I don't know what drama to watch after that😚

Started watching out of sheer curiosity but daaaammmnnnn
I remember the last time I watched a Chinese drama a few years ago and it left a bitter impression on me for years. So, unfortunately I dare not to watch any other C-drama until one day I found this. Little did I know, one episode lead to more episodes until I can’t stop and finish all the 25 episodes in less than two days.More often than not, I found romance drama too cringe for my liking but Hidden Love is truly an exception. The chemistry, the soundtrack and everything, love them all. 🫶🏻

Perfect drama
Found such a perfect re-watch worthy drama after a long long time. My last favourite was goblin.I have been looking for a drama that would give you butterflies nd keep you hooked. This is one of the best drama. This drama should come with a warning sign that you might get addictive to the story and the main male lead. He is drop dead gorgeous. I hope they do another project together with the same brother they had in this series.

Love Springs From Youth
I guess we all have done it, pined over this boy or girl that we first saw when we were tweenies and maybe carried that crush into adulthood. Hidden Love is about a girl who meets a good friend of her much older brother. When she first sees him as a tweny, her heart drops. The expression on this little tweeny’s face when she first sees him is beyond classic. The little girl (Zhang Xiwei) who plays the tweeny is definitely someone to lookout for in Chinese Dramas in the future. She is a star and I am a fan already. The male lead at first meeting is near his twenties.Note: While ML Chen Zhenyuan’s character does not approach the tweeny or acknowledges any crush ideas of the youth, there is a profound age difference between the two in the younger years of the story. This is handled discretely. He treats her like a little sister. A relationship does not start till she is in College.
The female and male leads of this endearing romantic drama about everlasting crushes are actress Zhao Lusi (Love Like the Galaxy) and singer/actor Chen Zheyuan (Handsome Siblings).
Hidden Love has a lot of extras in the drama that makes this Chinese Drama work; the open mental contemplations, the set design notations placed discretely about, and the wonderfully handled flashbacks all help bring insight into the thoughts and motivations of this young girl. Hidden Love will be a trip down memory lane for the many of us. I am willing to take this ride. The drama Hidden Love is a go for me.

A good coming age love story
Romance was not my preferred genre but it still capture my attention enough to completely watch the series. The cinematography and storytelling is quite good it gives the nostalgia feels and connect to the inner longing crush we encounter in our lives during teenage but never had chance to acted upon.The take and actors manage to capture the tender n innocence of romance from their growing years to adulthood removing all the uncomfortable feels for that i would applaud the main actors.
I would definitely recommend to give it a try rather going through reviews; it is not everyone's cup of tea.

It's a heart-warming romance with cheesy but not cringe-y & realistic approach towards life, career & relationships.You can grow together if you find strength in each others company. Shows like Hidden Love emphasize subtly on how life changing or important it is to have people with positive influence around in your teens.
Antagonist to Twenty five twenty one Kdrama. Zhao Lusi, Chen Zhen Yuan were brilliant in this show, beautiful chemistry. Styling of Lusi was beautiful.

There’s no words I can say that will make this story any better, it’s just so magical it absorbs you in every way possible theres so much respect but at the same time so much passion such a love ❤️ that you wish you had something like that in you’re life, wishing to have a hidden love as well a love that you’d want to make happen follow and triunf over. What a bful bful drama.
I never thought i will love this drama so much wen I read the novel. It was so bfully adapted from the novel, rare instance where u can say the adaptation was better than the novel. CZY and lusi I love them so much more from this drama and they made this simple sweet love story so much bful. Also kudos to director also. Such nice execution. I will definitely rewatch this drama many times, it will always be my comfort drama, story, acting, the soothing osts everything was perfect. Also special mention to sang yan (victor ma). He was no lesser star than the leads, his ckt n acting single handedly brought the fun n light moments in the show. All the actors were so well selected n suited the ckts.
