As part of the Jeonju Digital Project by Jeonju International Film Festival in 2001, Director Tsai was invited to make a short story using a DV camera. The original subject intended for this film was a spiritual medium who was unbelievably accurate, but on the way, the director was waylaid for some time by a traffic jam for another God's celebration. The film eventually captures the spiritual medium's rituals, including the Electric Flower Car with strippers performing for the dead and living.
