Alibaba had earlier said the man accused of rape had admitted that "there were intimate acts" while the woman was "inebriated".  (TF! TBQH, That's still assault since there's no consent! )

 "the police investigation showed that [the woman] drank about 350 millilitres of alcohol the previous night but no one forced her to drink excessively." She accused her superiors of ordering her to drink alcohol with co-workers during dinner.  (The police blaming her! Have we not seen dramas where employees are forced to drink? Real life people are forced to drink, so wtf police!)
