Good vs Evil vs Annoying
This is a typical daily drama where the main pairing battle through adversities left and right before they can be together. What is clear here are the battle lines drawn: The good include Gwangjun, Yongi, the grandpa, Sejun, Mirinae , and others. The evil ones are High Heels and Haemi and their minions. The annoying ones are the mother of Haemi and the stepmother of Yongi. I am curious to find out the evil secrets that High Heels is hiding _ I hope she gets punished in the end. Overall, good acting by the cast, although those two mothers are really over the top annoying. Was this review helpful to you?

Crazy mothers assembled! If you aren't afraid of these lunatics feel free to watch.
The cute little baby was a better adult that any number of Mothers and grandmothers in this drama. The reason the characters in this drama bothered me so much might be because before this I watched It's beautiful Now. It had only one messed up family, in comparison, this drama had a 5-6 decent people and one of them was Eun Ho, not a main character! The other were little Mirae, ML's grandfather, Eun Ho's sister, FL, and ML. Yeah, that sums it up.
The best part about this drama are the actors, even when you don't like the characters, you have to admire the skills that went into brining that character to life, so much so that we as audience have a reaction, be it a positive one or negative one.
> For most part, FL tried to stand up for herself and I liked that she was able to say enough was enough. But the sad thing was she was treated poorly, slapped, and people kept pouring stuff on her to humiliate her. It lacks a lot creativity on the writers. Who are people who like shit like that? It is the part of the drama I tend to skip.
> The ML was pretty decent by these long-running drama standards. The one thing that bothered in the final arc was the lack of communication, thinking that you know better and making decision unilaterally when they are together. Start communicating people!
> High heels is a bloody criminal, why bother asking for forgiveness when you are only asking because it would make everyone look at you poorly?
> Haemi's redemption arc? I couldn't care less. She harassed and bullied a woman who was only trying to earn a living, especially a woman with a child, a cousin of hers add to that! She had no professionalism when it came to her job. The whole time she was busy sabotaging the FL, which also affected the compnay she was working at! She and the full-time employee who lied should have been the one fired.
> The Kim family didn't deserve a daughter-in-law like FL, she was always too good for them. Like she said, she had become their fav punching bag. It was sad to watch when every time she was wronged by her in-laws, she was the one had to pull herself together and cater to them as if she was guilty.
If someone made a cute edit a movie of this highlighting the best of couples moments, I might watch that. But there's no way, I would ever rewatch this.

Annoying Side Characters
I swear, I've never been more annoyed by all the side characters in a drama like this one. Seriously.I just wanted to first mention that in the beginning, we have to put up with a widowed single mother who has to put up with her in-laws, especially the awful mother-in-law. She's so verbally abusive at first, that I just wanted to bitch slap her, and then we have to watch the grandmother treat that same mother-in-law like crap too. So the grandmother treats her daughter-in-law like crap and then that daughter treats her daughter-in-law like crap. Like this stupid cycle that goes on and on uselessly. Both these two in-laws are so annoying. Especially the grandmother who coddles her unfilial son.
-All the women I feel are stupid or bitchy on this show. The FL is a doormat at home and at work, who can't even open a water bottle, her cousin-in-law, Hae Mi, is a stalker who can't handle rejection from anyone and abuses her power, there's Hae Mi's mother who's pretty much clueless and useless, I've already mentioned the in-law grandmother and mother relationship, the FL's sister , Do Young, who crushes on her sister's (the FL) best friend's brother Eun Ho so bad that at one point, she leaves her own niece unsupervised in the park. But luckily the FL arrives on time. The ML's stepmother, VP Cha Yoon Hee is of course the villainess, the VP of the company, who hates both the ML and the FL. Her fashion sense is atrocious btw. Then there's the FL's best friend, Eun Jin, who quits her stable job when she gets sexually harassed at work by her supervisor.
-The FL should've left her in-laws the minute her husband died. Like she should've run, even with the baby in her tummy.
-The straw that broke the camel's back for was Do Sik, the FL's brother-in-law. That guy is so f*cking useless that I dislike his character so much. The things he did to his sister-in-law were completely outrageous and uncalled for. He's so good for nothing. He can't cook, isn't smart, and certainly isn't a good brother-in-law. 47 episodes in and he's totally useless. He's can't study and is unemployed and doesn't help at all. Not at home and certainly not in the family restaurant. He mooches off his own family or the FL's best friend's family. I get so annoyed every time he comes onscreen.
-The FL hides the secret that she's a single mom and the ML hides the secret that he's the president's son and rich and the writers had to go and ruin it by letting the most annoying side characters reveal their secrets so they hear it from someone else. So. F*cking. Annoying. I mean the way their secrets were revealed was so tactless and by side characters we hate.
-I feel like all the men are coddled on this show while all the women are making all the unnecessary drama. Then of course, there's also that one jerk co-worker, Mr. Heo, that hates the FL and treats the FL like crap but kisses *ss with the ML as soon as he finds out that he's the president's son. There's also the ML's father who allows his evil second wife, VP Cha to do what she wants and he barely tries to protect his own firstborn son from his wife's evil machinations.
I'm watching this off and on between times when I have nothing else to watch so I'm taking my time. I think overall, I would've liked this show better with a different FL actress. I'm not too fond of this actress for some reason.
(UPDATE)
I never got back into this but after reading another review, i guess nothing changed. Don't bother wasting your time on this one.

"The Love In Your Eyes" is a drama about Young Yi, a hard-working young woman who does everything she can to help her family. She lost her husband, but still has a daughter to take care of. She meets Kyung Jun when he comes to work at the convenience store, what Young Yi doesn't know is that Kyung Jun is the owner's grandson, who is working there just to gain experience. Their meeting was not a coincidence, since Kyung Jun received a cornea transplant from Young Ji's husband. The other characters are Hae Mi and Se Jun. Hae Mi is part of Young Yi's family, but she doesn't treat her like that, she is very jealous of Young Yi's relationship with Kyung Jun and tries to do everything she can to break them up... a real bitch.
Se Jun is a sweet man, but he is not really an obstacle for the couple, he worked as a supporting character, but he has a secret, which would make it impossible for him to be with Young Yi even if he wanted to, he was the reason why Do Jun died. Se Jun was drunk and accidentally killed Do Jun, his mother hid the crime and made it look like an accident.
The story really grabs you. At first I didn't like it very much, but as the episodes went by I got hooked and ended up really liking it. Young Yi is a woman who suffered a lot in life, she lost her husband early and had to raise her daughter alone and Kyung Jun had a very similar life, he lost his mother when he was a child, went blind and had to live with a stepmother who hates him. The two created a friendship, which turned into love and it is exactly their relationship that makes this drama good, I also really liked the way Kyung Jun created a bond with Mi Ri Nae, really treating her as if she were his daughter. He would do anything for her, he could have died when he had the bone marrow transplant, but he didn't care about that, he wanted to save Mi Ri Nae and also pay for everything his family did to Young Yi.
One of the things I didn't like about the drama was Young Yi's mother-in-law. She's the most detestable woman I've ever seen. Maybe worse than Kyung Jun's stepmother. How can she have the nerve to always throw in Young Yi's face that she was the one who caused Do Jin's death? That meeting her was the beginning of all their misfortune, that she ruined their family?! But the worst part was when she told Young Yi that it was her fault that Mi Ri Nae had leukemia. I know she apologized, but I didn't think it was enough.
The romance could have been better, but it's still the best part of the drama.

this show is a headache
like I said this show is a headache not only is it the most basic story but it's also one of those stories that just make you want to push the screen with the love triangle with the villain with the big big secret it just a headache i wasn't going to do any spoilers but the only thing I can say is that the final episodes where the most annoying one the fact that they had to make that little girl sick was the most annoying thing that any author could do .Was this review helpful to you?
Not worth it
So far I've only watched 116 eps. It started off so good and then the writer/writers botched the entire drama. It became hogwash and frustrating.I rated this 10/10 at first, but have to redo it because it got so bad.
None of the evil, despicable, vicious, vile people got punished the way they should. Everyone was forgiven.
This could have been 1 of the few daily dramas that would have been 8 or 9/10, if the writers were good. The potential is there for the writers, as could be seen from 1-70 eps. But the mindset is pure bull-sh*t after that.
Love the chemistry between KJ and YI. They were supposed to be the leads, but HM and SJ ended up with all the best parts, so HM and SJ are the real leads. Even the side actors got better roles than KJ and YI.

Enjoyable
I'm watching this drama and "The Witches Game" ("TWG") together. I like both but at this moment I prefer "The Love in Your Eyes" ("TLIYE"), it's what I want to check out first when I wake up in the mornings.Maybe because TWG has too many DNA result switching and the antagonist are way too evil 🙈 she has no redeeming factor at all?
The antagonists in TLIYE are also evil but at least they're still human!
Anyway, ML is very nice. He rarely gets angry and he trusts FL with all his might. So that's nice to watch (I'm over misunderstanding).
It's a 120 episodes drama so there bound to be lots of side characters storyline too. In my case, I don't care for them and I fast forwarded most of the side characters storyline. So following the main leads story everyday for about 10-15 minutes is pretty nice, not too time taxing and keeps me curious! The flow moves appropriate (with progress on each episode) for a 120 episode drama.
