Zomvivor is only similar to Train to Busan because of the zombie apocalyptic outbreak. The concept is similar. The world building is kinda similar in a very suspenseful tone.

Both the main genre of zombies, layered in story of humanity and conspirocies between characters. The story behind the infectation is well-explained and thought-out.

Zomvivor and Gakko Gurashi are both focused on students stuck in a school during a zombie apocalypse.

All of Us Are Dead and Zomvivor are both horror shows that are Zombie Outbreak in school settings where victims of a virus/illness are turned into zombies and include students and faculty alike.

All of Us Are Dead is a South Korean production.
Zomvivor is a Thai production.

Zomvivor and Dead Friend Forever - DFF are horror dramas that are about upper secondary (high school) students and their attempts at survival. Neither are for the feint of heart.

While both are suspenseful shows, Zomvivor is with Zombies whereas Dead Friend Forever is an unknown entity that gradually is revealed.

Both are Thai productions with large main casts.

Ziam and Zomvivor are both Thai zombie thrillers centered around deadly outbreaks, but while Ziam is a fast-paced action movie featuring intense martial arts combat and a focused rescue mission in a hospital, Zomvivor takes a more suspenseful, character-driven approach as a series that follows a group of students struggling to survive and work together while trapped inside a school during a zombie invasion.
