You can cut the tension with a knife

Perhaps my favorite episode thus far! I love how Charan is finally starting to open up to Khanin and you can see actual progress in their relationship. Especially in the last five or so minutes of the episode.I hope Ava will stay a cool girl and not become one of the villains, although she would be fantastic as one.

The rain scene

This was hands down the highlight of Episode 6 of The Next Prince. That rain scene hit like a punch to the gut, in the best way. Zee and NuNew brought so much depth to Khanin and Charan, it felt less like a performance and more like watching two hearts collide. Everything built up to that moment, and they delivered it flawlessly. Episode 6 is a turning point. It gives us clarity on Charan’s emotional scars and redefines Khanin’s role, not just as a prince or his student, but as a caretaker and lover. Their kiss isn't just romantic; it culminates trust and vulnerability. This is peak storytelling in terms of character depth and actor chemistry.Zee and NuNew knocked it out of the park. If this is where things shift, I’m all in.

RIP CALVIN

WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO CALVIN. Bitch what the hell. One ramil and paytai are fucking insane because what the fuck is even happening. The god damn calling him like a dawg too KISS IN PUBLIC. Paytai was looking around at first and then got into that shit. Calvin was wasted where did he even go like what the fuck. Well yeah, there was a lot happening and I think that Khanin and Charan's relationship has definitely gone to the next level and I think that's really cute. Yeah i did like this episode. And it's a shame they didnt play out. This was really fun. I enjoyed it. Who did my boy Charki like that because he aint even do nothing. Ramil and paytai DEF GETTING BEAT WHEN THEY GET BACK HOME BECAUSE WHAT THE FUCK. We are also rewatching their scene lmao. They have such a weird relationship but im obsessed lmao. Emily doesn’t get the concept swear. We want that tour of the sex drawer. Try every god damn one we have 8 episodes left. 9/10 okay bye!so uhh calvin is missing and pookie wookie the butler i think was roofied. jimmy and ohm have a drawer of crazy treasures and that god damn collar. but great kissing scene from the two of them it was crazy that it went on for 9 camera angles and 2 minutes and we still haven’t even had a glimpse of ava’s lover … i loved the club scene and just seeing them have fun idk why calvin roofied himself but when does that jimmy and ohm freaky scene happen from the trailer. zee and new were great it’s nice to see the steady progression of their relationship and the past of zee. w episode loved them all being in the same place yayyy also sorry i don’t remember the characters names except calvins 9/10

Best Episode Yet

So much unfolded in this episode, but the most powerful and emotional moments centered on the evolving relationship between Khanin and Charan. Their dynamic was portrayed with such nuance; it felt authentic and deeply moving. The nightclub scene? Absolutely unforgettable. Prince Calvin’s personal struggles added another layer, while Khanin’s efforts to get Charan to loosen up were both sweet and revealing. Then came Ramil’s toxic jealousy and that explosive fight outside the club. Pure drama. I was hooked from start to finish. The ending was perfect and had me screaming. Every moment delivered. So good.

The Princess

Ep 6 - please fix all the holes, plot hole, loop hole, man hole, any hole lmao, but really can we get some P L O T. Everyhing is so short lived and feels like it needs a longer to build with more storyline and longer episodes, almost 1/2 way thru and not a lot has happened, the struggle is starting for me.

Episode 6 of The Next Prince was nothing short of spectacular.

Episode 6 of The Next Prince was nothing short of spectacular. Every aspect of the production—from the acting to the music, visuals, and storytelling—was beautifully woven together to deliver an emotionally gripping and visually stunning episode.Zee and NuNew’s chemistry continue to be the shining heart of the series. Their interactions in this episode were filled with subtle tension, growing closeness, and emotional vulnerability. From playful banter to soul-stirring gazes, their dynamic felt natural, sincere, and full of longing.Zee truly stole the show with his flawless performance, seamlessly switching between intense action and heart-wrenching emotion. The action scenes were executed with power and precision, but it was the scene where he broke down over his mother’s loss that left a deep impact—raw, real, and completely unforgettable. On the other hand, NuNew as Khanin brought so much light and warmth. His sassy but sweet determination to stay by Charan’s side added just the right amount of charm and humor. His persistence wasn’t just adorable—it showed how deeply he’s falling, and how much he believes in them. The supporting cast also did an excellent job. Every actor held their ground and added depth to the unfolding drama, making the world of The Next Prince feel rich and lived in.The background music elevated every scene. From the tension of a duel to the soft moments of heartbreak, the score matched the emotion flawlessly. And the cinematography? Breathtaking. The visuals were elegant, crisp, and grand—each shot composed like a painting. Combined with tight, effective storytelling, EP6 felt like a cinematic experience. In short, Episode 6 was a masterclass in emotional storytelling, character development, and production quality. If the series keeps going like this, it’s going to be legendary.🌟10/10. Still not over it.

ep 6

I will add reviews to the previous two episodes later, as I’m having technical issues right now.- I don’t know, nor do I care why that is. The mist all over everything in the background is laughable, unserious, and… well, it looks like they’re masking copyright issues here.+ Royal Highness deliberate... well, whatever he’s doing here.- Issues with the camera angle again, and we’re only five minutes in?- Where are we again, with that cheap building name on the freaking castle? Is it a high school, Hogwarts, Hogsmeade, or… oh, right, all of the above?+ The market’s color palette is actually nice, but—- Unasked-for product placement, not covered or packed in nicely (unlike the first scene, where it kind of worked... because you’re not taking it seriously).- I don’t really get the embarrassing need for Nunew’s character, Khanin, to wear royal attire 89% of the time—unless he’s naked, in a gown, fencing, or in another country, ideally doing sports.- I’m actually disappointed no one tasted the food for poison beforehand.o Oh yeah, let’s gooo—show me how a vanilla series does BDSM! That aside, I like the abbreviation. The (desperate, depressed, puppety, Slytherin-esque) foil in Jimmi’s hands, interconnected through the hand of his pet (his strength, his weakness) with the good side—that’s a good move if handled properly. And so far? Done well.- What were those two semi-transparent pigeons? Shooting material? A hallucination...? Asparagus Satanus. I thought—hoped—for a second it was just a stain on the film strip, but no. Oh no. They actually put the pigeon in HUMAN SIZE—again. And again. And again. And all over again. Thank goodness we have a skip button—and no fear to use it for idiocy.… Unwelcome flocking pigeons on the horizon again, Part VII.… “What could possibly go wrong?” —the memorable last words.… I could nitpick other things, but for some reason, I don’t want to. I’ll either do so later or not at all—depends.

OK, Let's rant: the kiss. It was closing to be a good kiss. They dragged it for too long. If they wanted for it to look realistic(, which they didn't), waiting that long, Charan would contain himself and stop the kiss, because of (who he is, who Khain is) how long it took. I know why they did it this way, or why I wold do it this way in their stead, i know the trope this steams from, the craving nature of this type of scenes, but - no, it really could be a nice pretty kiss, why it was thrown.. drained.

Charakter development

Wow, first real date vibes! Khanin wants to see the pearls, and of course Charan can’t say no. They go on this cute little streetfood shopping trip, only to be a bit disappointed—the rare pearl Khanin wanted isn’t there. But Charan takes him home, where his mom’s collection includes that rare pearl color! Surprise—turns out it was on Charan’s wedding ring all along. Not the ring yet for Khanin, but he does get a yellow pearl symbolizing friendship… hey, you can’t have everything right away!Meanwhile, Ramil and Patay are inseparable, scheming to dig up dirt on Khanin’s past. Then we get the first real meeting with Prince Wasin. His loyalties? Still a mystery. He’s secretly meeting all princes except Khanin’s father, but seems friendly with the Assevatevathin faction. Charan hints that Wasin and Menanakerin would benefit a lot if an Assevatevathin sits on the throne. Intriguing…Highlight alert: first archery training! Charan’s all about aiming and shooting, but Khanin? Well, his only target is Charan himself. Classic.Oh, and Grandpa King might be playing matchmaker with Prince Kalvin? Some definitely aren’t happy, though politically it kinda makes sense—a prince from a neighboring kingdom and all. Still, that meeting was pretty mysterious. Then a visit to Ava with Ramil… what could possibly go wrong? (Sarcasm intended.) Charan tagging along.Khanin and the rest goes all out at royal-style clubbing. If Kahnins plan was to get info by getting others drunk, that totally backfired once he started dancing and pulled Charan in. Patay, intentionally or not, makes Ramil jealous enough to take action. Poor Kalvin’s left alone, definitely not a party guy, and ends up drinking cocktails by himself.Back to a rainy scene—more about Charan’s trauma surfaces. He has a full panic attack, poor thing, but Khanin’s there to care for him. We learn Charan’s story is similar to Khanin’s—his mother left and never came back, unable to return. What exactly happened is still unclear, and it’s uncertain if Charan even fully understands it, but it clearly left a deep impact. Khanin stands by him, and the episode ends with a kiss. Charan and Khanin for the win!Khanin, especially, is really starting to show what’s truly inside him—not just childish and a little annoying, but deeply hurt and searching for the stability only Charan can offer right now. He’s not just taking from Charan, he’s giving back too, but what he really needs is that emotional connection. The acting from everyone this episode was amazing. The details in the different scenes are a dream. And that’s it! I seriously can’t get enough and I’m already counting down to next week!
