Hmmm I really can't decide
The one thing I got from this series is that it is near impossible to follow everything thrown at you without having to watch it again or, having to rewind and play scenes over again until you fill in the blanks and catch up. At times (an iQIYI issue) the subtitles were so fast you would need a photographic memory or, start a Duolingo course to learn the language. Also, when the writers/director realize that they only have two episodes left - they cram so much information in that it could be three days later before your brain finally puts it in the right order and you say "Ahhhh. That's why the father was such a..."Yi's transformation from a**hole to nice person was never believable. It was never truly explained why he treated Diao so badly. Agree - Nat is not the best actor and agree - how can a medalist in martial arts be such a wimp and unable to fight?
Another reviewer posted other titles from this company and their seems to be a running theme...take a book and hurriedly and sometimes badly, convert into a series. Though, I must say that they are usually, good enough to plow through to see the ending. Not thrilled but, you know what I mean.
Side characters were entertaining. If you think of this as a Cinderella story - it makes a bit more sense and having the "extra" stuff thrown in is all there to help move the story along.
Hard to recommend. It is like both versions of Why R U. Thai one made all women to be vile and opportunistic. The Korean one cleaned that part up and improved it - a little. Do we wait for the Korean Naughty Babe and hope for more? Enquiring minds want to know...

Liked it better than Cutie Pie
I liked this better than Cutie Pie, at least in the beginning. In fact, I put off watching this because I was not in the mood for another Cutie Pie series.Max was working those eyes and I was here for it!!! Nat was fine, he just can't compete with all the emotions Max can express with just his face. Few can. Maybe First or Fort.
I love me a fiest ML. I also love me a vulnerable for his love interest ML. They served up both in this series. Well, he was more first in the beginning anyway.
I think my favorite scenes are when dear ol dad insisting that he would chose Nong Dio over his son. No hesitation and a deadpan voice killed me.
At this point of my drama journey, I am not sure if lack of communication is cultural or just a common tool to further plots.

cringe in maniera bella come cutie pie

Giving a 4 bc of the ending
um??? idk the story is weird, I didn't like it. the acting is not great either and to be honest, there were parts I found cringe 😭there were time where I just wanted to drop the bl cause the story was boring.
now, what i kind of liked is the random comedy moments between drama. those moments saved the bl for me.
CHEMISTRY IS GREAT!!! one of my favorite things definitely.
last cap. was so cute that yep! it made +1 star for my review lmao
Production is good, just wish they'd spend some of the budget with the story :/

Entertained at first but in overall disappointed by the scenario and pace of the story
This series is a sequel to Cutie Pie, focusing on the couple Yi x Khondiao, several years after the end of Cutie Pie 2. I enjoyed the first half of the drama: it had an outlandish and very soap premise as well as a lot of funny forced cohabitation scenes...Unfortunately, my interest strongly decreased in the second half as the pace of the story was getting worse and the plot become more and more ridiculous. I think it would have been better if the story had been told in a much more concise way and with less episodes. The acting skills were kind of a mixed bag... I was happy to find back some of the actors and characters from the old series (mainly Nunew playing Kuea and Zee as Lian) and I really enjoyed the actor playing Yi's father, who was for me the MVP of the show. I also found the chemistry between the main leads Max and Nat very good and their hot scenes quite believable. Unfortunately they were less convincing to me in the more dramatic moments. I also found the main "villains" of the drama too caricatural and mediocre.
The production value was quite good with some questionable and over-the-top filmmaking choices. Some scenes are clearly filmed and edited to increase the dramatic / soap effect which make it quite entertaining and even goofy (which might not be the exact intended purpose). The moments with the dog were pretty cute and fun, while the CGI tiger made me cringe. The soundtrack did not leave a memorable impression on me and pale in comparison to Cutie Pie/Cutie Pie 2 ones.
I would not recommend this to people. It is a very over-the-top BL story with a cute dog, a questionable CGI tiger and wonky scenario: it is entertaining at times and quite ridiculous at some other times. If you are a fan of Cutie Pie / Cutie Pie 2 and/or of Domundi actors, you might still want to give it a shot for some of the couple pairings.

Amazing story and series
This series was amazing, I love the actors and storyline. Amazing chemistry with all the staff. It has everything you wanting a BL series to have. This series has it all love, hate, jealousy, revenge, friendship and family. This was one of the best series in a long time. Totally deserve 10 stars. I laughed and cried. I have missed series like this that can catcher your heart. I only wish it was longer and not the end of the series, makes you only want more. All three series had done an amazing job telling everyone's story showing amazing growth and development. A true beauty of actors and storyline mashed up greatly. ❤️Was this review helpful to you?

So good!
I really enjoyed watching this series. It was so fun to watch knowing that it was a connection to Cutie Pie but the thing was I at first didn't know that it as kind of a continuation because their names were different like for example Hia Yi had Chatdecha chen and phayak in his name and I thought it was a whole different series but then I realized because of the dog haha. It was really good but the only things I had concerned for is that the dog... Nong was a white chihuahua in Cutie Pie but then now she is black and white and I was confused because she changed haha but that's not a big concern, another concern I have is that when Hia Yi got into the accident I don't even get how his car flipped over because when he was in the car I get that (because I learned driving before because of the DMV I learned that when it starts raining it gets slippery on the road) and it was storming and Hia Yi was angry because of Kuea not telling the secret house and then when he found out where he really was he panicked but then I don't get what or how his car flipped over. That scene made me cry though because it was sad and Kon Diao was crying :(... The music though I LOVE THE MUSIC IT IS SO GOOD!!!!!! It is still stuck in my head till this day. I watched the series a few months ago and my review is new because lol I just decided to make a MDL account (Just if anyone is curious bahaah) The music is so sweet and the opening like where they show photos of them was really cute. the acting was AMAZING. I loved it. The only thing that the acting lacked was that the car flipping was a good effect but the thing is what DID he flip over on or how lol. And the dog bro... the dog just dyed her fur I guess 😂😂😂😂Was this review helpful to you?

Really good!
It's already more than a year ago since I watched Cutie Pie and I never watched Naughty Babe..This series confused me a bit sometimes, but I'm
really glad I watched it.
The story was extraordinay and interesting.
I loved almost all actors!
They did a good job and most of the actors were really funny.
(I loved Yi's Dad btw!)
And Maxnat did such a great job!
Their chemistry made me feel like everything
was real and not played..
Also the ending had such a wonderful message
and made me smile..
I'm happy I watched Yi's and Khon Diao's full story and I hope more people will:)

ACTUALLY A GOOD SHOW, GREAT IF THERE'S A LITTLE MORE PUSH
STORY ;To be Honest there are parts that I did not understand on the story, some of it have no sense at all, but it was on point and I can really walk through with what the show is trying to imply. Diao being used by his own father to gain something from Yi's Family by letting him marry Yi and the couple over coming it, it was a nice plot actually, but with some unknown reason I am not convinced enough with how the show elaborated it, something is lacking that I did not know what it was, or maybe it was the bad writings or lines ? whatever. If we want to just see boys having romance and comedy with each other this is for you guys, thankfully it was entertaining enough to let me push through the end and over all it was a good watch.
VISUAL :
The Visuals are insane ! this show has one of the nicest visuals I've ever seen, like the camera pointing, the angle, it was really great two thumbs up!
ACTING/ACTORS ;
I love MaxNat since Why R U ! and from there I've seen how developed they've become with each other as a BL couple, When I watched Cutie Pie there was still an awkwardness there on their kissing scene and now here in Naughty Babe, the kiss was OMG, I can't contain it like it looks so real and it feels like the two of them are too comfortable with ear other, the kissing scene was too steamy for mo , well not all but some of it were too much that I have to skip it but it was nice and a good improvement for both of them. All of them acted nicely here I have nothing to say it was good and entertaining and Nat was such a baby very good pairing really for me
OVER ALL
Recently I was actually looking for BL that has enough romance and the kissing scene that is not awkward for the actors and has a great storyline and When I watched this show, They have given me MORE that what I am looking for, and I am entertained, MaxNat really knew how to play this genre and they knew what me as an audience wants with their romance it was cute and funny and romantic and heartfelt specially when Yi finally knew what was on Diao's mind all of this time and when Yi learned how to express his love to Diao, it was everything ! . but again could've been great with a little more push . so yeah this show is for those who are not too serious and too critics on story line and just wanna see a romance , you should definitely watch it, and for me it was not a waste of time choosing this drama !

Could have been so much better but it is not.
Naughty Babe is where the side couple from Cutie Pie is taking a center stage and the main couple is taking more of a back seat. The story follows Khon Diao and Yi as they are navigating their relationship which they had for a very long time now. They are a seasoned couple and the main problem here is that they have been together for quite a long time that Khon Diao feels and suspects that Yi is already cheating on him while it is also projecting itself to be a family drama where the family of Diao is really getting money from the family of Yi. Now, this is a story that we have seen more than a couple of times but I do not hate the show because I feel like the execution is not bad at all. You can easily see that this show has budget because it is a well-made show but I am hoping that they were able to put some of that in the writing of the series because they really pushed for this one and added as many things as they can like an amnesia arc, a family fight, and a fighting couple. There are so many things that are happening that they pushed it all in one episode which I feel like did not led to good pace for the story. The stories especially the family that had some issues against each other was more hinted rather than anything else that would merit something enjoyable to watch. The family drama is there but they were able to handle it so quick that I am wondering how it took so long for them to really handle it and the supposed villains of the story just were suddenly gone in the story. The chemistry of the main couple is there and it is undeniable but the story is not there supporting what they could have done with it. Instead, it felt a mediocre job for a story just to gain money from the love team. It did not feel like a commercial but more of an audition for another series which is okay if they made it shorter or if they could have put it in a more concise packaging. There is potential with the stories if they were just able to handle all of them slowly or if they decided not to put all possible hindrances and do nothing about them. Again, it is not a bad show because the chemistry is good and Max is hot but the story and the show is, unfortunately, bad and lackluster. Was this review helpful to you?

Well… you didn’t eat the food still there
Okay I’m going to start off by saying I enjoyed episode 1-4 I thought the plot was really good at first and I thought it had a rich story, and I thought this was gonna be a really good series, but honestly I thought wronged, after watching episode 5-8 I just have to say what the hell was the writers thinking, first of all no shade nat acting was so horrible, I never laughed so hard during a crying scene, the story felt all over the place, felt like they couldn’t stick to one topic, I have never skip spicy scenes ever before in my life of watching BL until I watch this one, the whole “I love you” then “I’m gonna ruin the wedding” then “do you even want me to stay” then “I love you” then 3 years later we are married with 2 beautiful kids and puppy…. Like what ? How did we even get here ? Plus I knew it was the brother it was a clean give away, the uncle just going proof is crazy. Towards the end it was really hard to watch I mostly just skipped through it after watching cutie pie I just couldn’t do it and I watched cutie pie as soon as it came out and I never heard of this series till now and jeez I wish it never popped up on my recommendation, now I can’t just sit here and say I hated the whole show because they’re were some scenes that I love, the puppy is the real star of the show, Yi father is a icon, low key was shipping Yi and Lian, I think falling in love all over again and yi realizing his mistakes in him and khondiao relationship was really beautiful. Aon is hot, I love yi personality but overall the story didn’t eat but it wasn’t the worst I’ve watch. Was this review helpful to you?
