Earth should do like Santa and leave this studio.
I don't usually write reviews and it's a very bad sign when I do...The pretty ridiculously high score of this show is due to the second couple who, although very normal and predictable, at least has good chemistry and a storyline that made sense. Also the characters are normal (in a very cliché thaï university BL way).
As for the first couple, they're the reason why I'm writing this.
Don't watch the first 7 episodes of this serie, I'm serious, maybe the first one and then skip directly to n°7 because it's not worth it.
Pond is barely there, he underacts like crazy (funny because he overacted quite a bit in Reset), he's always staring in the middle distance and looking at Earth's character not so much like he's in love but like he's stoned fort the first time in his life and trying to convince himself that it feels really good. There's not much to say about him and his character because both the writing and acting are BARELY there.
Earth's role actually disguted me a little. Hear me out, he's the reason why I wanted to see this, I usually like his acting a lot (he was the best part of Until We Meet Again as a STARRING role, and reaaally good and endearing in My Only Twelve Percent). But Wabi Sabi seems to have decided to force him to play adult character who are mentally 8 years old for the rest of his life and it's getting embarassing and scary.
First of all, WHY? Second of all, this is romance, adult romance, is someone with a child mentality supposed to be attractive ? Are we supposed to root for the partner that's attracted to that ? Do you get why this is insane and creepy ?
He's not childish, his roomate friend is childish and we can see the difference.
He's always pouty, and ditzy and quite frankly dowright stupid, it's aggravating. He triggers the same gag reflex in me as most of Esther Yu's roles and their ditzy baby voice, people who find this attractive explain it to me without sounding like pedophiles, PLEASE.
I though that at least when the second couple started I would be free of his presence but NO, he's still there, somehow shipping (and God I hate this bullshit) the second couple like it's obvious they should be together (even at the very beginning when there was NO sign that either ot them wanted it, CREEPY AF) despite the fact that he was the most clueless person on earth when it came to his own love story "He's in love with my baby sister" REALLY ?! How is that supposed to be endearing when I'm here wondering how he could possibly get into vet med school with no brain to speak of ?
He needs to leave this studio before they completly sink his career and he becomes a laughing stock, at 32 playing in 18 years old with a silly backpack, a toy watch and a whiny baby voice. I'm already dying of cringe as it is...
To be honest I think all this is motivated by mysoginy, Earth as an actor has a more feminine energy, especially in his public persona outside of his roles, but because BL is very mysogynistic and hostile to more feminine presenting men, they turn him into a baby instead, they almost did the same to Newnew and it pisses me off.

The "iPhone" era of Thailand's BL.
"New series" with old same patterns, old same story, old same unnecessary silliness, old same no making sense plots, old same "turtle pacing" evolution of the story, no evolution, no acting challenging, no message, no focus, that you buy it by acquired speed. It has been done better.
It serves nothing but the fun base, easy swallow "food" of comfort where there is nothing to be truly worried about.
Don't get me wrong, I watched it (fast forward some times) and slept just fine.
Even smile in some moments or admire some flashes of interesting acting.
But there is nothing more in it.
And there is my problem that I wanted to share :
You choose Pond who has shown some acting guts in "180 Degree Longitude Passes Through Us", Earth who has shown some interesting versatility in "My Only 12%", Bas who has obviously evolved his realistic acting and some other experienced actors and you use them like that?! What a waste.
This kind of "production" works best for new, fresh actors where they can introduce themselves and their freshness and eagerness will cover the absence of story and logic.
That's why the sides stories, with less screen time, seemed more promising.
So, in conclusion, watch with no hopes and when you want to relax. It offers nothing in an artistic - acting - storytelling way. If you are focusing in just "cute shipping" watch the YouTube shorts of the series and get the hole idea and (unrealistic overdose) "cuteness" just fine.

I LOVE Hill and Easter and HATED Johan and North
I might have a different opinion from the comments here, but I LOOOOVE Hill and Easter's relationship. Maybe I'm just a sucker for exes to lovers, except Hill and Easter are like ex situationship to lovers. I love that Easter claims he "hates" Hill, but it always shows how he's weak and easily swayed by Hill when he just says "please" or makes a sad puppy face, which subtly shows the kind of relationship only 2 people who used to be close, have.Easter claiming and saying to North that Hill "probably doesn't like him" or "likes his sister" but can't stop himself from giggling and swooning everytime Hill does something sweet and romantic implies that he doesn't want to expect things. It's understandable that he will initially doubt Hill's intention when his relationship with him in the past was really unclear and ended up with Hill suddenly disappearing. (which is obvs not by choice)
I love that Hill doesn't hesitate to assure him though, because being secure in a relationship doesn't happen immediately. It just grows over time.
Hill's actor is so good at making "yearning" eyes, that even I melt from his gaze. Easter's expressions are so hilarious to watch, and his relationship with North made my stomach hurt from laughing too much.
I'm gonna be honest, I really tried to enjoy Johan and North's story but I really can't. There's clearly a money related power dynamics going on between them and it makes me uncomfortable. I can tolerate the debt because that's obviously North's fault, but I feel pissed when Johan was restricting North's means to pay his debt by buying the place where North is working just because he's jealous of North's boss, then making him quit work (this is about the cafe, not the bar obviously).
I didn't like how their story was written and how it was making North dependent on Johan, until North gave in. Atleast North's assertive when he "realized" he likes Johan, which isn't really enough to make their relationship balanced.
I enjoyed North a lot, but I didn't like Johan.

FourEver Bad!
Honestly, is it not time for a revolt against BL series wasting time on drivel? This is one of the most mindless, childish, dumb, cliché-driven, and trope-filled stories I have ever seen. In addition to being one of the more rancidly acted series, mainly because it exposed an incapacity to display the protagonists (as well as other major characters) adroit at growing, thriving, maturing, or even becoming an adult let alone being able to face any type of trauma or drama without completely falling apart or reverting to child-like behaviors. Most acted emotionally as if they were somewhere between 5-to-15-year-olds in bodies that are supposed to be young men. And do not get me started on how infantile, pre-pubescent and frankly non-existent they treated the whole concept of gay relationships. Was this review helpful to you?
it's good but not the best out there.
I will stand by this if Johan & North was the main couple & Ter/Hill was the side couple & Nao/Tiger was the 2nd main couple I think this would of had a strong 5 star for me.I watched this mainly for Earth but I wasn't impressed with his acting in the show. I was more stuck on Bas, something about him made it feel like he was the main lead at times. Earth I feel needs to play more adult roles and leave the youth roles alone.
ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO BAS FOR THE AMAZING CRYING SCENES!!!
ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO NEGERN FOR BEING THE PERFECT EYE CANDY!
I can’t wait to see Nao/Tiger & Art/Dao love stories, I feel like they going to bring more drama and emotional scenes and I am here for it!
I will say the support cast James & Frank, every time i saw them in a scene together I was praying to the GMMTV gods to put them in a series together ASAP as a couple.

Why I rated this 8/10
*Fourever You*I've noticed that the #1 thing with BL dramas shipping depends strongly on the chemistry that the main & 2nd leads have with each other. For instance Zee & NuNew, Nat & Max or Joong & Dunk, just to name a few outstanding main BL leads. Whether they are really part of the LGBTQ+ community or not... the character they are portraying is & every emotion has to radiate through each heart of the viewer of a love connection between 1 to the other. These young actors that I've mentioned above have that spark of magic that can pull their viewer into a relationship that is luscious.
Watching this recommended drama (Fourever You), I have to admit was cute, but I feel that the pairing was disconnected. The main couple Hill & Easter (Ter) relationship connection was blah... it felt more like 2 friends that are trying their best to connect to the character... but just can't bring themselves to embrace it... especially Hill (or the actor Pond). The disconnect was so out there... and as each episode went by... I still felt that connection was just impersonable, instead of personable. The young actor playing Ter (Earth) I just felt that was a bit over the top with trying to be bashful & his movements were a bit over the top silly (He's supposed to be the age of a college student, not a 10-year-old child in grade school). Even with his relationship with his friends... he talks and acts like a 10-year-old child who is giddy, instead of an 18-, 19- or 20-year-old young MAN. WHY?
Now, I don't know if this is the fault of the director... but I felt either the entertainment company that picked the director dropped the ball.... or ... if it wasn't the director .. The young actor Earth just didn't fit the criteria of the character & lost his way from start to finish. I thought maybe things would pick up once Ker agreed to be the BF of Hill, but instead their storyline just got worse & the connection went from blah to omg!
Now on to the 2nd couple: Johan & North... They were definitely a match. I can feel a spark & connection; it made me focus more on their relationship then the Main leads. The spark in Johan's eyes when he first saw North when he opened the door ... brough goose bumps and a smile. That's a winning pair. The planning to get together was a bit out of the ordinary... but it worked. Johan had his own style to live free in North's thoughts. These two actors understood what was expected of their character & handled it with the finesse of young college students' personalities. By the time I reached Episode 14... I knew that the only reason I would finish this drama was because of Johan & North's pairing & storyline. As episode 16 came into closing up the ending of this drama... in my personal opinion when North and his classmate regarding a survey about Rich & Poor people that his classmate was doing is the most interesting conversation. North's answers regarding some of the questions, has me realizing that this young man has wisdom for such a young age. It brings questions of why he feels like he does... with the maturity of an elder? This is where the respect & admiration Johan found with North. Johan to reflect on his outlook with his life was a starting point in changing. This conversation had such an impact with me, that I literally went back to listen to their conversation again. It just showed how the writer's thoughts are to enlighten not only Johan who was hearing this conversation, but also the viewers of all ages to understand that even though you're rich or come from a rich family... it doesn't mean you can live life easily, it takes skills also & knowledge to not lose what you accomplished to be financially well off. Loved this conversation... it was a 10star PowerPoint. It shows that we all have to prove our worth to ourselves, no matter whether you're rich or poor.
I was glad that I decided to continue to watch this drama, at least because of North & Johan... They were the highlight of this drama that made it all worthwhile to finish it. Which is why the rating was 8/10
***Now I'm anxiously waiting to see what is going on with Fah & Phoon 😁***

Trust the process
I just started watching because Earth was in it. I literally had no idea of any other actor. When it started off with HillTer story, it kept feeling incomplete. Like at first Ter wanted to avoid Hill. But then it looks like Hill didn't do anything wrong. I kinda thought that Hill did him something bad and came behind him to get a chance to prove himself that he won't do it again.... That's what I thought. There were so many questions of Why, Where, When, How. Even Ter had those questions but he didn't ask all of them.It was kinda frustrating to me that why the series left out so many details. And I'll be honest, it looked very slow paced at first. And then they started JohanNorth story. I was like Who will clean the mess that's created!
But as my title says 'Trust the process'. I really liked the way the story was put. It didn't completely disclose the facts at one time. But rather it one by one told everything. After like 3-4 episodes, it catches the pace and then you'll find yourself wanting to watch more and more. Hill is so sweet, his smile is so mesmerizing. And I liked the friendship of Ter and North. North saying to Ter that I'm here to listen, you can share anything with me 🤌🏻🤌🏻
And don't get me started with JohanNorth. A cherry on top. If in one hand, HillTer is a calm story, on the other hand, JohanNorth is such a comedy, fussy, dynamic story. I liked P'Bas acting of North and no heavens can make me believe that the intimidating role of Johan is played by P'Max who is nothing related to being serious. He's such a crack head. It shows how good an actor he is.
JohanNorth story literally made me kick my blanket, and have my jaws dropped (the kiss scene in the cafe, literally gave too much butterflies)
And as i mentioned, they give details one by one. So like you don't know those details initially at the start, but later after knowing those details, it'll make you want to watch it again with different perspective and knowing everything. That's why i gave 10 for rewatch value. I think this factor will make me rewatch the drama (i don't rewatch a series). So in the end, this drama turned out to be so good, it felt like mind relaxing

Balance screentimes?
Better learn form 'Love in the Air' and 'Perfect 10 liners' in term of giving proper screentime towards each couple (exclude TonfahTyphoon and ArthitDaotok since they will be more focused on Fourever You Part 2). No matter what people say, both couple has their own storyline either complex or not, deserved their own screentimes. That's it .. No hates toward HillTer, but JohanNorth also main couple in this Part 1. If they couldn't give balance screentime for JohanNorth and HillTer, why not from the beginning just make JohanNorth as side couple. Screen writers should consider author's opinion regarding the 3rd version of the script so everyone could live in peace. And ... there's a lot of missing important plots about JohanNorth in the series especially how Johan started to change from being player to hardworking and committed to North. They only show how Johan fell in love. Because I'm reading the novels, so I'm feeling disappointed. Sorry to say.(Sorry for my bad grammar, English is not my spoken language)
ps: Bass Hatsanat and Cooearth, I love this duo. Never disappoints. Long time no see Bass, all rounder actor. Coo too, long time no see. Give them both 8/10. Never watch any Pond and Maxky's works before, so I don't know what to comment but so far they're doing good and I don't feel cringe of their scenes. But, Maxky does leave good impression like he knows his character very well.

not just timing - it’s about love that finds its way back.
This show isn’t just about romance - it’s really about connections, and the friend group is what makes everything feel alive.Easter is still the emotional core. He’s gentle, observant, and carries so much unspoken hurt. The way he loves is quiet - he doesn’t demand attention, but you can feel how deeply he cares. It makes every moment where he gets ignored or misunderstood hit even harder.
Hill… still frustrating but in a way that makes sense. He’s guarded, emotionally constipated (let’s be real), and clearly dealing with feelings he doesn’t know how to express. But the way he looks at Easter? That’s where all the truth is. He cares - he just doesn’t know how to show it properly.
Now Johan?? Honestly one of the BEST characters.
He brings this confident, slightly teasing energy, but underneath that he’s incredibly loyal. He notices things others don’t, especially when it comes to his friends. He’s the type who acts chill and cool but will absolutely step in when something is wrong. Also his emotional intelligence?? underrated.
And then North - SUCH a comfort character.
North is like the glue of the group. He’s warm, supportive, and always there when someone needs him. He balances out all the tension, especially between Hill and Easter. When things get heavy, North is usually the one keeping everyone grounded.

Generic but good
Most seem to agree Ter and Hill story was too slow for them and can come off as cringe. I came for North and Johan as well XD! I really saw a short about them being on variety show and noticed Bas and came running to watch it.*What makes this story stand out?*
Certain elements of this drama is pretty generic like the engineer ML or doctor ML, college campus, part timers, one of the ML being rich, motorcycles, etc. However what stands out in this drama is really the unique characters personality and the relationship these folks have with each other. I expect nothing less from director New who directed until we meet again, the flow of the drama is very natural and the character seems like realistic people. And the actors really brought the characters to life with their acting, North had me crying of laughter so many times with his facial expressions.
Ter and Hill story was more on the generic side with oppositions and good first pair to start off to set the story. As hill himself seems to be at the center of the doc friend group. Most folks coming for romance will most likely get bored in the first couple of episodes. However what kept me through was really the friendship these folks had for each other. Whether it was north and ter , engineer group, or doctor group. Most importantly the attention to details, there was no plot holes ( maybe there was but I didn’t see any). What I find kind of hilarious is how when Johan gets rid of something or does something for North it’s just gets mentioned as passing, but it looks like no one realizes how insane it was that he even did that. Like the guy who fought with North in the beginning, it gets casually mentioned that he was forced to change school later on and some other things Johan did to protect North. He really cares a lot about north and does a lot to ensure that North is safe, happy, and blissfully unaware of the shady stuff. You can even argue that he hide it from us the viewers as well to not burst our clueless bubbles XD.
Moving on to North and Johan, the pairing that drew everyone in. North was hilariously funny and Bas acted him very well, can tell his acting has significantly improved from 2 moons. The way north acts can come off as cringe to some folks if not acted right, but Bas acted it well it enough that it makes people think he’s cute.
Now with Johan, my first time seeing Maxky, and he’s a very good actor. After seeing his real life videos, I couldn’t believe Johan and him are the same people. His acting is detail based where his slight eye directions/expression and body language shows the character. Johan can be considered as Red flag with his relentless stalking and very possessive nature. However at the same time he’s a green forest for the way he treats North. He’s a very complex character that can’t be explained with a few words and the drama did very well in showing his emotional progress as his relationship advances with North. He respects North and lets him do what he wants. There may be some moment where it’s kind of a grey area, but for a guy who waited 3 years for this one chance. He really wasn’t taking any chances of North getting away. His desperation really shows as the story progresses and then when he goes over his backstory with North, you can tell that where the desperation came from. He respected North to let him do what he wants, but his possessive nature leads him to do certain actions to ensure that North is within his vicinity of control, mostly for safety and ensuring North doesn’t run away.
Overall good watch!
It’s a good story plot, but with the explosion of BL dramas it’s makes this drama seem generic. However if this did come out a few years ago, this may have a been a hit. Say what you want about the plot, but the production of this drama is pretty high quality, it adapted from the novel pretty well and the procession of the story was natural with zero plot wholes. The cast was perfect for each role and the character building was natural, and enough context or background information for viewers to build their own understanding of each character. Definitely recommend as a good watch!

Wasted chemistry for HillTer, became the series for JohanNorth
*happy ending for the two couples for now*The series only featured the two couples, HilTer and JohanNorth and some glimpses of the other two couples and some side couple but did not fully completed them or expanded it further.
I loved the premise of Hilter but even with uncut or extended version, the storytelling seems a bit weird. Ter has this idea that Hil likes his sister but they separated when they are already together. They are already kissing. I hoped they used the premise of second chances more. I think Ter folded quite easily at episode 2 they are already holding hands. Let ke i wanted more angst and longing and regret. I wanted them to badly miss each other but it went bland from thereon. From thereon they started reminiscing, etc and it became so bland no wonder people started rooting for JohanNorth because it felt that the HilTer story already concluded.
Such a wasted chemistry. Though i really love Hil's loving voice to Ter and how he looks at Ter but that's it.
For JohanNorth, what I fell to love is Bas's acting. He is so lovable and he acts really great as if he is the very main actor for the series. Johan on the other hand is very fit for that rich bad boy vibe that is such a simp for North with a ton of Tsundere-ness. Their chemistry is worth the charts that I felt their story was expanded more on more episodes other than HilTer because of popular demand. I wanted more moments for them. Not the cheesy confession on the beach type of moments, but moments where Johan will show his Tsundere-simp attitude to North or show how rich he is or how bad boy he is. Like fighting etc haha. Something like mafia boss. Will rewatch only for JohanNorth moments.
Very excited on the story of the other couples!

Great drama, can't wait for season 2.
This was the second time i watched it, the first time were the weekly episodes. The first time i saw it Ter's childisch behaviour quite annoided me, but the second time it hardly did.
I don't hate comedy, but i don't like it when they try to make it a comedy with the actor's over acting.
The best comedy's are the ones where the actors act normal, but the moments or jokes are just funny.
I loved both stories and i can't wait to see the second season with the 3 remainng stories. Especially the parts with Tonfah / Typhoon and Suea and Nao.
The chemistry between Hill and Ter was ok, but not spectaculair, the chemistry between North and Johan was off the charts!! For me they were the real leads in this season.
I will definatly rewatch this drama more times in the future. I hope the second season will air soon!
