Thriller, Romance, Comedy all in one!
I just finished the series and I can't emphasize how much I love this. The acting was solid for most and the comedy scenes were really heartwarming. The ending was a little rushed but at the same time, it kind of answered all I needed. I wanted to know more about the villain though, like why she did this and what happened. The revealing of the female lead character was kind of unexpected because I thought her parents would react more but it fits nicely into the timing that they wanted to portray. Mijin's dad character is the baeeeee tho!

A wonderful blend of romance, comedy and mystery!
I think Miss Night and Day is an underrated gem because it delivers a refreshing twist on the age swap trope, bringing humour, warmth and a surprising amount of emotional depth. It also builds an interesting mystery which reaches a tense and gripping conclusion.I don't really like romance alone, I need there to be something besides that in the plot that grips me and Miss Night and Day did exactly that. I loved the switches between Mi-Jin and Lim Sun, it explored themes of ageism, body confidence, career struggles and personal identity and the two main actresses were both great. The male lead who played Ji-Ung was also very good. I haven't seen him in anything else but I liked him alot, especially in the later episodes as he had great chemistry with both of the female leads.
I started this off because I thought it would just be a fun silly series to get into but it ended up being one to add to my list of favourites.

Will watch again!
This is a cute one! A great mix of comedy, romance, magic, mystery, and action. Lee Jung Eun is amazing and had me laughing so hard but crying other times! There are good character arcs, and the barriers to their romance are believable and not just the tired tropes. I loved the ending! Was this review helpful to you?

A Kdrama with two personalities, but only one is good.
Just like our main character Mijin the show has two sides as well, but looks like the writer didn't sleep much at night. This drama should've been a comedy, instead of a crime, because other the crime story, everything else was working. This could've been a show with different cases in every episode while solving the puzzle about why Mijin has to be someone else at daytime, but the writer thought, including an unnecessary crime plot will make the show more interesting, and along the way, she completely forgot about the main plot.
We never really find out why she had to be a different person, we just got some "meh" explanation in the finale.
Using a plot like this, and not doing much with it, is just being lazy. So many plot holes in the story, I can't even count, and the way they handled the romance plot is even worse.
I actually don't know what I can say, because there's nothing much to say. The secondary romance was weird as hell with Ju. What on Earth was that?
The whole crime plot was a MESS! I'm sorry, but I can't believe that a character like that can kill so many people without any help.
The only thing that saved this show from being hot garbage is the cast and the comedy elements.
I'm disappointed!

A Tale About Your Other Self
Kudos to this production, the writing, the actors (especially the 2 female leads), the comedy, the soundtrack. all in all it is a good all-around Kdrama. There wasn't a time when I didn't want to move to the next episode. The story flowed forward, the comedy was perfectly timed, and there was just enough suspense to keep the interest high. I would definitely recommend giving this one a look. Was this review helpful to you?

fantasy that forgot it was fantasy
we need more "ahjumma" centered dramas, like dear my friendsThe good
I’m glad this year there were plots that lets ahjummas shine (also connection)
MLs cute smiles
the sweet and alive parents
The meh
I love eunji, tho yeah her character 😴
Murder mastery plot twist, tho the murderer😴
The bad
It was practically an office drama
Drrrraaagggy
Eventho ml had cute smiles, the romance was non existent
Which makes me think if they got together sooner and stuff, it’d have been even duller
Tbh without mom, I’d not have continued 😬
eventho it was "fantasy" it was just practically just an office drama
they kept the double identity a secret and lost half the charm, the only fun parts were when Ju Byeong Deok saw the idol with the ahjumma
I would interpret not telling him cuz she was involved in “identity theft”
And sure she didn’t tell her parents cuz she wanted them to think the job she got was hers
But I wanted her to empathize that a bit more especially since she was stealing her aunts identity
But I never felt like she was feeling any remorse or guilt for that and she just didn’t want them to know or actually feared that, she was just ok living life like that
Her father was in danger just cuz he went to the murderer on his own
Which is stupid cuz why would’ve he “hired her” to look for his sil when she was just a “waitress”🤦🏻♀️ then go back to her when she never found anything 🫠
The villain didn’t know her identity until she saw the pic on his phone, she just knew the face she never knew the name
So yeah the story didn’t have any solid writing and every ep was a filler🤣

Miss Night and Day: A Dual Identity Delight
While the drama excels in comedy and character development, the pacing could be improved. Some episodes may feel slightly stretched, and the romantic subplot could be developed further to add more emotional depth. Nevertheless, Miss Night and Day is a refreshing and enjoyable watch that offers a unique blend of genres.Overall, Miss Night and Day is a charming Korean drama that will leave you smiling and wanting more. It's a perfect escape from reality with its quirky characters and unpredictable plot twists.

The Female Lead disappoints.
I watched because of CJH, having seen his impressive acting before. His chemistry with all the actors in this show is quite good resulting in many well-executed comedic moments. Except with the FL. Her acting is forced, voice and facial expressions monotonous, laughter irritating. Their scenes together are quite awkward and amateurish and i'm very sure it's not CJH's fault. it also doesn't help that the script is written fairly well for all characters except for the conversations between the 2 leads. Bottomline, i like many parts of this series except that i can't get rid of the irritation brought about by the FL. They should have chosen a better actress. Was this review helpful to you?

A Fun Time
FL Mi Jin is a job seeker👩💼 struggling to find employment for a couple of years now. A recently scammed, desperate and frustrated 😠 Mi Jin has lost all hopes of realising her employment dreams. When she suddenly gets gifted with super powers by a magical cat 🐈. What kind of superpowers you might ask? A power that will help her find a job? Nope. Her power is that she turns into a granny 👵during the day and back to normal during the night👧. To my biggest surprise and I know to yours as well she is able to get a job as her granny self. (Wow shows it's easier to get a job as a retired elderly person than a young graduate looking to a entry into the working field.) Anyway said powers curse or gift were given for a reason as it can help her find her aunts killer🔪! How? I don't know 🤔because as things turned out she didn't need to be old to find the killer, in fact the killer found her. The powers I believe was fun addition or distraction used to add tension between the FL and ML. Frustrating!!!
This drama was fun and I have to admit I laughed a bit. The FL and ML actually worked together, i felt the chemistry👩❤️👨. For criticism: 1. The Cat🐈!!! How did it become magical? Where did it come from and why now?? Was the cat the soul of her aunt? HOW IS THIS AGING THING EVEN POSSIBLE!!! 😵💫But I guess this is was we call a plot device, some unexplainable thing that just moves the plot along. 2. The useless 2nd male lead🙅♂️. Honestly the 2 ML was not needed in the drama. The fact that he just disappeared in the last 2 episode proves this. 3. The villain was so easy to spot. I mean the moment I met her I instantly knew she was the serial killer. 4. The writing and pacing. This could have easily been a 10 episode drama. The stories were draged for no reason.😵
However, I enjoyed it, fun watch. If you're in a slump and really need something to watch I suggest you give this a try.
Ps. Coming into this drama with no expectations is the only way you will enjoy it. Rating one👍

I like this Drama until ep 8 was going to watch till end
This was nice drama until ep8after that just like every other drama writer started taking free drugs
FL has turn into a dirt in ep10,
ML deserve better person in his life, Physical attraction is not anything
character is too,
this only Drama where i want ML to be more Cold then what they calling cold, but he is very warm hearted person
while FL is selfish Idiot
In this same story if Genders are reversed that ML would be a playboy jerk scambag,
but since its FL she is allowed to lead two man
and creepy IDOL do all idols born mannerless ?
picking someone else phone and Answering it without permission but , Fl would be super fine with it,
having friend like Creepy SML is a clear sign your girlfriend is going to cheat sooner or later
so its better to distance before she become your girlfriend
it was 10/10 until ep 10 aired i was hoping they would clear thing up, but FL just admitted her character being lose at end
FL first try to kiss ML without his consent
then she spend a night with another man(searching for cat)
but that man pick her phone without her permission and talk shit to ML
that's it ML doesn't need to go after that mess of person, he is better of alone can surely find a better girl.......
Hope FL die from old Age with her creepy Idol.
FL deserve some jail time for identity theft and JOB fraud

Not just a classic romantic Korean drama
Very well produced k drama. There is no unnecessary plot (side stories), it is funny but at the same time it approaches a sensitive topic in a very good manner: job hunting, job opportunities for elderly and work environment in South Korea. Other problems, such as corruption and illicit activities are also part of the plot, but the way this drama handles it makes it easy to watch, one can really immerse oneself in the story. It is original and funny. Love, comedy, mystery, suspense, awareness of real life situations: this show has it all! I have watched MANY dramas and this one is no doubt one of my favourites. Was this review helpful to you?

Almost dropped this half way through episode one and wasn't going to give it a chance at all only I'm so glad I did!Not a rom-com fan so have had to fast forward through a few predictable boring moments between Mr Cold and Miss Night, but on the most part each episode has been fine.
With the main leads (young ones) I have to say I'm not really into their dynamics at all nor the hot/cold shoulder treatment or whimsical hurt female after being rejected or whatever the situation might be.
The humour in this is great, however, and the timing is on point.
I've actually enjoyed the relationship between Miss Day and the second lead - it is so hard case.
Watching their scenes over and over again is something I could do quite easily just for the laugh. For example, the cafe scene in Episode 9.
Am also enjoying the true crime mystery to it, but not how there always seems to be a connection between the leads from crossing paths somehow in their childhoods.
Anyhow, 6 episodes to go and I'm hoping this keeps me invested until the end!
Recommended!
