Basic Story + SLS (Spoiler Free)
SLS HARD!! Both MLs are flawed, which is nice bc it's very realistic, but I don't love how savior-y the first lead is with the FL. The second lead is kind, attentive, and playful. He cares from the jump, and notices first when the FL is upset or missing. He also seemed to have been intrigued by her/fallen for her personality initially when she was in old-mode which i found cute and unique lol.Otherwise, the drama is very cut and dry, and follows the same template most of them do. It took me 3-4 episodes to be interested in the 2 main characters at all. I think if there wasn't the gimmick of her having the old curse, I wouldn't have kept watching. It's pretty predictable, and the pacing drags at times. I do think the actress who plays the FL while she's old did a great job, and it must have been so fun to film some of the scenes. Made me think of old people more cutely XD

Imagine you turn into an old version of yourself during the day
Honestly this reminded me so much of Howl’s moving castle. Though the premise isn’t the same (where the character in the anime was old constantly and only young again when she accepts herself for herself), the concept of the FL turning into an older version of herself still held the similarity together. This was such a weird concept for a K-Drama especially since the FL was going to work for the ML whilst simultaneously liking him- which means the older version of herself crushed on the normal young ML, plus the second lead also crushed on her and even showed fondness of her when she was an old lady? It’s so silly and although describing it like that sounds crazy, I guess watching it made it look a little less creepy lol..
So the FL turned into an old lady during the day and back to herself during the night. I always wondered how the ML and the parents never questioned once why they couldn’t see her during the day. I get being busy because of work (since that was her only excuse), but still…this lasted for so long and nobody questioned it?! Especially the ML…considering the fact that he’s a prosecutor who also investigates a little on the side, how was he not questioning this sooner? But I digress.
Overall I really enjoyed the show, it was hilarious!!! I recognised the ML actor immediately because of Mr.Queen K-drama. He’s such a good actor for comedies, I wish he gets casted in more future shows- and please…give him roles similar to Mr.Queen…the bland/cold ML personality types don’t suit him imo. The only time he looked good in the show was when he blushed and giggled over the FL hehe
On another note, I loved the main couple so much that the second lead didn’t tug on my heartstrings at all. Maybe a little bit but the show made it clear that the FL never had feelings for the second lead so it was easy to ship her with the ML.
And also, man…I don’t know how to feel about the best friend with the older guy who’s best friends with the ML…they just…do not fit AT ALL.
He looks like he could be her dad…genuinely the last thing I thought would happen. Did the writers write that in last minute? There was no spark between them the first time they met and then the second time suddenly something happened? Lol…I don’t know, it just felt so random and maybe it was added for comedy purposes but the fact that they’re serious about it made it a little uhhh…I don’t know, uncomfortable I guess.
She looks in her mid 20s and he looks in his early 50s…she’s a naive youtuber and he’s an old dude who was already divorced once. Don’t really get the appeal of them getting together.
Anyway, I’m rating this high because this is the K-Drama that got me out of my K-Drama block. I was struggling to finish everything I started but this one caught me good. I loved it! Comedy in here was top tier, I laughed a lot, especially in the last episode where ML placed his hand on the cactus while trying to flirt with the FL LMAOOO
Overall pretty good!!! I recommend it!

Strange concept, well executed, nearly perfect finish
I'm all over the place with this one. The premise led me to believe this drama would be goofy and ridiculous, but that was not the case at all. The story was very engaging and the final episode was the best of any drama in recent memory. The finale wraps things up so elegantly and cleanly that it should serve as a model for every other drama. I will have to think about this rating for a while, but it is quite good, quite ridiculous in some ways, and nearly perfect in others. Well done!!Was this review helpful to you?

Sheer enjoyment
I thoroughly enjoyed this fantasy . Fantasy is the key word in this drama . It is not meant to be realistic . It is light, funny , entertaining with a dose of murder mystery thrown in .The ending left me smiling and pleased and charmed with the outcome . The two women actors playing the part of Min Jin were wonderful to watch , trying to cope with their respective situations , capable and full of stamina and desire to do well .
An unusual story , well executed and played by all the cast . Choi Jin hyuk very attractive and convincing in the role .

Great show but with a dash of annoyance
You might be wondering why I am saying thus, let's start....In general the show was a good one, with a good plot line but ended up missing the mark somehow. Lim sun was the best character followed by Ji ung right hand man( the investigator) and the rest, honestly Lee mi Jin kept on annoying me most of the time and I do not know why, I do not know is it the fact that she had studied for 7years but still was not curious enough to know why she got to change during the day and what would be the purpose until the last episodes of the show!!!!! a 7 for effort
STORY
The show had a solid plot not a unique one per say but could have done better. It was like two stories in one but felt disjointed somehow, they tried to weave them together but fell short, like her changing to the old ahjumma but still not knowing why she changed still baffles me and I have already finished the show, it made it so basic , i feel less episodes would be better and just finish up the story...
The whole missing case from 24 years ago and we still have no vague idea why it happened again, why the killer decided to kill again after 24 years then how lin sum and lee mi jin are connected to this. They could have stuck to one story line and flesh it out from there and find a way to fix the puzzles.
CAST
Lim sun was my favourite one , very funny that was a seasoned actress right there, If only her character had more depth. Then everything would have been great
Lee mi Jin was just annoying me for some odd reason I do not know if it was the script if it was the the storyline, but her character was a bore, she was good at crying scenes and being all sad and all but the fact that she had studied for 7 years, done various part times but she was never curious about anything like why she had changed how she fit in, what happened to her aunt especially now that she was working at the prosecutor's office.... Never solved anything.
The prosecutor, did a solid job stuck to his part but honestly never questioning the identity of Lee mi Jin until the 14/15 episode was a small disappointment from one of the best prosecutors, now the acting was great, subtle reactions and great screen presence
The other actors, the investigator, even the killer, the parents , the friend did an awesome job, they were able to support the cast in a way that made the show at least memorable to watch, funny moments and honestly some even outshone the main characters, like the killer loved her acting it was amazing...
The music, honestly i dont remember it, but i guess it was okay.
would I rewatch it? Not really , but I feel like the show would have been great if they had just connected the show well
so far so good you can watch it if you have nothing to watch would you be missing something great? yes maybe the comedy part but a solid 6.5 for me for this show...

Miss Night and Day was really fun and I loved that the centre of it was the female lead, and even her friendship with her bestie was more important than the romance. The romance was lacking, I didn’t even care if she wound up with the prosecutor. He gave up on her so easily. The funniest scenes involved the FL and the second ML (the kpop idol) - I really wish that they had explored that more. Not only that, but I wish that they had really leaned into the dual personality when the ML found out, instead of... the lameness of what they did. I would've loved to see them go on dates and him not care that she was "older" (the way the 2ML did!). Also, the best friend not getting to meet her idol was stupid - can the FL even be considered a best friend if she doesn't even think to introduce them, given that he would've been willing and it would've made her friend ecstatic? I really loved the premise of the show, and the acting was wonderful, I just wish they did more with it. Was this review helpful to you?

Morning n night
This drama is good overall.I love the theme, the story, and the cast.
Its kinda simple and basic but honestly, there are times when you just wanna watch a drama that's simple. I love the comedy part especially the old version of Eun Ji. I love her so much! I've seen her in numerous dramas that I love and it's nice to see her as the main-ish.
She excites me and inspires me. This drama did give me a life lesson about youth and maturity.
She said something about youth sucks because we don't have the freedom to do what we want. But in reality, being old doesn't give you a lot of freedom too.
Just enjoy life to the fullest as days go by.
Overalls, I'm really happy with the ending and the story. Every time he smiles, he makes me want to smile to HAHAH. His little wrinkles are so kyut whenever he smiles.
Of course therws some cons to this drama but sometimes, you just gotta appreciate the things we enjoy about the shows. There is no perfect drama. (There is but not a lot lol.)

I was not fully satisfied with the story
After watching all the episodes, I believe the story could have been better developed. The romantic scenes lacked depth and could have been more engaging. Additionally, the excuses and coincidences needed more logical explanations to make the plot believable. Overall, the drama left me unsatisfied and often frustrated. Despite some good moments, it fell short of my expectations and missed opportunities to deliver a more compelling narrative. It had potential but didn't fully live up to it. It doesn't has any rewatch value. Was this review helpful to you?

Nothing Special
This drama is similar to "Behind Your Touch"—there's a miracle and a serial killer, but "Behind Your Touch" is better.- Only 1 or 2 characters are suspicious compared to "BYT," which keeps us suspicious of everyone.
- There's no puzzle that makes us think, "I wonder if A, B, or C is the killer."
- I love Lim Sun's scenes more than Lee Mi Jin's.
- I don't know, but Lee Mi Jin's friend seems kind of useless compared to Bae OK Hee from "BYT."
- I don't like how they focused on the love line for almost 13 episodes instead of the killer. It's not like "BYT."
- Is Idol Police (Ko Won)'s character just like that? That's it?
- I don't know, but the killer's acting doesn't feel like that of a killer. I mean, I wasn't surprised by their appearance—nothing special.
- I don't know why Idol Police figured out about Lee Mi Jin faster than Gye Ji Ung did.
- Even the last episode felt just normal, nothing special.
- What I love about this drama is the comedy, especially when Lim Sun appears.
- I don't know, there's nothing special that made me think, "Wow! Fantastic! Amazing!" or anything like that.

A romantic story with an exciting dark note. The transition from young girl to "ajumma" is a pretty good new idea. The jealousy of the workaholic lawyer and the cute idol is funny. Her parents and her friend are also great characters.I looked at it with interest.
In the end, I wondered why she happened to change her personality and what she did to get back to normal.
Looking back, I missed something, as if all the pieces of the puzzle didn't fall into place. The plot could have been better developed (capture of the culprit, cat, couple formed by the friend and the investigator, after 6 months lawyer in Seoul).
NB The topic of job hunting, I think is a real struggle. In this case the poor girl is very competent in everything and yet she doesn't find a job until she's in her fifties.

This review is going to contain heavy spoilers so if you haven't watched this drama yet and is planning on watching then don't read this review.I came across this drama in my Netflix recommendations. I like the main ML because he can fight and the first Korean action drama that I watched was Rugal. I love that cast and wish all of them would do another action drama together.
Anyway, this drama is about a female who keeps taking civil service exams and keeps failing and it finally gets to her emotionally. Then a cat emerges and that's when everything starts.
In the beginning this drama hit home to me. It shows what one goes through when trying to do something they love but can't. One would want to quit because of that. Not getting too personal but I can relate to some of the scenarios in this drama and how some character felt.
Heck, there were a few scenes in this drama that nearly had me in tears. The two FL capitalized on their emotions very well! I liked the two main ML's as well.
What I didn't like-which I never like-is the romance factor. I knew it was going to turn into some type of sappy romance story and was going to heavily focus on that and derive from the main plot-which it did. The other thing I truly despise in a Korean romance drama is the fact that they make the female turn into a whiny spoiled two year old idiot! Just when I started to like the first FL's character she starts talking like a two year old who throws a temper tantrum because they can't get what they want and she does this in just about every episode!
The second thing that I don't like is the over the top unnecessary comedy. I actually love the second MML but hated that they made him the silly side kick. I liked when he was serious and gritted my teeth when he became the comedic idiot when the time didn't call for a comedic idiot.
I liked the best friend. I wish I could be besties with her, lol!
Now here's where I'm going to talk about the 'why Ms. Night and Day happened....That's it right there! Why did the MFL change into a older woman by day and go back to herself by night? What was the purpose of that cat? Throughout the beginning they were looking for the cat but then it was forgotten. Why?? What was the purpose?? Then by the 15th episode, if what happened to her was a curse the explanation just dissipated...like the reason never existed.
The second love syndrome needs to stop as well. I hate when two people vie for one person and that person always chooses the opposite.
I loved the parents but their reaction to their daughter changing was small. 16 episodes that was over and hour and they only had a five second reaction to their daughter's appearance??
Last but not least, it also irritates me when the bad person has been dealt with but then there's one last episode to watch. Honestly everything could've ended with episode 15 with the ML going back to Seoul and the MFL finally gets a actual job but they had to do the cliche thing where both just so happens to end up in the same place and continue that sappy romance that was suppose to be left behind.
It would've been a very excellent drama had the writers not have to throw romance in everything. Dramas can survive without the childish sappy romance you know!
