ForceBook stole the show
Episode 7 is hands down the best thing GMMTV has ever created! It's a masterpiece! Force and Book seriously impressed me with their acting chops. I wish we could get more serious roles like this for them because Force's sadness was so intensely played and Book took on a unique role we haven't ever seen. 10/10 highly highly recommend! Was this review helpful to you?
TAYNEW IN A PERFECT SERIES❤️
This show is so good😭❤️, I waited for this series for so long and I loved every moment. It met my expectations. It’s funny and touching and I LOVE TAYNEW SO MUCH, they did a great job with this roles. Honestly, I started Paceful Property for them, but the storyline is so good and interesting. I waited every week to see the new episode with anxiety and hype. It’s an underrated series, but really worth watching, it deserves so much more. For me, it’s one of the best thai show of 2024, really.
I ALREADY MISS THEM😭 The found family in this show is so beautiful ❤️🩹

Loving this TayNew business more!
3rd time is the charm. Came here straight from Cherry Magic and binge watch this even though the horror part creeps me out, but balanced with the comedy part. I mean, i’m scared (sometimes i even covered the screen halfway with my hand lol) but you cant help but kept on watching it and lol-ing for the comedy and camaraderie between those 4 idiots. It was a unique idea for a plot and i was glad that all backstory of the ghosts were well constructed and meaningful. Round of applause to the make up department for the real freaky and scary appearance of the ghostsTay and New’s chemistry was off the chart again, even in bromance mode. Tay’s acting was good as per usual, but i personally found New’s improved so much in this. And whoaaaa that man kept on getting more handsome, especially with this hairdo. I just love him with a sleek 2 parts hairdo rather than the fringe all over his forehead. And oh well, his built was always something i admire, even though he always think he was fat for celebrity standard. Come onnnn. I mean, probably being lean like Tay and possibly many others in the industry appeal to the mass, but i like my man more like New. Lol. And of course, coming off from Tay’s Karan in CM, of course Peach hands down cannot beat Karan in terms of appearance, but well, it was appropriate for the Peach character, haha sorry dear Tay. As usual, theres lots of whump scenes, which is totally right up my alley. The chemistry between the gang (plus Suradech) was a joy to watch with everyone bringing totally different flavours to the group.
I think another thing deserved to be given a shout out is how much detail they put in the hospital scene. I was impressed to notice that they change the numbers on the monitor to correlate well with the clinical condition of Home at that time. For example, when they first showed Home on the bed and told that he was not really accepting the treatment that well, the numbers showed borderline bp with raised heart rate but overall, everything is still acceptable. During the part where Peach was trying to reach Home’s soul, the numbers initially showing something concerning and that correlates with the imminent deterioration that the doctor was explaining about (the hypotension and the reduced heart rate, even the spo2 was going down the drain.). They changed appropriately again when Home apparently died and afterwards regained his consciousness. I was like whoaaaaahhhh this shit is reallll. Lolll. The only thing that scene needs is probably Home being intubated instead of just on facemask but well, how can Home dramatically woke up after getting his soul back otherwise right? Hahaaha
All in all, this is really a good watch and I enjoyed it so much. The script is good, the acting were fine overall, the characters were cohesive , the comedy was chef kiss, the horror was horror-ing. I can’t wait to watch more of them! Hopefully they release TayNew a dog and a plane series fast!

Parbdee, I will get you that Emmy!
Where to even begin describing how wonderfully written and executed this show was. I haven't been able to start and finish a GMMTV show since 23.5 and I am so glad that this is the one that finally stuck. I was hooked onto the music the second I heard it, and have been streaming it daily since it his Spotify. The first episode really pulls you in and you immediately get a feel and attachment to each of the characters. Home, Peach, Pang, and Kan are all so different from each other but make perfect sense together. TayNewMookJan did an amazing job as these characters and made me fall more in love with them each week. The storytelling and world building of this show is masterful and really gets into the core of what a TV show is supposed to be. As an aside, since the rise of streaming only shows, there's this energy where shows with 8-12 episodes just feel like a really long movie chopped into pieces with no rhyme or reason. Not with Peaceful Property. Each of the early episodes had a ghost story A plot and a Vimarsukan family drama B plot, and it kept me hooked week to week. Every ghost story A plot had me sobbing more than the previous week, I think the writers did a phenomenal job of balancing humor with more solemn concepts like grief and feelings of inadequacy in your own family.
Overall, this show is amazing and I need Parbdee to continue making visually amazing, well written comedies like this. I cannot recommend Peaceful Property enough.

Such a fun series to watch!
It's the first time for me to watch a comedy-horror series by GMMTV. I know Thailand is known for making great horror movies so I have a bit of high expectations. I have to say...I loved this series! The directing, acting and post processing is just perfect. Tbh, the series made me cry in most episodes. Still, great comedy and wow nice story! I highly recommend! Was this review helpful to you?

And I thought nothing could top Cherry Magic TayNew, boy was I wrong!
I give up guys. I give up. I give up and I am bad down for TayNew chemistry. Regardless if it's a BL or not these two will always create magic on screen. And the production team was not playing either. The subtle shipping throughout the was playing with Polka hearts. The story, the acting, the cinematography, the execution of the plot in every episode is mind blowing. Perfect amount of jump scare and humour, excellent character design and bgm too. The vibrant pink, purple and slmy green colours added to the spooky vibe perfectly well.
One of the top series GMM produced this year. Hands down rewatachable and enjoyable.

DELICIOUS GHOST- HUNTING JOURNEY
Since Fish Upon The Sky I haven't seen such a hilarious show which made me kicking my feet in the air and cry out of laugh. The story at first glance is simple but when we dive deeper into it we discover the variety of main character personalities. This show has everything what should be included in comedy-horror experience- love(god bless u forcebook), friendship, interesting ghost stories, hunger for power and SITUATIONSHIP HOW I LOVE TAYTAWAN. Ekhem.
To the point- absolutely worth rewatching, really georgeus and if you hate it like bro WHAT THE F?!(in Home's voice)

What are you waiting for? Go watch it!
While writing this review, the rating is 8.6.Well deserved, if you ask me.
When this series was announced, I got immediately interested because I couldn't wait to see Tay and New in a series that isn't cringe and cheesy. I like those two actors, and their great chemistry, but I despise their soap opera productions they seem to focus on as a couple. I'm a bit tired of them playing the same stereotypical characters. I was craving for another dynamic.
And I got it.
I like New's character a lot in this series. The very first time I could witness his great acting talent. He outshined Tay, who also did a great job. Everyone did a great job. There was not a single bad actor to be found in this series.
Enough of the actors. What makes this series so great is the writing. It's honestly one of the best I have ever seen, not only from GMMTV, but in general. This is a series of ghost hunting with a bigger story that unfolds to the end. So we get a ghost hunt in every episode, and honestly, I still can't believe how they managed to make me so emotional in such a short amount of time. The writing, the cinematography, the acting was so superb, that you could feel the pain of those characters, even though their story was told in a single episode. With very little, they did so much. I had no idea that GMMTV was even capable of such great writing. Nothing was dragged out, we got many twists, the suspense was high until the end.
The messages were beautiful: this was about friendship, family, and love.
It was a very deep series.
Last but not least: the humor. It's worth mentioning. I really enjoyed it. It was never misplaced, the timing was on point, and it always lifted the mood.
