My Youth (2025)

- Song Joong Ki is the male lead in both
- Song Joong Ki has a younger sister who he takes care of on his own in both because her parents abandoned her.
- Both melodramas, although my youth is a melodrama in the chill way and the innocent man is more like a makjang melodrama.
SPOILERS AHEAD:
- Song Joong Ki is terminally ill in both (and it's revealed in the second half of the drama in both)
- Both have poorly written ending that have you wondering what on earth you just watched. After a time skip, Song Joong Ki is saved from his illness with no explaination whatsoever and reunites with the FL in a confusing fever-dream like way in both.

Leads knew eachother in high school, reunite as adults.
Male lead pursues female lead after reunion.
Male lead is sick, female lead falls for him without knowing he's dying.

Both are modern romance korean dramas. Both dramas also have same premise as two childhood friends/lovers reunited when they become adults.

Shiomi Eiji is a florist. He is a single man with a young daughter named Shizuku. One day, he invites a blind woman seeking shelter under his shop awning to come in out of the rain. A surprising tale gradually unfolds as the story of their budding love transforms into a complex web of lies and dark motives. Nothing is as it seems at first, and each of the characters is burdened with their own painful secrets.

They are both about high school mutual crushes that are separated by misunderstanding and meeting again after 10 years

Romantic melodramas with one of the leads having a rare illness. My youth is about childhood lovers reuniting again after years but Our movie is about adult lovers.

In both shows, ML is hiding his identity and keeping a low profile due to incidents in his past that receive criticism, even though he has achieved fame/success anonymously.
Healing vibes are really strong in both shows and they are both comfortable autumn watches.

These drama feel about friendship and beutiful love story and struggling faces in real life and kind a peaceful story about main leads but also beutiful and fabulous journey about my youth generation ??

Both stories has high school love stories.
Both leads meet each other after a long gap.
Both leads try to stay together to complete the work.
After two episodes it looks like they will show the current life of the leads(Only the male) in a documentary format.

In terms of story both are different. But the vibe and the music of both the dramas are similar.
The BGM is peaceful and story is slow moving. Both leads slowly become close to each other.
More than the words they talk with their actions.
Male leads in both the stories are simple and sweet.
