Four episodes are over, the audience is disappointed. If nothing interesting happens in the remaining episodes, then it's a super duper flop. I and the audience want something interesting to happen in the remaining episodes, otherwise the audience will be extremely disappointed. #Writer #Director #Actors are not paying attention.

Heartwarming and positive vibes

It's exciting to see SJK bring his signature charm to the drama, and the chemistry between the leads is undeniably captivating. The storyline seems promising, with a positive vibe that's engaging to watch. While SJK's presence alone is a significant draw, adding more depth to the narrative could elevate the drama. Specifically, incorporating more past scenes could enhance the plot and create more anticipation for what's to come. The romance between the leads appears to be building slowly, which can be intriguing. The second episode might not have had as many past scenes as you'd like, but the developing chemistry between the leads is a highlight. Perhaps as the story unfolds, we'll see more of their backstory and relationship progression, keeping us invested in their journey.

So far Excellent start

First, Welcome back Song Joong Ki for making a comeback of romance drama. It's been a while. I miss this kind of genre from him. SJK still has "romantic lead magic" that he can make you feel that way, even in these initial episodes. He's almost 40, but my goodness, he just looks like he's in his 20s to me.

So, the first two episodes seem to have had a strong start, laying the groundwork for a compelling, emotional, mature romance that looks back at the past and is a hopeful journey into the future. It's a second chance that delves into the idea of first loves never fading, of how these two characters, despite their different life paths, trying to find a chance for healing and a new beginning.

The chemistry of SJK and CWH seems filled with natural, understated tension and familiarity that makes their reunion feel authentic. The first 2 episodes strategically use flashback scenes to show the characters in their youth, which I think Nam Da-reum and Jeon So-young did a good job. These moments of their first love and innocent interactions during their youth contrast who they were then and who they are now.

With the groundwork of the story well-laid, I cannot wait to see the next episodes, where the story goes next.

I give it 10 out of 10 as I love the foundation of the story and the actors portrayal , plus it's an opening welcome gift rating to SJK's comeback romance drama. But I will definitely use my fair judgement and more critical later on, depending on how the portrayal and the story go.

The drama is like a calm lake - it doesn't have any pebbles to make ripples on the surface.

The story itself is boring. It doesn't have any impact nor memorable plots. The directing is also strange.
A lot of transitions between scenes and scenes are strange.

Sorry to said, but CWH and SJK they don't have any chemistry at all.
CWH and SJH have much more chemistry than with SJK.
I also think that SJK didnt suit romance genres anymore

Anyway i don't quite recommend this drama, except you are a big big fan of CWH or SJK.

I kept watching till the end purely out of loyalty to CWH.

Just sharing my impression bout this drama

This drama is one of the few I actually finished this year — though honestly, I kinda forced myself to.

I really liked the first few episodes, especially the younger versions of the main characters. I don’t even know why, but they just made me so excited to watch. The young Seonwoo Hae especially — he had such a strong vibe even though his life was pretty rough because of his awful dad.

I also liked the second leads a lot at first. I was totally rooting for them, but towards the end, the romance just… didn’t develop much. I really wanted more of their sweet scenes together.

In the end, I finished it just because I’d already watched too many episodes — it felt too late to drop it, haha.

Loving this drama so far

SJK in a romance drama, it feels like it's been ages. I missed his dramas. 2 episodes in and I am enjoying it so much. The way he is able to switch characters with so much ease is impressive. I am not familiar with the female lead but so far she is doing a great job. I love the fact that the writer gave us the back story right off the bat so we can keep it at the back of our mind while the story progress.
I am especting more from this drama then just a straight forward romance. I can't wait for the story to unfold.

Amazing melodrama

I fell in love with this show instantly because of the characters, storyline and the soundtrack. Parentification changes our sense of self. Such an extraordinary act of love.
I must say this drama is bit slow, but it is staying within the plot. Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee both have that suave personality. so, they are match to each other. this two episode doesn't have a 10 yet, but it has the drive to get there, in my case i want to see more.

A warm, soothing, calming drama with captivating story line and casts

First of all I repeat all the scenes where the nature shows its beautiful, warm, cozy and soothing characteristics. Every scenes, the cinematography, portrayed so beautifully that I repeat them countless times. The color pallets were amazing.

The previous storylines will definitely take you in your teenage phase. I immersed so much that suddenly I started feeling that I am in my school. It was so beautifully portrayed by the young actor actress. The innocence, the shyness, the excitement and finding happiness in little things all were there.
And of course the tremendous acting by Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo Hee will catch your attention and keep you engage in the whole episode. There are many turns, phases, unfolded emotion will come up in the next episodes.
Really excited for the next episodes.

My most fav comfort drama recently

I'm Telling You, 'My Youth' Is The Best Drama, Period.

I just finished watching only 2 episodes of "My Youth," and honestly, I'm still processing how good it was. Seriously, if you're looking for a K-drama that will completely blow you away, stop what you're doing and watch this. I know people talk a lot about the typical romance and drama, but this show is on a whole other level.

First off, let's talk about the visual effects. No joke, the VFX in this show are insane. You might not expect it from a drama that's mainly about friends and growing up, but the way they use visual effects to show the characters' emotions and dreams is just... masterful. There's a scene where the main character is working on their webtoon, and the drawings literally come to life in the air around them. It's not just cool to look at; it makes you feel their passion in a way that regular scenes can't. The cinematography is also top-tier, making every single shot feel like a work of art.

But it's not just about the visuals. The story is so heartfelt and real. The cast has amazing chemistry, and the friendships feel completely genuine. I was laughing with them, crying with them, and rooting for them every step of the way. "My Youth" is the kind of show that reminds you what it's like to have big dreams and to feel like anything is possible. It's a drama that sticks with you long after the final credits roll.

If you love incredible acting, a powerful story, and some of the most stunning visual effects I've ever seen in a drama, then you have to watch "My Youth." It's a masterpiece.

Vintage melodrama smooth and soft

Watched the first two episodes ,I can feel the tension and awkwardness between the two main characters seeing each other other again. There confusion but interest in each other, love how the two actors are conveying this reuniting.

I will say the loud music over there very intimate scenes is taking me out of it a bit, I almost feel like these moments would hit harder if there was no music or low music. Being able to hear the silence or tension that’s cutting the room between them

The younger verson leads are incredable so far their acting is very natura it's so refreshing
Wait for more episodes
