Both the female leads are good at painting. Both are tearjerker films. That's all I can say to avoid spoiler. Happy watching ?
Min Su, a playboy who believes there's no true love, can't stand long-term relationships. However, the fate takes him to a dazzling beauty, Hye Won, who just escaped from the boring hospital. She leaves a strong impression on Min Su. Again, chased by a nurse, as Hye Won sneaks into the men's room at the hospital, their 2nd encounter is made. And Min Su gets totally captivated by this bold lady, although Hye Won tries to resist him worrying that their love might expire soon due to her terminal disease.
Takasaka Aoi lived happily with his wife, Mitsuki, and their son Ren. But one day, during a medical examination, he was told he had only three months to live. Encouraged by his beloved wife, Aoi decided to fight the disease. But when Aoi left, Mitsuki took out her smartphone and made a call. "Ken-chan. Aoi-kun is really going to die!" Mitsuki's true nature gradually becomes clear. With only three months to spare, Aoi must uncover Mitsuki's true identity in order to protect Ren!
The story centers on a girl who is told she only has six months to live. In the spring of her first year of high school, she confessed to a boy who is in the same class, even though it's their first time meeting. The two gradually grow closer as lovers, and on her birthday, they go to see the 'Strawberry Moon', which is said to be a time when you will be forever bound to the person you love if you watch it together.
Both depict a high school aged female lead with a terminal illness and a bubbly persona, and male leads that don’t have any large reaction to learning about the illness. Acting is wonderful, and each movie depicts unique and meaningful friendships amongst the characters. Both movies have unexpected twists and turns with emotional voice overs/narrations.
The two movies are about two terminally ill patients finding life in each other as they battle their illness, they find encouragement in each other and regaining their will to live life a little longer to be with people they love. Such a beautiful and sad story. If you want to cry i recommend watching this two
