If you are looking a for drama afer you watched melodrama or high voltage drama.... Then this drama you can definately watch to lighten your mood amd refresh yourself.

This story is so cute...i cannot stop adoring the couple so mich. From high school students to uni couple to fiance and fiancee.....life was roller coaster for them with their troubles coming but what survived and remained strong was their love.

What i loved is that this drama till the last episode and after watching last episode. It gave me satisfaction. Sometimes we feel that maybe side character story could have shown at the end. But this drama showed everything till the last episode we know what happened to side characters even if their scene is there or not.

Each character have their own story and each couple or character in this drama played by the actor and actresses did a amazing job. The acting was on point and it made it so cute and adoring to watch them (i still cant stop adoring them). All couples in this drama is so cute.

There maybe sometimes you will be like why this misunderstanding why this....he could have said this or she but it before our head burst this plot makes it alright. So no need to worry about another person trying to get ML or FL attention. No evil plot is there...i mean kind of evil plot bot not that much.

Some of the scenes especially high school scenes were highly relatable. This drama is something you can expect in real.lofe but not also real life. Ost of this drama is so soothing loved it.

Its a cute love story....go for it!!! 24 eps wont dissapoint you!!! I hope you all like it!!!!

i considered removing half a star because i really did not understand the plot where SiYue rejected Ding Xian feelings for so long, and also where DX even got the confidence to publicly call out SiYue on her first day, or the whole i'm going to follow you plot. how did being a painter go to being a programmer? no idea how we got there, and then the break-up, yeah no. But the ending and just how happy, sweet and just beautiful the story and characters tied up made me cry for 10 minutes straight and I couldn't not give this 5 stars. Looking forward to watch more of Chen Zhe Yuan work's.

We grow & prosper with the right person | A Mellow & Wholesome school romance drama like no others!

Ding Xian, if I hadn't had you in my life, I wouldn't be the person I am now - Zhou Si Yue

I don't know how and where to start with this review, but... I just wanna let people know that this is not your usual clichė school romance drama. For some reason, even when the leads look young and innocent they were able to pull their characters with utmost precision and conviction. I guess the saying "Looks can be deceiving" fits these sets of actors the best.

If there's one thing I wanna address as early as now, it's probably how amazing this story executed different types of Parenting. At first, I really hated Ding Xian's mom for being pretentious and control freak but as the story progresses, I realized that she was made like that to show us how a normal citizen more so a Mother survive in this kind of society. It's a representation that all the tough and strict treatment we received from our parents growing up are some of their techniques in giving us lessons and protection. And it was also their way to obtain assurance and peace of mind that we're doing fine outside of their eyesights.

In terms of story progression... I would say that this production has done it magnificently. It has different phases and stages but something I truly look up to them is how they kept the characters rational and mature almost 95% of the time. I can't even remember a single moment when I got aggravated for extreme ridiculousness from any of the cast. This is something worthy to be mentioned because it's really rare for a drama not to use those ludicrous plot devices to heighten up the show. I genuinely respect and admire them for that.

When it comes to the love story and overall romance... I would say that I'm exceptionally satisfied on how they deal with the Main leads. Both Ding Xian & Zhou Si Yue already have a foundation and I was glad that they were able to utilize it to expound more on how mature and logical they are in handling their relationship. In terms of Song Zi Qi & Kong Sha Di's love story... I guess, I should already be thankful that they were still featured quite a bit during their University days and even got a spotlight for themselves during their own conflicts. Which is way better in comparison on how Jiang Chen & You Ke Ke got offscreened for the rest of the 2nd half of the show. Dang! We only see them once during the Spring break reunion and the rest are just update of them getting engaged and pregnant. Tragic!

Also, I wanna commend this story for not entirely destroying any of the characters. I find it fascinating how they can keep on being considerate and civil even to those who treat them badly. Like how? I really need to learn that. Cause I tend to always retaliate back once offended. Hahaha! Kidding aside, I'm just really pleased on how Su Bu Cong turned out to be after getting a bit misdirected to the wrong path. I mean, among all the characters, he's that one person I can't afford to witness go astray. Cause he-is-that-FINE! and I'm glad they never taint that good aura and reputation of him.

Lastly, cinematography, design and color scheme really brought this dramas mood and ambiance in a completely different level. They may have enriched some of the colors and design but it never, even once, hurt the overall quality of the drama. I'd say It even accentuated the hidden charms of this production as a whole.

P.S. Aside from Si Yue & Bu Cong's cute rivalry. One thing that really left an impression in me are the words from Si Yue's father.

Story - 10, I honestly even tried 'quite hard' to find faults and something dislikeable about this drama so that I can give it a 9.5 at best but the way they delivered and executed the whole story left me no windows to put my criticisms on. I can't say it's flawless but it has that aura and vibe where you just can't be audacious as to criticize it in any way or form. It was well-created and properly put together. A School romance that's far ahead compared to those tiring overly clichėd ones we're all used to.

Acting/Cast - 10, Spectacular and perfect choice of Artists! Aside from Chen Zhe Yuan, I was really worried about the rest of the cast since I'm not really familiar with them but their performances proved me wrong. They played their roles very well and I never really felt any awkwardness watching any of them. And as I mentioned above... Even when they all look young, their acting and aura tells me otherwise. They're professional actors/actresses who were chosen for their specific roles because they deserved it.

Music - 10, Entirely addicting and satisfying. It has that emotional and sentimental impact. At first, I was kind of indifferent towards the Opening OST but as time goes by, it became the emotional source/drive that made me so vulnerable and sensitive to every single moment. I swear! Be it romantic, happy, sad or emotional scene as long as you got that song playing on the background I'll immediately become a mess. Not to mention how equally good the other songs are.

Rewatch Value - 10, I'll take this section as if it's a question of whether I'll willingly recommend this to others or not. And of course, that's a YES! I will never regret watching this masterpiece and would love to see more people watch this as well. This is a timeless show that can really measure up to those popular dramas out there!

Overall - 10, Do I even need to explain why? This production exceeded my expectation and truly satisfies me a lot. My decision of watching another contemporary drama after a long while is really worth it. Not to mention that the last one I watched was Chen Zhe Yuan's Mr. Bad. Anyways, I'm really glad I picked this drama among my long drowning list of C-drama shows! Pick this and you'll never regret. I Promise!

Why didn't I watched it before???

It's so perfect. Youth, friendship, family, career, exam, love. Everything is there. Chen Zhe Yuan's acting and Ding Xian's transition through stages of her life.
I think everyone should watch it. It's kind of inspiring. I was going to watch it last year. But i didn't watched it. I regret it for not watching it before. I hope if you read my review you right away start watching it. You will never regret watching it though it will take your time. But it's worth spending time.
I don't have much to say. Must watch that's all I can say. Now this gonna be in my memory forever. I won't ever forget it.

~ The childhood friends met again in high school after their first meeting when they’re small.
~ A girl who persistent and hardworking in studying to get the best results even she was not a genius.
~ A genius boy in mathematics and liked in robotics who always got a good a score in examination.

▫️Short Synopsis
Ding Xian and her family moved to her childhood’s place after her father got the job to be a teacher at school which later she’ll goes to. She met her childhood friend who was once become her friend when she’s small. Even she was not a genius but she liked to study and not give up to achieve good result in examination. Zhou Siyue was a mathematics genius. He liked to study about Robotics and also like to play a game. Even he played the games but he still can get a good result. They both were closed since their parents knew each other. Later, the boy will admit at his dream’s university while the girl cannot followed him since she not got a good results. Thus she plans to repeat the exam for another year and goes to the same university with him. After that their life were apart since they’re busy with their own life.

** The most important part about this drama was the actors and actresses were using their own voices to record this drama. It’s more meaningful than hearing some dubbing voice from the other actors or actresses.

▫️Characters Intro
~ Chen Zhe Yuan was a handsome man that act as Zhou Si Yue who looks arrogant but he was nice and kind hearted to Ding Xian. He was a genius in mathematics and liked the robotics.
~ Rainbow was a Singer so I didn’t thought she was good in acting. But she nailed it as Ding Xian. She’s cute and adorable. I liked on how she styles her hair which suited her.

▫️Overall
This was the first school romance that have a very beautiful and fluffy love story. Started from high school to university, they were together through a thick and thin until they’re got engaged. I love Zhou Siyue when he first proposed her to engage with him he said ‘Ding Xian, even there’s one reason why we can’t be together, I will find thousand, ten thousand reason we can be together’.

Then he said during his proposal ‘I first laid my eyes on you, I think why there a girl who so stubborn like you, do not want to talk with people, do not like people help and always does things on your own. But what’s so impressive about you, whenever you want to do something, you’ll manage to do it.I also don’t know why I fell to someone like you, and very very very much like you’.

Zhou Siyue liked Ding Xian first and keep helping her. He also dare to give a blank answers in exam paper in order to sit with her. I loved to see a guy like him. He was so concerned and considerate towards Ding Xian and always care about her.

Zhou Siyue was very suited to be together with Ding Xian and married with her happily here and after….

One Of Best Chinese Drama Ever

the best...one of the best chinese dramas I've ever watched...my favorite is still Lovely Us...but this one will also be on my favorite list...the beginning of the story was really lazy to watch...because at the beginning I wasn't interested in FL not pretty in my opinion...but after one episode...i fell in love with FL besides her cute face...the characters really make me happy...so far I've fallen in love with this drama...besides the characters ...the story is also very simple and not exaggerated...feels real but very interesting to follow...ML and FL's chemistry is also very good...a lot of funny things happened between the two of them...I can't wait for the next episode...the point is this drama is very cute to watch...

Un petit drama bonbon...

Rien ne me donnait à penser que j'allais passer un bon moment. Et pourtant… Si une grande majorité des romances contemporaines chinoises ne sont pas mes préférés, elles le sont encore moins dans un contexte scolaire en raison des intrigues trop niaises et téléphonées et des FL qui ressemblent à des bébés. Généralement, le jeu des acteurs/actrices est ce qui peut me faire rester. Ce qui est le cas de Our Secret.

Ding Xian (Rainbow Xu) vient tout juste de faire ses premiers pas à l'université qu'on repart plusieurs années en arrière afin de découvrir l'histoire dans l'ordre chronologique. De ce fait, on découvre comment Dong Xian et Zhou Si Yue (Chen Zhe Yuan) se sont rencontrés. Les raisons qui font qu'ils ne s'apprécient pas et comment ils sont doucement tombés amoureux l'un de l'autre. La période collège et lycée est très bien, si bien que pour moi, le public visé est clairement adolescent. Je n'en suis plus une depuis longtemps, mais c'est resté mignon et attachant.

La romance est lente. Sur 24 épisodes, ils commencent à se fréquenter qu'à partir de l'épisode 21. Si la relation est présente pendant les années collège/lycée, les choses se concrétisent une fois qu'ils sont à l'université. Si la romance reste légère avec quelques baisers très brefs, elle n'est pas moins présente par des sourires, des regards ou de petites attentions. C'est la première fois que je vois Chen Zhe Yuan et il ne démérite pas, mettant en avant des émotions profondes visibles au travers de son regard passionné. Rainbow Xu est moins expérimentée et ça se voit, cependant, ça amène une forme d'innocence au personnage bien qu'encore une fois, le doublage avec une voix (souvent) boudeuse ou mielleuse a fini par m'irriter.

Certains drames semblent sonner comme si vous alliez les détester. Cependant, pour une raison quelconque, ils ont "ce" truc de nous envelopper dans une couverture confortable et offrir juste ce qu'il faut pour se déconnecter de toutes pensées. Our Secret est l'un d'eux.

En bref, Our Secret est ce que j'aime appeler un drama bonbon. Il est doux et mignon avec juste ce qu'il faut de sucre avant d'aller se coucher.

VEDETELO E NON VE NE PENTIRETE

Questa serie merita assolutamente attenzione.
All'inizio non mi aspettavo nulla di preciso ma adesso che l'ho finita la riguarderei altre mille volte, senza mai pentirmene.
Dal primo al 15esimo episodio è tutto in salita, si tratta della loro storia la liceo; tutto è inondato di pace ma anche di dinamiche familiari e in amicizia. Tutto molto bello, ovviamente ci sono anche cose che non mi sono piaciute, come la madre di lei, ma nel complesso è molto meno complicato di quello che ci aspetta dopo.
L'episodio 14 e 15 mi hanno fatto piangere, erano molto tristi e mi ci rivedevo molto soprattutto nelle emozioni.
Il 15esimo episodio ha segnato il passaggio dal liceo all'università e da lì fino al 18esimo episodio mi sono sentita stanca, erano un pò pesanti per me da guardare, stancanti e a volte noiosi, ma sarò sincera e dirò che allo stesso tempo sono fondamentali perchè senza quello che è successo in questi episodi, non sarebbero diventati le persone che si vedono negli ultimi episodi.
Dal 19esimo al 21esimo episodio, invece, è stato il periodo di convinzione ma alla fine si sono fidanzati, purtroppo le dinamiche erano complicate quindi si sono decisi alquanto tardi a fidanzarsi.
Infine, dal 21esimo all'ultimo episodio è stato tutto fantastico, nelle emozioni, non completamente nei fatti, purtroppo sono successe alcune cose difficili da superare ma erano più uniti che mai quindi hanno superato tutto.

In generale, è uno dei drama più attinenti a tutto ciò che riguarda il periodo adolescenziale/adulto fra quelli da me visti.
L'ho trovato parecchio esaustivo e attento nel descrivere questi periodi della vita, con tutte le problematiche e le emozioni, e l'ho anche trovato parecchio efficace nel rendere evidente l'evoluzione dei personaggi.
Ho amato come abbiano voluto mandare un forte messaggio di forza, per combattere sempre e migliorare se stessi per i propri sogni, a inseguire i propri sogni e se non se ne hanno, a trovarli. Mi ha parecchio inspirato e ho amato come abbiamo fatto passare così tanti bei messaggi attraverso un personaggio che è caduto (nel senso astratto), ha rifatto l'ultimo anno di scuola, ma che deciso e motivato si è rialzato più forte che prima. Qui per intenderci che una bocciatura non vi rende dei nullafacenti, ignoranti o altro, così come la società vuole far passare, ma vi dà la possibilità di mettere mano alla vostra vita per attuare un cambiamento, per voi, non per gli altri. Per dimostrare che tra tutti, voi siete quelli che meritano di più.
Quindi ho amato come abbiano trattato di differenti temi in modo ampio e di come abbiano tramandato tanti bei messaggi perchè ne abbiamo bisogno, ormai nessuno ci supporta se non noi stessi.

Es una buena historia, comienza una trama bastante tranquila para amates de los dramas que buscas una trama tranquila y lenta en realidad la historia se desarrolla en sus tiempo necesario .
La actuación de los actores es bastante buena te hace sentir parte de la historia, en general es un drama que podrás verlo en una semana te engancharas con la sonrisa del personaje principal.
Me gusto mucho como se desarrollo la historia desde bachillerato hasta la universidad, me hubiera gustado ver un episodio dentro de los 24 donde se desarrolle en su vida laboral.
Al final nos deja grandes enseñanzas que a lo largo de nuestra vida personal, estudiante y laboral podrá ayudarnos.

Dulzura del primer amor

He disfrutado muchísimo este drama, su fotografía, su ost, la manera con la cual nos narran esta historia del primer amor entre dos chicos de la preparatoria en un instituto chino. Sus protagonistas tienen gran química y te hacen sentir mariposas en el estómago tantísimas veces solo con una mirada, con un rozarse de las manos, con una sonrisa. Muchas series con escenas más explícitas no les llegan a la suela del zapato a estos dos jóvenes actores y su maravillosa química en escena. Muy recomendable para los amantes de las historias coming of age y los romances juveniles sin toxicidad y sin mucho angst.
