But those actions and efforts were not considered by the organization. He then went on to denounce Minister Wen and made himself the law of the land because he was in charge of the local businesses. Truth was whatever he said it was. So, while the power of leadership has definitely shifted, how much has truly changed? If you have to live as a spy and report every infraction to party line rules, how is that existence so much better?
