Dancing with the Tide

何不同舟渡 ‧ Drama
-Even though both stories are different, there's some things I found pretty similar in both stories...

DWTT tells the tale of Nanyi, a prostitute born daughter of wealthy family, who naver saw her father and Xue Queshan, a traitor general born of a ignored concubine in a established family....

TTGH tales story of A chou/Wei Rao and Lu Zou...

Nanyi and A chou are fundamentally pretty similar, both of them had a extremely difficult childhood, who tried to live in a chaotic time, married in a den of wolves, they had to strive and fight continuously to preserve their life...

Even though the ML's seemed like they opposed the FL's, the more story goes on, the more it seems different....

In the martial world, mysterious cases occur one after another. To maintain peace, the Wu Wang Pavilion commissions Lu Xiaofeng to solve these extraordinary cases, using a miraculous medicine that can cure blindness as leverage. Thus, in order to heal the eyes of his best friend Hua Manlou, Lu Xiaofeng accepts the mission and sets out.

From the exotic flower poison of Shuzhou to the Silver Hook Gambling House in Xuezhou, from the Six-Play Phantom in Lingzhou to the ephemeral Whale Sea in Quzhou, from the Hidden Hero Island in Lingzhou to the eerie inn amidst the endless yellow sands of Liangzhou—wherever Lu Xiaofeng goes, the cases grow stranger and the number of victims steadily increases.

Yet he never backs down. Beyond his sharp mind and the technique known as “Lingxi One Finger,” he has friends—many, many friends. Hua Manlou, with his heightened senses, is his strongest support; Ximen Chui Xue, whose sword strikes the throat in a single blow, truly deserves the title of Sword God; Sikong Zhaixing, a master thief and disguise expert; together with Zhu Ting’s ingenious inventions and the assistance of Yu Luosha, leader of the Wan Gui Sect.

With these allies, Lu Xiaofeng solves one seemingly impossible case after another. In doing so, they not only preserve peace but also thwart a long-brewing conspiracy in the martial world, protecting the weak and innocent, and safeguarding all living beings.
