Q. Who is 2nd-in-line of succession?

• Technically Mueng Fa, but it seems like, as he's outcasted, 2nd in line position is vague (something no one mentions seriously as a heir to the throne, but they can't also depose the position bcz he visibly did nothing wrong)

Q. Why is there 'something' going on between Crown Prince & Princess Hongkham?

... They are half siblings sharing same father different mothers. It's icky but In ancient royal families, Endogamy & consanguineous marriages were actively practiced to consolidate power and preserve royal bloodlines. It's historically accurate for royalties in various parts of the world including Thailand & Korea. Moon Lovers (korean adaptation) had depicted half-siblings romance & marriage too.
