I feel like they both are kind of that angsty romance, with a sprinkle of slice of life and some scandal/controversy/conflict in the picture that majorly impacts the leads life and relationship.
Though, Call It Love is better in terms of quality imo.

How both are similar in themes of complicated love, reunion, and the things that surround them that makes their journeys so tough.

Long time friends to lovers theme! The trailer immediately reminded me of this drama! Comedy and Romance.
