This Is A Fever Dream

This drama is so unserious and UNHINGED! For real, who is driving this thing? My goodness these people on some crazy juice. No, but the unhinged scenes in this drama were clearly written by someone on some good arse mushrooms, expecting people with the combined IQ of a potato to enjoy it, cuz what in all things holy was this? Buuttt... I must be a potato cuz I found myself laughing like crazy, enjoying the hell out of this. I low-high-key loved how unhinged this drama was.

Listen, this drama is a 5 at best. Yes its a bit silly, but if you take away all the unhinged horny stuff it's a decent drama. Speaking of unhinged, I don't even know how to explain some of the stuff that went on in this series to you without sounding like I'm making stuff up. I spent most of the show thinking I was having a fever dream. My mouth kept opening and closing cuz some of the things that happened... Susan?? You have to see it with your own eyeballs to understand/believe. I went through like four different emotions each episode: laughing, shocked, aww-ing, and most of all, confused.

No really, before I knew it, these were happening:

1: One of the characters was having sex with a cucumber, and then said cucumber got prepared as food and he had to eat it. WHAT?? HUH? WHY?
2: The main character was having sex with not one, but two pillows. It was a whole arse romantic night he had with them. He even romanced a pillow at one point to some sexy arse music, and slow motion strokes. I don't---I wasn't---BROTHER?? They could have waited until Sangmin came back to give us a scene with the pair, cuz…? Low-key though, if I could have such a good time by myself I’d totally marry myself, cuz I won’t need anyone else ^^.
3: The second couple brought out a measuring tape so they could measure and compare their junk to an elephant's trunk. I kid you not, it happened.
4: Dinneaw's mother was beating the hell out of Singmin's mother in a brawl. Like full on fighting. I laughed so hard I almost fell off the sofa.
5: The third couple were having sex with one toy in a position I think only yoga can explain, and their hotel teacher was enjoying the noise they made while having her own sexy time with a teddy bear. Who is driving this thing?? What even??
6: Sangmin flat-out poisoned his step-father and went back to eating his kimchi. FAM? What happened to that sweet boy we knew for 7 & a half episodes? I applaud him a bit for that though. Sweet revenge and justice.
7: One pair of the third couple was getting his junk stepped on repeatedly, cuz the other had a rash on his arse and didn't want sexy times. Sharon, don't ask me the colour of nothing, I don't know!
8: The second couple took off their clothes inside the house, then one of them walked outside in just his underwear, so he could walk back inside to cowboy music, so they could have western sex? Frankly, I don't know what was happening there. I know nothing.

And these were only a little of what happened in this show. The crazy horny stuff in this drama was...Susan you have to watch it yourself to understand what I'm talking about.

PLOT
I started this drama with zero expectation, but I was aww-ing throughout the first episode, cuz Sangmin is so cute trying to speak thai and Dinneaw is so adorable. I loved how this isn't like the other dramas with foreign characters where they each speak their own language and the other one automatically/magically understands them. This one is realistic, and Sangmin makes the whole thing so enduring. Finding out Singmin's real name is also Sing Min had me going awwww, cuz the way he says Sangmin ;((((( cuteness overload.

This drama started out that Dinneaw wanted to become a tour guide, and then I think the writer's had plans for Sangmin to perhaps have some sort of tumor, but then half way through they decided to go with the headaches and the mentos cure. If you rewatch the beginning episodes Sangmin had no scars on his back, and the production team didn't even care to cut those out or hide it, so clearly their main focus wasn't on plot, and it showed. They literally did not respect the viewers enough to even bother making the effect during the editing phase. But, they did have a plot, the execution of it was just so bad that many of you would probably lose a lot of brain cells and feel stupid watching it. Me, I shut off my brain and decided to go with the crazy, and it was a fun ride for me. Personally, I enjoyed every bit of it.

If you are planning on watching this, don't do it for the plot. Do it for the cute leads and how unhinged it is. If you go in expecting anything else, you'd feel stupid and end up questioning your sanity.

CHARACTERS:
At one point I was certain none of the characters on this show were normal. No really, they were all on some crazy juice, cuz what the hell Sharon? The stuff they did?? The cast were good, the script was rubbish so this isn't even on them. I can never be an actor, cuz I'd be embarrassed to show my face for Christmas if I had to do and say some of the things they did.

FIRST COUPLE: Dinneaw and Singman were almost normal. They went the classic we like each other but none of us are saying anything route. They were so sweet and fluffy and adorable. Well, that was until Dinneaw was having sex with pillows and Sangmin was committing murder with a smile.

Sangmin & Dinneaw had amazing chemistry. Petch and Sangmin did such good job with their characters. I really wished this was a serious script as well, such wasted talent on whatever the hell this was. I swear, I'd have cried if these two didn't have their deserved happy ending. Sangmin had the best innocent, clueless face ever, and the way he spoke made him so very adorable. Yes, most of their nonsense problems they went through could have been resolved if they just communicated, mostly Sangmin who had chances to say so many things and didn't. Did I want to slap him with my rubber chicken, nope, Sangmin is so baby and can do no wrong. Obviously, they were my fav couple.

SECOND COUPLE: Athit is in love with Tor, who is in love with his best friend, Dinneaw, who is in love with Sing Min. Yep, train-wreck, but they did figure it out in the end. When Dinneaw didn't return Tor's feeling they kept their friendship, and eventually, after Tor almost lost Athit, he came to his senses and accepted his love. They were also unhinged with all those on your knees stuff they did. I'm still not sure what that barn, cowboy scene was and the reason for it. They were good friends to Dinneaw and I'm glad they ended up together. They were almost normal if you look past all the stuff they did in the place they sell things that goes into people's mouth.

THIRD COUPLE: These two showed up in episode 3 and brought all the shock factor and the crazy juice. I have no idea about their backstory only that they like doing it in what appears to be impossible position with pegs and in public. I would never hire these two to work for me. That cucumber scene was disgusting, so was the scene when he put that thing on his face like cream. I don't even know how they work, one of them is so calm and normal, and the other only thinks about doing it every single second. Legit, they served no purpose to this story, they could have been replaced by a houseplant, and the story would have started and ended the same way. Crazy children.

FOURTH COUPLE: Two episodes until the drama is over they introduced another couple. Again, served no purpose whatsoever cuz they appeared like 4 times, in which we learned one of them liked the other, who likes egg on his food. And then there was a blanket scene and a kiss. What was the need for them? Another pair they could have replaced with a houseplant, cuz really, all they did was walked in and ask Sangmin to sign the forms for the operation, anyone at the office could have done it. I supposed they wanted fillers? Whatever it was, at least with their limited screen time they seemed like the normal couple out of the 4.

BOSS & PONY: That Boss who was in love with Dinneaw and turned into the devil to get him, sucked. I wanted him gone way before his assistant was sniffing his junk by the pool. Rich people really do feel so entitled, don't they? As for Pony, y'all can't even spell extra. And all the over the top antics she did, woman calm down. At least in the finale she shocked me and helped Dinneaw so she wasn't all loud and unhinged.

MRS ORN and HANA: Dinneaw's mother was amazing, she was there for him and for Sangmin. I love how she beat Sangmin's mother up when she slapped and insulted her son. Real Mother, unlike Sangmin's mother who wanted to kill him to collect his life insurance. That step-dad deserved what happened to him so much, heck Sangmin should have reached for the mother's cup too and make her a drink, missed opportunity if you ask me.

As for Hana, I liked her well enough until she made her best friend who have been abused to the point of needing surgery, who has also lost his memories by the way, leave with the mother who was abusing him. Like? May this type of friend never locate me. Then she was like, I haven't heard from him since he left. And you didn't even try to check up on him? Nah, she was so wrong for that one.

Anyway, this bl could have been good, it had good cast, a nice soundtrack, and an almost interesting plot. I just wish the writer wasn't high on mushroom and the director didn't say pass it over, cuz both of them might have been high to give us this. I'm still very sure this is a fever dream of sort, cuz I'm generally baffled by some of the things that happened. My rating is a 5 because this made me laugh in confusion from all the crazy stuffs. The extra star is purely for the main couple, I loved them.

One thing is for certain though, even with all the confusion and crazy, I enjoyed watching this drama. I was always ready to see what crazy, unbelievable thing they'd give me each episode. The drama didn't take itself serious, so I went in expecting some laughs, sweet moments between the main, and lots of unhinged stuff, which it delivered. So yeah, if you're looking for a new drama, I'll recommend this one, cuz at the very least, it's entertaining. I am seated and waiting for more from Petch and Sangmin, hopefully something sensible that matches their talents.

Anywho, thank you Sangmin Dinneaw team, and whoever gave you those mushrooms for making my Sundays a little bit less boring. I'm gonna miss the crazy.

Deserves Horny Jail

I have to admit, I got my hopes up a bit in the beginning with this one. At the very least, it seemed much more promising than other Thai/Korean crossovers. No magic translating earbuds or conveniences in sight! Sangmin understood a fair amount of Thai and Dinneaw undertood a tiny bit of Korean. It worked!

But, God, did this oh-so-quickly give me major tonal whiplash. One moment it was super sweet and the next it was uncharacteristically crass and, to put it plainly, SO horny.

To paint a picture for you: one moment two side characters are finally addressing their feelings, the next they're in nothing but their underwear and the camera is too comfy.

Also, tell me why so much time is spent on side characters we barely know at all uncomfortably smashing over and over again. Why? What happened to the plot or the leads? Does anyone care?!

*sigh*

Why did I put myself through this?

Just skip it and save yourself. Even if you're looking for a "spicy watch," trust me, this is not what you're looking for, darling.

all over the place (watch suggestions)

Overall: the series swung from comedy (most of which I didn't find funny), to slice of life, to random steamy parts, to melodrama and ended up not being a cohesive series. 8 episodes about 50 minutes each. Aired cut on Glory Day Ent Official YouTube channel https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE_mMXNJViWUKaXdkT7ZgBEaTk35wYbZg&si=tB7zzhUJmFIHnvuD and uncut (longer steamy scenes) on iQIYI https://www.iq.com/play/sangmin-dinneaw-episode-1-xmk7546rfw

Content Warnings: past death, non con/dub con, violence, blood, manipulation, non con touching played off as comedy, slap played as comedy, past child abuse (shown), depression, sexual harassment, slaps, attempted murder, murder?

Watch Suggestions (focus on sweet/steamy moments, note: the uncut version has longer steamy moments)
- watch episode 1
- episode 2 skip part 2 8:30-end
- episode 3 watch part 1 6:50-11:15, part 2 beginning-end, part 3 8:50-10
- episode 4 watch part 1 3:30-8:10, 10:35-12:40, 14-end, part 2 9-end, part 3 5:20-end
- episode 5 watch part 1 beginning-3, 10:40-12:25, part 2 beginning-3:10
- episode 6 watch part 2 5:10-6:20, 13:30-end, part 3 6:20-10:35
- episode 7 watch part 2 14:25-end (watch the uncut for the 2nd couple's steamy scene)
- episode 8 watch part 1 11-12:25 (cut the kissing shorter), part 3 3-4:10 and 9:30-end

What I Liked
- countryside setting
- visuals
- the dream massage
- the mom talked to her son and then the apology in ep 1 and the mom overall
- sweet/caring moments
- an established couple
- the language aspect felt realistic, every character didn't magically understand the other person's language like we've seen before
- the traditional outfits were beautiful
- non cliche female friend
- good consent in episode 5

Room For Improvement
- did a character just murder someone?!!!! he could have gathered evidence and brought it to the police
- the near constant comedy sound effects didn't make things funny
- episode 2 had the fictional so drunk didn't recognize a person but still able to be an active participant in sex
- episode 3 and the manager was cringey instead of funny
- nonsense plan in episode 5/cliche plot point
- exposition dump in episode 6
- two more random characters in episode 6
- a character acted like a toddler in episode 7
- western/cowboy music and white underwear
- the leads only had 4 minutes together in the finale
- nonsense plot stuff: never really explained the reason for not communicating at all even when he was an adult, why didn't he do something first and then reconnect with the alleged love of his life (the order he went in in the series made him look extremely selfish)

Cut (is always 46 min) vs. Uncut
- episode 1 uncut was 50 minutes, I couldn't tell what 4 minutes they cut out.
- episode 2 uncut was 52 minutes, they cut out a bit of the steamy scene with the side couple
- episode 3 uncut was 52 minutes, they shortened/didn't show the steamy scenes of the established couple
- I did not want to continue comparing but overall the cut version took out steamy scenes

Cringe fest...

I have not much to say, but hell was that cringe as fuck...

If the story would only contain mom, the two couples, then it could have been a decent show... But all the support cast are 100% cringe material. So when we see only the MLs or the side couple there are some nice scenes, but overall it's not good. No clue what the screenwriters and director smoked but it was too much for my taste. As lovely as the actors are this show is sadly far from good.

What happened here?

First episode: Promising, sweet, kinda making the international aspect work for once.

Last episode: Weird, horny, bad, confusing fever dream.

If this show only contained the scenes with the titular characters it would've at least been OK. But sadly they aren’t able to save it to the point where I'd recommend watching this show.

My "guilty pleasure": why do I need 'Sangmin Dinneaw'?

That "guilty pleasure" thing is something I've never liked. Mainly, because any movie or series that makes me have a good time being guilty has very little. However, sometimes any film or television product that manages to make me forget reality for a while is welcome.
We all have that little guilty pleasure when it comes to series. That series that you love to watch even though it doesn't fit into your canons of taste. You know you shouldn't watch it either because it's bad or because your best friend told you to watch both seasons of 'To My Star' by Hwang Da Seul at once, or to repeat 'The On1y One', the LGBT+ television gem by Taiwanese filmmaker Liu Kuang Hui, but even so, you decide to continue with the series and enjoy it like there was no tomorrow, consuming episode after episode.
Some series have simply been the best accompaniment to disconnect from everyday life, and others have captured me because of the topic they deal with.
For this very reason 'Sangmin Dinneaw' has been one of my guilty pleasures during the evenings of these last Sundays, when a broken ankle has me tied to the bed.
So to combat the impossibility of going out, I ended up getting hooked on the Thai romantic comedy directed by Thitipan Raksasat. It's not that I felt especially guilty watching it, it must be said, it is true that it does not fit the type of fiction that I usually consume. And I did well taking the risk.
Sometimes, you end up with your brain so fried after the entire student or work day that all you want is to be able to see something without pretensions. And look, without any kind of shame and dishonor, I tell you that the BL series starring Choi Sang Min as Sang Min, and Petch Ratana Aiamsaart as Dinneaw, fulfills what I was looking for these days.
Don't look at me wrong. I am neither committing any crime, nor am I attacking any norm regarding audiovisual enjoyment. There is a time for everything. To see what's new from Backaof Aof Noppharnach, the latest installment by Filipino JP Habac, the next trendy romantic drama starring Fandy Fan after 'A Balloon's Landing' (which I owe a review), the future project that War ý Yin Anan They are brought up after delighting me with 'Jack & Joker U Steal My Heart!', or to remember the work of Golf Tanwarin Sukkhapisit.
And if you think not, remember that you are taking away the most beautiful and democratic thing about movies and series: there is a product out there for each and every one of us. Let's not forget that we are talking about entertainment and, precisely for that reason, we should not force ourselves to watch something we do not want to see simply because we have to.
Well, because of 'Sangmin Dinneaw' I haven't made any progress on other series I had pending. The series is to blame for the fact that I haven't taken advantage of that time to catch up and advance my long list of things that have been postponed, but at the same time I had a great time with Sangmin and Dinneaw. The two of them and the four friends is the best thing that could have happened to me during these weeks with their extravagant episodes.
Although the character of Dinneaw caused me problems at first, little by little his shy but suggestive interpretation has won me over. Because, deep down, in the eight episodes that make up the series, what is important in the character ends up being themes such as transformation and identity, discovery and acceptance.
If you don't know what it's about, I'll tell you that 'Sangmin Dinneaw' follows two young people, childhood friends, one South Korean and the other Thai, who meet again after being separated for ten years.
In all that time, Sangmin never contacted the people who lovingly welcomed him in Thailand when he was a child, and now he returns wrapped in a halo of mystery, without revealing the reason for his trip, but his frequent phone calls and having to take a medication several times a day indicate that something is disturbing your life.
Although neither of the two young protagonists masters the other's language well, they are magically able to communicate with each other. And not only with each other, since the visitor must talk to all the inhabitants of the town and the tourists who arrive at the hotel run by Orn, Dinneaw's mother (a role played correctly by actress Koy Naruemon Phongsupap), a middle-aged widow who maintains a very close relationship with his only descendant.
Soon we will meet two other fundamental characters in the story. I'm talking about Pop Arthit (Joke Chaloemdet Thammawut), the owner of a classic herbal liquor bar, and Tor (Non Ratchanon Kanpiang), Dinneaw's best friend and a meat dumpling seller at the market where he also works. Dinneaw selling crafts made in a family-owned pottery workshop.
In a cozy rural environment near the city of Ayuddhaya, the story also explores the relationship between mother and son, the pursuit of dreams, first love, and friendship.
Everyday life will lead the two main characters to reconnect with their shared past, and they will gradually discover a deeper connection that transcends friendship.
In short, morbidity is assured, since Sainam (Little Siravit Imsee), the owner of a hotel in Amphawa, is a negative character who will not hesitate to use his economic power to try to conquer Dinneaw with bad tricks; his two friends Pop and Tor have their romantic encounters, despite the second being unilaterally in love with Dinneaw, while a hot third couple will make us laugh.
But yes, the quota of silly humor, eccentric characters and comically extravagant scenarios that I had planned to see in 2025 and possibly the next 100 years are already given to me by Earth and his character Heng in 'Ossan's Love Thailand', and even with scenes and much more finished and polished situations, why do I need Pony (Sutirod Seepech?
But if I already have the inappropriate behavior and workplace harassment of a boss towards his subordinate with Yamnarm Chakrit with his Kongdech against the main character in 'Ossan's Love Thailand', why do I need Sainam?
If I already have two childhood friends who discover they have a connection beyond friendship through Max and Tul in 'Together With Me', why do I need Sangmin and Dinneaw?
If I already have Gim (Lookwa Pijika Jittaputta), a loving mother with a close relationship with her son Gun (Fourth) in 'My School President', why do I need Orn and Dinneaw?
If I already have Nuea (Rattanamongkol Nutchapon) dressed in a typical Thai woman's costume in 'Grey Rainbow', why do I need Sangming?
Yes, I already have two boys who really love each other celebrating their first Loy Kathrong together, and they even have to celebrate it days before the night of the full moon of the twelfth month of the traditional Thai lunar calendar, because on those two days of festivities they will be distanced physically because each one is in different cities, as happened to Achi (New) and Karam (Tay Tawan) in 'Cherry Magic 30', why do I need Sainam and Dinneaw, when Does the second not love the first?
If I already have a boy wrapped in a towel when leaving the bathroom in front of his platonic love, as Arc (Force) shows himself before Arm (Book) in the first episode of 'Perfect 10 Liners'... why do I need Sangmin and Dinneaw?
If I already have love triangles, like the one between Match (Jet), Mix (Jame) and Ryu (Big) in 'My Mate Match'... why do I need Sangmin, Dinneaw and Tor?
If I already have Matteo (Alan Campana) and Shokun (Bigboss) enjoying the pleasures and dangers of BDSM in 'Hit Bite Love'... why do I need Ryktor (Krin Preechachaisurat) and Guy (Boom Thunpisit Larpsumritphon)?
Above all, when I am not convinced by Sainam's manipulation of Dinneaw to get him to go to work at his hotel because: who would guarantee that the boy would try to prevent the tourist's bag from being stolen, causing him to be fired from his job?
Could it be that the classic Thai dance of the six cross-dressing boys ties me to the series? The mystery that surrounds the Korean visitor? The plots so exaggeratedly ridiculous? To know if I will get to know what happens at night between Pony and his stuffed animal? The lightness and lightness of the series? The performances of the actors and actresses? The chance to see images of the ancient capital of Thailand for more than 400 years, the three rivers that surround it: Chao Phraya, Lopburi and Pa Sak? See if they show images of the archaeological zone and its ancient ruins, including the Ayutthaya Historical Park, recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1991? Is it because I need to know what happened to the gecko attached to the towel that covered Saingnam when he left the bathroom?
I admit it, I have no filter. The series has caught me and I think I won't resist until I see the last episode.
If the rest for my fractured ankle lasts another month...
Review update after the 6th episode:
The series changed its tone from being a comedy to being a dark drama (and in this case I make a negative review, since the transition was very violent, aggressive I would even say, with a fairly big mood change in episode 6). With the change of register or tone, the series breaks with the harmony of the narrative.
- Subplot involving memory loss, medical negligence, and pressuring a patient to undergo highly dangerous invasive surgery when the patient has repeatedly expressed that he does not want to undergo it? The way in which doctors should seek patient approval fails here.
- A love story between two doctors who arrived at the last minute?
- A mysterious illness that Sangmin has had for years that causes headaches and could only be cured with surgery, otherwise he would die of a headache?
- A surgery that can only be obtained in Thailand and not in South Korea, which led Sangmin to travel?
-Why wasn't Sangmin's presence at Dinneaw's house based on his nostalgia, his desire to return to a place where he was once happy? In my opinion, this option would have been much more romantic and familiar, and for him to suddenly reappear or begin to suffer from health problems.
- Tor suddenly falls in love with Athit and agrees to stop being friends with benefits and become boyfriend and girlfriend?
- Did you have brain surgery and the patient did not shave his head or at least part of it? The computer/laser guided system like the one the doctor described in episode 6 would be used in the operation would need to remove a section of the patient's scalp/skull. I find this to be a strange brain surgery for a strange post-traumatic brain injury.
- Sangmin not only lost his memory, but apparently became unable to distinguish between a person and a dog, and starts acting like a chimpanzee?
- A veteran doctor with years of experience who demonstrates that he does not have communication skills with the patient's family in one of the most important medical procedures after a surgical intervention?
- Why was the scene not used to, through the specific knowledge, skills and abilities of the main doctor, inform the viewer about the strange disease, the surgical procedure and the current and possible future status of the patient?
- New characters arriving at the last minute, with their own stories and nothing to do with the main plot? In a long series it could be justified, but not in one with only 8 episodes.
- Too many stories and characters that have no purpose other than to fill screen time.
-What do Ryktor and Guy contribute? Initially, the character of the first, forcing his boyfriend to have sexual relations with him despite his refusal, provided a certain humorous nuance that benefited the series. But today I could say that even if they had never been on the show, it would still work.
- Sainam in love with Dinneaw but in dark arrangements to acquire the hotel he runs with his mother?
- Why did Hanna side with Sangmin's mother, when everything seems to indicate that she knows about the violent relationship between mother and son?
- Breakdown of patient confidentiality?
- A mother, homophobic by the way, who has never worried about her son and today travels to Thailand from South Korea to look for him and take him home, without worrying about his state of health and whether he can take a plane trip after undergoing surgery?
Was Sangmin's attitude while third parties were discussing their immediate future and hitting each other was to look into the air and count sheep?
- Dinneaw suffering sudden and repeated fainting, then recovering quickly after a brief nap in Tor's arms? All this to show Athit's jealousy?
- Electrocute a patient through his clothing during cardiac arrest in the middle of a surgical operation?
- What happened to the butterfly? What is the story behind this? Sangmin poisoned?
- The suspense of the series finale totally destroyed thanks to the preview?

moral lesson: don't bite more than you can chew

first two episodes are good (not THAT good, though), but after the hotel arc it just went downhill. the characters that were introduced are terribly cartoonish and they wanted to put so many plots into eight episodes that it felt like i was watching a frankenstein of clichés and it's so poorly executed that hurts because the actors are amazing. i hope they get a better bl w better screenwriter!

A Fascinating, Enjoyable Mess

Ok so, I thoroughly enjoyed this show, it was one of the highlights of my week.

Is it well-written? No
Is it well-acted? Not particularly
Are the characters unique? Uh, you could say that.

This show was a complete fever dream of an experience where you never know what is going to happen next. I think the writer of this show needs to have their brain studied for science because the sheer number of "what is going on" never ceased to amaze me.

I loved it so much XD

This should be a "Don't Do Drugs Poster" cos what TF was this hot mess.??

To enjoy Sangmin Dinneaw you have to tune down your brain cells. 😂😂
What I love most about the drama is Sangmin's love for Mommy Orn and damn!! She loves him so much too. It made sense that she's the one he came back to Thailand to see and the one that convinced him to have the surgery and also the first person he remembered postsurgery. She's his true mom.❤️
Whoever wrote the third couple must have been high on some drugs.😂😂
One of them needs urgent therapy for his sex addiction by the way.
Still getting over that and the fourth couple just showed up from nowhere.😂😂
So they want me to believe that's Sangmin's mom and her ugly arse gave birth to such a handsome dude.😂🤦🏻‍♀️
And who tf plans a murder infront of your potential victim, sleeping or not.🤦🏻‍♀️
Was thinking Dinneaw was normal till the pillow scene.😂😂.
Definitely adding this to the weird list of dramas.😂😂

A really long and horny acid trip is the best way I can describe it

I felt like I was on shrooms the whole time I can't really tell you what the plot was or what I even watched all I know is that I was thoroughly entertained! This show was a stupid and ridiculous but a very cute and sweet hot mess and I couldn't help but fall in love with these characters (with a few exceptions lol).

That aside, I was thoroughly confused which made it hard to follow at times but I'm not too fussed about stuff like that the whole show was stupid anyway you can't take it too serious or you will get a migraine lol.

Also the random NC scenes??? interesting... is the only way to describe it... like why did I just watch Dinneaw f*ck a pillow??? how did that move the plot along in anyway, shape or form?? please I need to know, we even only had like 5 minutes left of the entire series to go! 😭 also, the couple that kept going at it like rabbits... at least he put that thing on a leash towards the end but that cucumber scene had me like proper traumatised honestly.

TorAthit and SangminDinneaw were so sweet I honestly really loved this whole cast in general, the actors did such an amazing job they really did the best with what they were given 😭 and Mama Orn is my MVP I loved her sm 🫶🏾

Mr. Sainam... next... (he's pretty tho shame)

Can we also pretend that all Miss Pony did the whole show was help Dinneaw at the end please? and not whatever else it was I had the displeasure of witnessing please I'm begging I really didn't need to see all that, they coulda kept that one to themselves I'm ngl 🥲🙏🏾🙌🏾

Although this show was like a car crash I couldn't take my eyes off of, I really did enjoy watching it and grew very fond of these characters. I do recommend you give it a go just bare in mind it is highly unserious and limit your expectations lmao but the cast was so good they make up for it ❤️ I personally love a show that's so ridiculous you kind of have to switch off your brain to watch it, but this one was a bit confusing so I had to engage my brain at times. Still I liked it a lot

Idk exactly what happened

When after finishing the first couple of episodes I actually liked the pacing and story at that point; the characters didn’t feel forced, the story felt like it was leading somewhere but by the 7th episode what the hell happened? San Min recovers from the operation and has no recollection of anything or anyone but as Dinneaw and the others are helping him slowly start to remember in the settings that he would the most comfortable and recognizable in… his so called “best friend” Hanna calls his birth mother and she literally kidnaps him (I did enjoy the part where Mama Orn slapped the s*** out of her tho) and we’re seen as she’s taking him away that he’s progressively getting his memories of Dinneaw back.

Episode 8 killed me and not in a good way it was ridden with horny cringe and as well completely unbelievable horny cringe at that two while we’re also seeing full glimpses at San Ming’s abusive childhood; Something so heavy being countered/follow up with scenes being too unseriously crazy horny just felt too ridiculous and out of place. A bright point was Pony finally going against Saiman and him getting his just desserts however, I can’t forgive that we went from San Ming tricking his birth mom to poison his stepdad, to what should have been an romantic heartfelt reunion between the main leads but only last the total runtime of five mins before the credits like what?

In all I would suggest this series for a first time watch but as for a rewatch I wouldn’t say so as not only for the weird awkward episodes that take place after the midpoint but also the sheer of length of each episode being nearly 45 mins while finale episode being 53 mins. It’s a fun story when it wanted to be but other scenes/parts weren’t really that needed or necessary IMO
