The Oceans of Two People Connected
A drunk Minase calls Hirukawa, who runs over and picks him up. They reconnect in a meaningful way, bridging the gap of the years they were separated. Days turn into weeks, then months. Hirukawa continues to create films, including Our Youth, an adaptation of Minase's letter to him during their years apart.

After a damp squib of a reunion last episode, our leads get to talk. This does have to wait for Haruki to do the rescuing and watering. Much harks back to earlier scenes in the story with the protagonist changed. For all the tears and drink Jin has been practising what he wants to say. It's the voice over we've heard throughout.
Having worn school.uniforn to look younger, it's weird seeing Minase in a work suit. ~~~~~~~~

well am glad that Minase also showed growth, cause was worried there for a sec that it all amounted to dutch courage. so am glad that the morning after, he didn't revert back to his mute self. ****************************************************************************************************this was indeed lovely Minase writing a book professing his love, while Hirukawa produced his love letter, turning it into a movie.***********************************************************************************************************************************************Japanese BL's just elevate what seems mass produced by other industries. this was a beautifully written, acted, produced drama. for sure a rewatch & happily would recommend

I never watched any JBL series more than once. This is the first JBl series im watching multiple times. I got entire zoo in my stomach watching the couple scenes. Hirukawa was so smooth and seductive especially on ep 4 he not only infected Minesta but the whole community who was watching this series. Great repeat value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
