Episode Title: The Red Thread of Fate, Part 1
Five years ago, Crown Prince Yi Gang lost his beloved Crown Princess, and since then, he’s made it his rule to keep politics away and only trust those close to him. One day, a woman who looks exactly like the late Crown Princess appears before him. But it’s just her face that’s similar. She’s not the princess at all, but Park Dal I, a woman from Boryeong with a strong local dialect. She’s come to Hanyang to save her neighbor, Heo Yeong Gam’s daughter, who’s being forced by her in-laws to take her own life for her loyalty. Yi Gang, unaware of her true purpose, becomes captivated by her striking resemblance to the princess and ends up following her.
