Moon River

Isn't this a bit too similar to the premise of Moon River? Altho the Moon River couple were more convincing individually as body swappers compared to the Beloved Thief couple, both dramas had the funny points arising from gender swaps. While Kang Taeoh is used to comedic roles, the Beloved Thief couple looks very pained. Overall though, the Beloved Thief storyline is more engaging and the couple have better chemistry.

The Crown Prince loses his Crown Princess. Both her names mean 'Moon', she loses her memories and suffers from amnesia. Magic/the supernatural saves her. There is an evil minister who wants him to marry his daughter and father a son to be the next king. There is also a another prince who gets sidelined.

Both in the Joseon Era, the stories are more of parallel plots, but in different universes. Both also contain the supernatural, and also dives into political plots. Queen:Love and War focuses more on the Queen's perspective, while Moon River gives a steady balance on both perspectives. ML in Queen Love and War and the FL in Moon River both starred in Business Proposal.

Both have a very different stories, but both are fantasy dramas, where there is an amnesia element.

Both includes a commoner and royalty falling for each other and the mess of a Body swap wrecking chaos. Its comical and romantic . Has the historical vibes similar to this show.

Both take place in the Joseon Dynasty, include focus on royalty and memory loss. FL has memory loss in MR whereas ML has memory loss in 1DMP. MR also features fantasy elements unlike 1DMP. 1DMP is also more of a lighthearted romcom compared to MR.

Both MLs are powerless princes in a palace controlled by the royal minister who is believed to have/attempted to kill the FL, ML's love.

Moon River is like a redemption arc for Tale of Nokdu's. The ML of Moon river is also a key role in Tale of Nokdu. In fact, he plays the role of a grand prince in the Tale of Nokdu, which is similar to the position of the 2nd male lead in Moon River.

Both royal MLs are haunted by the deaths of their beloved wives, both FLs are lower class. Both dramas have a similar vibe.
