Cosas que pasan cuando venden mal una serie

Realmente había una espectativas que no lograron llenar, vendieron gato por liebre, se movía más por lo mismo en un histeriqueo constante de idas y vueltas de boludeos, solo para que Jack sea aclamado por dos flacos, uno su ex y el otro que solo estaba caliente, se sostuvo a base de cameos y tan tan porque realmente era más de lo mismo, dándole vuelta a la misma cosa, Raffy utilizaba a Rome para su propios gustos y Jack terminaba utilizando a Raffy para moleshar a Dean, cualquiera.
Los únicos que la llevaron bien vieron ArnoldTua, al menos fue un buen Friends To Lovers a medio pelo, pero ajá. Un aplauso para Arnold qué escalo para abajo js Tua solo peco de niño bonito enamorado de su amigo. Pero es un constante mhe, la subieron a un podio que empezó a desmoronarse capitulo tras capítulo.

Cumple su función, entretiene pero no es una segunda temporada de Only Friends, podría haber funcionado de igual manera con otro nombre y hasta mejor.

Tentaram muito recuperar o caos icônico da primeira temporada, mas sinceramente? Faltou o tempero, faltou o verdadeiro surto coletivo que fez Only Friends virar Only Friends rs. Eu gostei da série sim, teve momentos muito bons, por exemplo quando o Boston reencontra o ex, só que, no geral, parecia que os personagens passaram 12 episódios inteiros fazendo CU DOCE um pro outro. Era um eterno “ai não sei”, “ai talvez”, “ai vou me afastar”, “ai não consigo conversar”, assim né… eu sei que falta de diálogo é praticamente patrimônio cultural dos BLs tailandeses, mas aqui ficou cansativo. O maior problema pra mim foi o ritmo, a série era claramente longa demais pro que ela tinha pra contar, 12 episódios foi exagerado, com 10 episódios já teria funcionado muito melhor e deixaria a narrativa mais intensa, menos arrastada. Teve muito momento que parecia só repetição emocional dos mesmos conflitos 😤 Talvez minha opinião seja impopular, mas eu realmente acharia mais interessante se alguns casais terminassem separados de verdade. A peça do Jack deixou clara a ideia de querer um final feliz, de mostrar que dois homens podem sim viver um amor sem tragédia, mas às vezes um final agridoce também é honesto, nem todo relacionamento precisa sobreviver só porque o roteiro quer manter todo mundo junto

APESAR DE TUDO, Only Friends: Dream On ainda entrega entretenimento, química e alguns momentos fortes, mas nunca alcança o caos viciante da primeira temporada. Faltou mais drama real, mais consequências e menos frescura acumulada em silêncio.

Promised a lot, but didn’t take as many risks as Season 1

I really felt like the first season was much bolder with the couple swaps (WITH ACTUAL KISSES), and that’s exactly what I was hoping to see in this new season. What made the first season so fun was how they took already established ships and, along with Neo (Boston), completely shook everything up. That unpredictability made the series way more interesting. This season was missing exactly that: taking more risks and leaning harder into the drama.

For example, by the end, Jack’s reaction felt a bit exaggerated considering everything that had already happened during both the first and second breakups. Boston’s return also could have been much more impactful. They created so much chaos and hype when they announced he’d be coming back to the series, so expectations were really high. Aside from that scene where he was taking pictures with Tua and Arnold which was great. I felt like they didn’t fully take advantage of that energy (honestly, a ménage scene there would have fit the vibe of the series perfectly).

Raffy and Rome were the couple that caught my attention the most, and they deserved much better development. Their dynamic was interesting, bold, and exactly the kind of energy this series needs. Mix’s acting was also really good. His interactions with Raffy were so entertaining to watch.

Another thing that positively surprised me was the lower-body touching and grabbing. The fact that Raffy and Rome were always choosing public places also added a more intense and provocative atmosphere to their scenes.

As for the NC scenes, I thought some of them were really well filmed, with beautiful shots and great choreography especially the Arnold and Tua scene in the middle of the clothes, which looked amazing. But on the other hand, some of the other scenes ended up feeling pretty weak.

Another aspect I really liked was the use of imagery and visual transitions between scenes, as well as the documentary-style approach throughout the series. It gave the show a more dynamic and immersive feeling. However, I do think the documentary storyline itself deserved a more proper conclusion within the series.

Solo amiguis

Entré con -70 de fe a esta serie porque dije seguro que todo for the sake of the plot. Y la verdad que medio sí. Peeeeeero...

Lo que me mantuvo fue que Dean y Jack, los personajes principales, estaban muy bien planteados. Medio que en algunos momentos los personajes secundarios hacían agua (tipo cuando Raffy le dice a Jack no sé que cosa, pero se olvida del detallito mega importante de que en realidad no había pasado nada entre Dean y Arnold en el bosque) o cuando Tua perdona al toque a Arnold y garchan. O sea, eso también se puede deducir porque los dos son... you know... hombres.

Hubo una diferencia cultural que me hizo mierda la cabeza y no podía parar de reírme, me acuerdo y me cago de risa. El motivo por el cual las dos parejas "principales" se pelean es porque Dean ABRAZA Arnold. O sea, lo ABRAZA. Lo que yo hago todos los días todo el tiempo con todas las personas que tengo cerca porque loco aguante abrazar. Y eso desmorona a las dos parejas, no loco increíble. Lo que sí no me gustó del conflicto es que nunca mencionan que Dean además de borracho estaba drogado y no me queda claro si fue por voluntad o porque pintó. O qué. O sea hay algo más ahí a resolver dentro del conflicto.

Más allá de la forma en la que se da el conflicto me gustó mucho el personaje de Dean y la relación que se plantea con el personaje de Jack. Dean es una persona con muchas necesidades porque arrancó desde un lugar más abajo en términos de oportunidades económicas que el personaje de Jack, y es bastante obvio que se crió en un entorno donde tenía que sobrevivir. Esto es lo que más chocaba con la personalidad de Jack, que siempre vivió bien y le bastó "esforzarse" para tener una buena vida. El conflicto principal entre ellos es ese y se va desarrollando desde el principio de la serie cuando Dean tiene que tomar trabajos de scort para poder pagar sus cuentas y al final cuando se tuvo que volver azafata por el mismo motivo. Por el contrario, el personaje de Jack siempre vivió de lo que estudió tanto al principio como al final. La imposibilidad de Jack y su falta de empatía para con Dean era lo que más hacía chocar a la pareja, ya que yo sentí que él nunca se esforzó por cambiar y entender a Dean y por el contrario él sí. Estuvo todos los capítulos intentando cambiar para que Jack lo acepte.

En fin, el final no me gustó ni me desagradó. Sí sentí que por ahí era mejor terminarlo con una película en vez de con el capítulo final.

Chaos, Love and Chaos

As a devoted fan of season 1, I waited for Only Friends: Dream On with the energy of pure desperation. My original plan was to wait until the entire series finished airing and binge everything at once, sparing myself from twelve weeks of emotional damage. Unfortunately, my terrible self-control betrayed me once again, and I ended up trapped in the weekly watching cycle.

Needless to say, my mental stability did not survive for very long.

This time, the excitement was even stronger because I already knew all the pairings. I knew exactly what kind of emotional trap I was willingly walking into. My addiction was only a matter of time.

My first impression was that this second season feels much more structured than the first one. Season 1 had this chaotic, messy energy where relationships collided inside a constant emotional storm. Sometimes it felt all over the place, but that chaos was also part of its identity.

Here, everything revolves around one central element: the play. The tensions, betrayals, scandals, and emotional disasters all connect back to it in some way, giving the story a much stronger sense of cohesion. It feels smoother, more controlled, and easier to follow.

Ironically, though, that also feels like the season’s biggest loss.

Even if the level of drama and toxicity remains similar, I had the feeling the writers played things much safer this time. And honestly… it shows.

Season 1 felt completely unhinged. Nobody was safe. Characters were emotionally self-destructing at every possible opportunity. Neo was collecting people like Pokémon cards, Khaotung was out there kissing anything with a pulse, and every episode felt like chaos had escaped containment.

That unpredictability was one of the pillars of Only Friends.

This season teases complete disasters only to stop before fully embracing them. My soul is still recovering from the fake-out involving Boston, Arnold, and Tua. I’m not even saying this from a shipping perspective. It simply feels like the series lost some of its madness.

Season 1 felt like absolute emotional anarchy.

Meanwhile, Dream On sometimes acts as if a hug carries more scandal potential than actual cheating, which becomes unintentionally funny when compared to the previous season.

Another issue for me was the lack of character background.

Season 1 spent much more time digging into its characters’ pasts and emotional wounds. We understood Ray’s trauma, Sand’s family struggles, Top’s issues, Boston’s flaws. Their stories existed beyond romance.

Here, we are given fascinating ideas without fully exploring them. Jack and Rome have a complicated relationship as brothers, but we barely understand why. Raffy seems to have grown up under an extremely controlling mother, but it never gets explored deeply. Jack’s alcoholism after his breakup with Dean is introduced, but only scratched at the surface.

The ideas are there. They just never reach their full emotional potential.

Still, where the show absolutely succeeds is in its relationship dynamics and character attachment.

Even when the characters are selfish, toxic, or emotionally destructive, I could always understand where they were coming from.

Dean is probably one of the most destructive characters in the series, yet he can also be incredibly protective. He loves in a deeply unhealthy, possessive, and clumsy way, but he loves sincerely. He feels like someone who spent his life surviving alone and learned to see vulnerability as weakness.

Tua, on the other hand, was probably the character I wanted to protect the most all season. He is sweet, loyal, emotionally honest, and surprisingly brave despite his fragility. I spent the entire series terrified that he would end up completely shattered.

Thankfully Arnold arrived before the emotional disaster became irreversible.

Raffy was easily the most toxic character of the season. Unlike Dean, who destroys things directly, Raffy operates in the shadows through manipulation and calculated cruelty.

Yet underneath all of that, he might actually be one of the most emotionally fragile characters in the cast.

I’m convinced that his need for control and his unhealthy attachment to Jack come from a massive lack of affection and self-worth.

And that is exactly why I loved Rome.

His love is never blind. He genuinely loves Raffy, but never enough to sacrifice his own morals or become another victim of Raffy’s behavior. He knows when to stand his ground and set boundaries.

Their relationship reminded me a lot of Ray and Sand, and I’ve always had a weakness for dynamics between broken characters and deeply grounded ones.

Jack also ended up being more complicated than he initially appeared. After being emotionally destroyed by Dean, he built an armor of coldness around himself to avoid getting hurt again. He can become cruel, sometimes unfair, but underneath that distance there is still someone who loves far too much for his own good.

Then we have Arnold.

First of all, special mention to the directors for somehow managing to destroy Joss’s natural aura with that disastrous rapper styling. I genuinely didn’t think that was possible.

But beyond that, Arnold is probably the most emotionally stable character in the cast. He is kind, protective, optimistic, and sincere.

Unfortunately, he is also painfully slow when it comes to recognizing how serious situations actually are.

And finally… Boston.

His return gave me an absolutely unreasonable amount of joy.

Even though he remains true to himself and still wants to flirt with anything capable of breathing, I loved seeing his growth. He genuinely supports Tua, respects him, and stands by him when he needs him the most.

Honestly, it only confirmed my opinion from season 1: Boston was never truly a bad person.

He was simply an emotional free electron incapable of putting anything above his own desires.

So in the end, we get an entire swarm of emotional hornets thrown together into the same space while they happily destroy each other for twelve episodes.

Overall, Only Friends: Dream On is definitely not perfect.

Some things are stronger than season 1 while other weaknesses replace what used to be some of the franchise’s greatest strengths.

But despite all of that, I had an amazing time.

The scandals, betrayals, fights, reconciliations, and emotional disasters never stop for even a second.

It is toxically fun from beginning to end.

And of course, I can’t talk about Only Friends without mentioning the chemistry.

Joss and Gawin felt slightly more restrained than I expected, probably because their relationship leaned more toward emotional intimacy this time.

Meanwhile Aou and Boom completely lost their minds.

I already knew they had incredible potential, but I genuinely did not expect their chemistry to explode like this.

I’m still recovering.

Earth and Mix remained consistently strong as always, but personally Rome and Raffy ended up leaving the biggest impression on me.

In the end, Only Friends: Dream On left me exactly where season 1 did: emotionally exhausted, slightly traumatized, and desperately wanting more.

It was chaotic, emotional, frustrating, exhausting, and ridiculously entertaining.

And after that ending and the season 3 tease?

I’m absolutely ready to jump back into the fire immediately.

me decepcionei e eu preciso muito falar.

antes de tudo, eu não li a novel e n sou de ler novels, gosto de vivenciar a série como algo novo.

bom, acho que quando a gente tem uma segunda temporada de uma série, esperamos algo novo, porém na mesma pegada da anterior e ofdo era algo que eu queria que tivesse acontecido o mesmo, histórias diferentes, com a mesma alma do anterior. pra mim, o enredo de only friends que foi construído na 1 temporada e basicamente adultos fazendo merda onde ninguém é o vilão, ninguém é santo, todo mundo é idiota na medida certa. Dream On resolveram escolher um vilão, onde todo o peso e culpa foi a ele, onde teve q se esforçar em resolver algo que ele não teve culpa! e eu estou falando do dean.
dean e um personagem que eu chamaria de ousado, ele não liga pra opinião alheia, faz de tudo pra conseguir oq quer e n importa os meios, essa personalidade dele o fez parecer vilão, sendo que na verdade ele só queria atormentar mesmo o ex querendo mostrar que ele era inesquecível e fazia de tudo pra mostrar isso, mas ele ser drogado em uma festa e fazer coisas que sóbrio, nunca fariam não torna ele o vilão, tavam tão ocupado em odiar o dean que a maior questão aqui ficou de lado, o fato dele ser drogado.
esse acontecimento, ele não fez sozinho, então por que ele pagou o pato por tudo? Ele que moveu montanhas pra tentar resolver uma situação que tinha outra pessoa junto que é o Arnold.


Arnold e Tua foi um casal que eu senti que deixaram de lado a questão principal deles que era fato de Tua ter pagado o Arnold, eu tava curiosa em saber até onde isso ia ficar em segredo, eles não desenvolveram da maneira que tinha que ser desenvolvida e acabou sendo algo secundário o que era pra ser o principal problema do casal, sobre o Tua, eu realmente achei coerente as coisas que ele fez depois de que descobriu o acontecimento, porém me incomodou o fato dele ter perdoado mais rápido o Arnold do que o Dean visto que ambos estavam errados.


acho que o casal com a história mais bem desenvolvida que eu senti a essência de of foi o romeraffy, essa coisa toda de sexo casual porém com sentimentos é algo muito bom, mas, o Raffy como personagem em si tinha que ter mais desenvolvimento com a relação dele com a mãe, eu não senti que teve um ponto final e isso me incomodou, deixaram implícito porém eu gostaria de que tivesse uma cena.


Jack e Dean foi algo que eu preciso muito expressar minha indignação. acho que na história eles queriam colocar um vilão, como eles queriam colocar um vilão, então eu vou dizer quem é o verdadeiro vilão dessa história, e todo mundo sabe que claramente é o Jack.

ele é o tipo de homem que age de uma maneira muito minuciosa e isso que é perigoso nele, ele não precisa mover montanhas e nem fazer de tudo pra conseguir o que quer, ele só precisa manipular da maneira certa e fazer com que as outras pessoas fizessem por ele.
ele sabia que o raffy gostava dele então usava o raffy pra conseguir o que quer, ele sabia da devoção dean então se aproveitava disso pra conseguir o que queria, e eu não gostei da forma que ele saiu ileso eu queria que ele tivesse sido exposto e mostrado que ele não é tão bom como todo mundo pensava e acho que o alcoolismo do Jack não foi bem apresentado na história, deveriam ter feito mais alguma coisa em relação a esse fato, achei que só apresentaram bem mas não explicaram.

no final,não achei coerente todos seguirem em seus sonhos e o Dean virá virar comissário de bordo com a justificativa de que não dá dinheiro, tipo querendo ou não todo mundo dessa série tem empregos que na realidade n tão fácil assim, porque só Dean desistiu? “ ah mas ele voltou a atuar depois” mas o ponto é o fato de só ele ter que desistir em algum momento, n achei de bom tom.

E Jack por sua vez, viveu sua vida normalmente depois do término, seguindo o que ele faz, se entediou depois de ter namorado outras pessoas e voltou pro Dean, n senti que ele realmente queria voltar, mas tava ali, pq não?



e o boston tadinho? foi pra lá NADA e o fato dele ser o mais sensato em alguns momentos me supreendeu, a duddias de anos atrás ririam que se eu falasse isso.
gostei das participações! meus sandray sempre serão inesquecíveis e o nick com o novo namorado foi o auge pra mim e os mewtop? bom, são tiktokers agora né kkkk

Act 2 : Only friends is still a good series !

I must be sincere and even say that I prefered season 2 over season 1. AouBoom really reveled their acting’s play in Dream on !! ( shout out to the scene from episode 8 which is the besttt). Overall I was really hyped for all couples to be in this kind of series and I was not disappointed at all : EarthMix did really well from the beginning to the end ( which is well written), JossGawin also made a great performance, eventhough the big « misunderstanding » of the season was a bit too dramatic for what it was in reality. The ost is to die for as always, plus the visuals seemed more memorable than in season 1 !! Is it a must watch ? maybe if you want some spicy, and some character growth !!

Delusa ma poteva andare peggio

Sono una grande fan della prima stagione nonostante ritengo che abbia i suoi difetti ma rimane secondo me un bel drama.
Di conseguenza ero molto curiosa di questa seconda stagione, anche grazie alla scelta del cast che è ottima e l'idea presentata mi ispirava. Per i primi 4 episodi mi stava anche piacendo molto a parte qualche criticità a livello di regia di cui magari vi parlerò meglio dopo, andando avanti però la storia ha iniziato sempre di più a convincermi meno fino addirittura ad annoiarmi e a diventare una tortura settimanale. La trama diventa troppo banale, piatta e poco coraggiosa in confronto la prima stagione e oserei dire anche un pochino forzata in alcuni punti.
Voglio entrare leggermente nello specifico ma prima partirei dalle cose positive per poi andare in quelle negative.
Il pregio più grande di questa seconda stagione è il cast! Bravissimi tutti, perfetti per i loro ruoli e ottima chimica e secondo me si nota anche che il regista sia anche un acting coach e li ha preparati bene per le scene. In particolare vorrei fare una menzione d'onore a Mix che a mio parere è stato magistrale nei panni di Dean (spoiler: è anche il mio personaggio preferito della stagione), è un attore che apprezzo dal debutto ma penso che qui abbia fatto un salto di livello superiore dal punto di vista recitativo.
L'idea è un altro elemento positivo, decidere di svolgere questa stagione nel mondo del teatro, degli attori quindi competizione e tanti altri temi che porta questo mondo come anche il fanservice è perfetto a mio parere, peccato che è bella solo l'idea perchè lo sviluppo meno.
La regia non è male ma in alcuni punti si nota che è acerba in confronto la prima che avevamo Jojo, devo dire che la sua mancanza si è sentita molto sia alla regia che alla sceneggiatura. La cosa che mi ha dato maggiormente fastidio della regia è il compartimento musica, a mio parere spesso troppo alta in alcune scene e anche poco adatte alla situazione questo faceva si che mi distraessi e che non riuscissi a immergermi nelle emozioni che voleva scatenare quella scena.
Passiamo alle cose negative che purtroppo sono di più, cosa è andato storto secondo me?
1) Banale e piatto, nonostante la bella idea e la possibilità di poter creare veramente tanti intrighi e inciuci non necessariamente romantici il tutto viene gestito in modo poco originale e articolato.
Ad esempio, Pete lui diventata il cattivo della situazione nella seconda parte del drama, peccato che l'abbiamo capito subito quindi niente effetto sorpresa e tutta l'attesa nel capire chi fosse stato una grandissima noia. Drammi inutili ovvero forzati e che quindi non mi intrigavano ma solo farmi chiedere cosa stessi vedendo e ancora noia. Diventa quasi ripetitivo e alla fine dei conti accade poco di interessante. Quando potevano esplorare tanto l'aspetto per esempio della competizione e l'invidia tra Dean e Raffy invece solo qualcosina all'inizio ma nulla di che. Oppure il fanservice e il quasi tradimento che potevano esplorare di più e osando un pò ma non accade letteralmente nulla e quel dramma che sia crea risulta solo esagerato e da qui mi aggancio al secondo punto.
2) Poco coraggio, in confronto la prima stagione è come se avessero avuto paura gli sceneggiatori di osare ma questo secondo me è stato il danno maggiore per la trama. Tra Dean e Arnold non accade nemmeno un bacio ma poi hanno creato una situazione come se fosse accaduto ma risultava così esagerato, ora non dico che dovevano fare tante scene spicy e di bacio ma un minimo si perchè è una caratteristica della serie sono proprio gl inciuci e i casini che si creano a causa di questo, se mi togli tutto ciò che è un elemento principale la trama ne risente. Ho preso come esempio loro due ma ho notato questa cosa in varie situazioni come anche il finale, l'happy ending tra Dean e Jack a mio parere è assurdo mentre nella prima avevamo Nick e Boston che giustamente non sono finiti insieme ed era realistico e giusto così.
3) Lo sviluppo, tempistiche, secondo me in alcune coppie si è andati spediti come Arnold e Tua e poi però in alcuni punti non accadeva nulla quindi risultavano noiosi e mentre Raffy e Rome slow burn però fatto male perchè personalmente non ho capito quando Raffy si sia innamorato, sembra come se si fosse svegliato improvvisamente da un giorno all'altro e soprattutto troppo tardi. Dean e Jack alti e bassi ma di loro la cosa che critico di più è il finale.
4) Cos'è successo a Boston? Esattamente perchè l'hanno ammorbidito ed è diventato il cupido della situazione? Questa cosa non l'ho capita e soprattutto non apprezzata, mi hanno rovinato il personaggio che secondo me nella prima stagione è uno dei migliori. Talmente è snaturato che non mi arrabbiavo nemmeno quando spuntava mentre nella prima appena compariva dovevo farmi una camomilla. Ecco posso dire che mi è mancato un personaggio come Boston, non pensavo che l'avrei mai detto ma questa stagione è esente di un pg così ed è un peccato.
Ora giusto per essere ancora più pignoli non mi hanno entusiasmato nemmeno i cameo! Scritti con superficialità anche se capisco che alla fine sono giusto per accontentare i fan però mi aspettavo di meglio, invece fortunatamente sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del cameo di Nick, questo scritto bene e soddisfacente direi che ci voleva proprio, la degna conclusione.
Ora dalla mia recensione sembra che mi abbia fatto schifo come drama ma in realtà no, solo ho trovato molte problematiche e questo mi ha delusa, tuttavia poteva andare anche peggio e alcune cose sono comunque carine.
Sinceramente a questo punto non so se voglio una terza stagione, anche se devo ammettere che l'entrata in scena di Great mi ha incuriosito e poi il concept della serie mi piace ma se dovessero farla spero in un risultato migliore e magari in un ritorno di Jojo.

recitazione fantastica!

Credo proprio che la prima stagione, come storia, come tensione delle varie coppie, da questi punti di vista sia stata migliore, ma preciso che l’ambientazione della seconda stagione è nettamente superiore secondo me, il fatto del teatro, della recitazione e quant’altro l’ho apprezzato molto.
La critica più grande che mi sento di fare a questa serie è che avrei voluto che alcuni dettagli fossero sviluppati meglio, come per esempio mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere di più il rapporto di Raffy e sua madre, ma capisco che essendoci tre coppie principali, è un po’ difficile curare tutto di tutti, e un po’ mi dispiace, non capisco perché non facciano le serie un po’ più lunghe.
molta gente sui social insulta il fatto che non abbiano fatto baciare Romeo e Romeo alla fine della sceneggiata, solo perché Dean non voleva più tradire Jack e Arnold, tua, per il fatto del video, a me sta cosa è piaciuta però, eventualmente la gente pensa solo a farli scopare, ok.

Ah, ma parliamo di Boston, che nella prima stagione ci hanno lasciato un punto di domanda e fatto capire che lui sarebbe stato molto centrale per la stagione successiva, invece non è servito a niente, avrei voluto che facesse più disastri, invece da quel che si è capito lui ha smesso di fare "Boston" quando non si è approfittato di Tua, lì sono rimasta un po’ basita, il personaggio è cresciuto così a caso? Ha realizzato dopo due stagione che non poteva andare con chiunque? Ma poi l’incontro con Nick?! Adoro troppo, li ha decisamente capito cosa si è perso, ho apprezzato molto quella parte, come anche Nick abbia detto di non volerlo abbracciare che sarebbe stato meglio.

Parliamo un po’ delle coppie:
Arnold e Tua, decisamente troppo sdolcinati, dai! Stavano in amore dall’inizio i friends to lovers sono i peggiori, erano un po’ noiosi, però Tua lo amo, e Arnold mi ha fatto arrabbiare tantissimo, cioè; all’inizio era molto gentile con Tua, poi questa gentilezza ha iniziato a risultare un po’ finta, come a avesse un doppio fine, ma ho capito semplicemente che lo hanno stereotipato un po’ troppo come fidanzato ideale.
Hanno fatto un po’ un disastro con il personaggio di Arnold, è molto ambiguo, secondo me per alcuni complimenti che ha avuto, non merita Tua.

Rome e Raffy, decisamente la coppia più caotica, forse la migliore, ho amato da subito la loro tensione, gli attori bravissimi a fare le scene intime, e ad immedesimarsi in questi personaggi difficili.
Credo che molti odino Raffy, ma è uno dei miei preferiti, proprio per come Boom lo ha interpretato bene, è un personaggio complicato e bisogna capirlo, capire che lui sente la pressione del ruolo che ha sua madre.
Rome è veramente un real man, e credo che, nonostante come Raffy si sia comportato nei suoi confronti, si meritino a vicenda.

Dean e Jack, letteralmente la coppia clue!
C’è una chimica pazzesca tra di loro, sono molto gelosi, forse troppo possessivi.
Dean è estremamente testardo, l’ho amato molto come personaggio, proprio perché è sicuro di sé e delle sue capacità.
Prima della fine dell’ultimo episodio, ci sta che dean e jack si siano lasciati, perché anche se si amavano, non funzionava assieme, e nemmeno come amici secondo me, avevano proprio bisogno di stare un po’ lontani l’uno dall’altra per attenuare un po’ la tossicità che si era creata nel loro legame. alla fine dopo un anno sono maturati e si sono rimessi assieme, ma non so se sono d’accordo con questa decisione.

L’ultima cosa che voglio analizzare è il rapporto tra Dean e Raffy.
Dean si arrabbia con Raffy perché dice che lui è privilegiato come attore per via di sua madre, ma non capisce che a Raffy pesa sta cosa, e a Dean pesa di non avere mezzi per diventare famoso e per quanto si impegna il doppio di lui ed è arrabbiato perché giustamente vogliono dare a Raffy il ruolo principale sono perché ha più follower.
Alla fine Raffy era palesemente spinto dall’invidia, hanno davvero interpretato bene questo conflitto.

Voglio fare un mega complimento agli attori per la recitazione, specialmente a Mix e Aou, che a me personalmente mi hanno colpito più di tutti per come si sono immedesimati con i loro personaggi!!

Ma alla fine di tutto.. ci sarà la terza stagione?!

Drama zwischen Bühne und Leben – Menschen mit Fehlern und ihren Entscheidungen

Hinweis: Folgende Zeilen stellen meine persönliche, subjektive Einschätzung der Serie dar.
Ich habe die erste Staffel nicht gesehen, hatte aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass ich sie hätte sehen müssen. Es kamen zwar Charaktere aus Staffel 1 vor, aber ich konnte sie für die Dauer ihrer Präsenz in Staffel 2 gut genug kennenlernen und musste nicht mehr über sie wissen. Ich glaube, sie waren vor allem wegen der Fans da.
Das mit Boston habe ich nicht verstanden. Sein erster Auftritt war sehr dramatisch inszeniert und auch die anderen Auftritte hatten irgendwie Gewicht, aber am Ende war es eigentlich nichts.
Ich mochte alle drei Pärchen gerne. Aou und Boom überzeugen einfach in jeder Serie. Und Mix – was ist er bitte für ein toller Schauspieler! Ich war richtig begeistert.
Auch wenn man das Pärchen Arnold und Tua nicht zwingend gebraucht hätte, fand ich den Charakter Tua trotzdem sehr sympathisch. Das Kostümdesign-Ding passt zu Gawin.
Das Theatersetting mochte ich total und auch das Theaterstück „Romeo & Romeo“ fand ich eine richtig gute Idee, aber warum muss es wieder dieses Universitätsding sein? Das brauche ich echt nicht mehr. Man kann diesen Schauspielern locker erwachsene Rollen geben, man würde es allen abkaufen. Das hat mich gestört.
Es gab in der Story viel Drama, fast wie bei einer Seifenoper und genau das will die Serie auch sein: eine leichte Story mit viel Rumgeheule, Rumgezicke, Rumgestreite und Rumgeknutsche. Ich hatte zumindest nie den Eindruck, dass sie irgendwelche komplexen, tiefgründigen Erzählungen auspacken will.
Das mit dem „Bösewicht“ Pete wurde meiner Meinung nach zu schnell abgehandelt, da hätte man gerne mehr Story und Emotion reinpacken können. Ich mochte, dass die Serie Menschen auch mit Fehlern darstellt, die falsche Entscheidungen treffen. Es gibt keinen, der alles richtig oder alles falsch macht. In einem Moment hat man Mitleid, im nächsten denkt man sich: Was soll das jetzt?
Was ich auch nicht verstehe: Ein Happy End heißt nicht, dass am Ende immer alle zusammen sein müssen. Es heißt eher, dass alle ihren Frieden finden, die Situation akzeptieren und daran wachsen. Man muss nicht immer zusammenkommen, zusammen sein oder zusammen bleiben.
