I love it

My Romance Scammer is a fantastic Thai series that perfectly combines romance, comedy, and emotional moments. The lead actors have amazing chemistry, making every scene enjoyable and believable. The story is entertaining from start to finish, with enough surprises to keep viewers invested. The charming characters and lighthearted atmosphere make it an easy binge-watch. I loved every episode and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and heartwarming drama.

Does what it says and delivers what's promised

It's a lighthearted romantic comedy from start to finish and it does just that—lightens up the mood and makes you believe in fairy-tales for a couple of hours.

You obviously don't watch it for a deep plot or a hidden meaning. Compared to many similar rom coms, it was fully executed: the conflict, the humour, the chemistry, the closure—everything's there.

For me personally, JuMark is one of ~3 pairings in BL industry, who can satisfy a viewer even without a NC scene (and I'm a big fan of good NC scenes). If it were others, I would've felt robbed, but with these guys I'm down for the cute bubbly vibe.

And again, I appreciate GMM Thee V for making another series that includes mature love without the student tropes 😌👍

Kudos to OhmPoon—a pairing we didn't know we needed, but we were seated for it during the whole show.

I was hooked from the first episode

I will never stop praising JuniorMark's acting. Everyone should watch and learn how a couple should look and treat each other. There's more to portraying a couple than holding hands, kissing, and calling it a day. Their performance made me truly feel their love for each other and took me through a lot of emotions in such a natural way. Mark didn't even need to speak to make me burst into tears. They did such good work they made me ignore the bad script, but whatever. I would say this has become the best work I've seen from them so far.

And of course I don't want to leave OhmPoon out because they were just as important and protagonists in this series. I started watching this show because of JM but thanks to that I got to know them, their first time working together as a pair, and I was really surprised by how good their chemistry was. There were scenes where it was simply impossible not to laugh; they were like the spark of the series.

It's amazing!!! go for it....

I love the chemistry between the main leads I mean they are amazing together just perfect.....I loved this couple from perfect 10 liners series and now after this series they are one of the favourites💜....this series was so wholesome....if you like the couple I think you should definitely watch it there is no doubt in it💗...but if you're looking for some realistic series which elaborates about ground reality then this is not cup of your tea...
Overall it's cute, fun and very romantic series like you can literally feel butterflies in your stomach when they say "teerak" to each other 😩🤌...I just love these pookies and I really want to see them together in another series to come 💕

Good pacing. No idiotic plot. Clean, simple, enjoyable.

I have no notes. GMMTV has been a bit of a flop for me lately and nothing has been hitting the spot so I didn't have much of a high expectation coming into MRS. Suffice to say all my expectations were blown out of the window.
While the plot might not be anything that'll blown you away with plot twists or never seen before concept, it's comforting in its simplicity and very well executed story.

The series was well-paced, every episode was filled with content, stories and some sufficient romantic scenes without abandoning the overarching plot. There's no idiotic Gmmtv ep11 curses, no nuisance dramatic misunderstanding plot for the sake of drama. This is not one of those shows where lack of communication and dramas bottle up and overboard till everything explode at the very end and then quickly scramble up some resolution in the end. The writer utilized all 12 eps to craft a moving, funny and content-packed story. While some of the character's background might not be relatable, their struggles, weaknesses and growth are something I think MANY viewers (especially Asians) will find very relatable.

Characters' chemistries are good, although admittedly I care more about the main couple (TimPai) compared to the secondary couple (YuNorth). YuNorth's actors performances felt a bit stiff at times and take some viewing to ease into, but generally still didn't tamper the series for me. I have to commend Pai's actor specifically. His acting truly was the star of the show for me, he performed well on some of the more difficult or emotional scene of the show that truly sell the plot and story to the viewers.
Additionally, I also enjoy some details about Thai Chinese' cultures that's woven into the series thanks to Pai's family background.

This show quickly becomes one of my top 5 favorite series from GMMTV. Not because it's an extraordinary 'never seen before' concept, but because they took a concept that works well, and worked it well. Good execution, enjoyable, funny, with good chemistry and generally good acting.

very meh

The actors are known for being great at their job. However the story made *some sense*. Literally some.

It started well with a very nice overview of where the story was going, but even I cannot say when it became weird. All 12 episodes feel like 3. Each episode is based on desperation and anxiety, and while romance exists it really does not feel like it does. I vaguely remember the romantic scenes, but in every episode the main focus was on future problems.

Although every series has a bit of story focusing on future issues, in this series it becomes the main topic. The audience does not have time to relax from the overwhelming feelings (scamming, finding out the lies, not being wanted by family etc), and the supposed romantic story line, is completely left out.

I personally will NOT place this on a MUST RE-WATCH list. I hope the producers and writers use the advantage of having great actors like them, to write and produce great series.

Not the Best but still Good

Somehow it feels a lot of good series ended these days, yesterday "Duang with You" and today "My Romance Scammer". The premise was some mix of known elements. Rich and not so rich people becoming couples, scam and lies, breakup and getting back together. While it was nothing new, the mix had a potential to be great. But I felt in end, despite enjoying it mostly, it felt odd and lacking in some aspects, and it wasn't easy for me at first to see exactly what it was.

The series starts well enough with two different types of scammers fishing for rich people to get their money, and two different scam targets. First to the actors: Junior and Mark are a tested pair and played their roles well, and I was very happy to finally see Poon to get his long overdue main role, which he played out excellent, with Ohm being his new partner, whom I felt was a bit the weak link in the four of them. But then Poon and Ohm are new as pair and I am sure a somewhat better script and directing can give them more growth. I am quite clear here: the acting of the four MCs was good, but it wasn't perfection to write home about, which I assume is due to directing, where I have my biggest issue.

The story felt kinda all over the place. Handling two main couples and four very different characters IS challenging by any means. And that requires a very good pacing, which I felt just wasn't there. While didn't feel any particular scene in itself was bad, the connection of scenes was somewhat lacking. I enjoyed the start up to the revealing of the scam the most, and felt it went a bit downhill falling apart from there. During the scandal wedding it was way too quickly clear that each couple would stick together. I mean, duh, we knew this, but such a deep betrayal of trust was done, especially given Tim and Pai were together a long time already, with was done away too quickly and easily. I really would have liked to see some more lasting drama, some suffering from the guilty, when in fact right after the scandal revealed it was in a very slow and sort of tiresome path towards the second marriages. And this being so clear so quickly felt like the rest of the episodes dragged on without really much having to tell, and I blame this square on the directing of the series.

Still, I can't deny it was a feel good series, though just personally speaking I am a bit overfed with billionaire families. And not this is a mere cultural comment, not a political one. It just has a certain sameness having it seen for a bit too many times now and the harmlessness, so to speak, felt a bit like a fallback to past Thai BL years. There should have been more dramatic tension, more played out dark moments and emotional darker moments, to make the happy end feel actually something of weight. Especially if I recall the very great last episode of “Duang with You”, this last Episode was largely exhausting, somewhere nice but a bit too much “finally done” leaving me entirely clueless what to think or feel

While that all sounds quite negative, I still felt by far the positive entertainment was more than the critique I have about pacing and directing. I just wished the characters had been emotionally more intense, given the plot. Maybe making it a Rom-Com was just a bad choice, where a drama would have fitted better. With the background ensemble being solid, the location being scenic (though a tad bland) I rate this series a well meaning

7.5/10
Solid but fell short of it's potential.

One of the most underrated BLs currently airing.

My Romance Scammer is easily one of the most underrated BLs currently airing. The actors are doing an incredible job bringing these characters to life—each one with their own agenda, motivations, and internal conflicts that slowly unravel as the story progresses.
What makes this show stand out is the subtlety in the performances. The actors capture the smallest emotional details beautifully. Their inner struggles are clear without ever feeling over-the-top, allowing the character growth to unfold in a very natural and believable way.
The story does a wonderful job exploring characters who are stuck in situations shaped by their past, slowly coming to terms with the possibility of a better future. What may have started as a calculated plan toward happiness begins to shift as they realize that what they thought they needed may not actually be what they want anymore.
That journey of growth is portrayed in such a thoughtful way that viewers can easily see parts of themselves reflected in the characters. Maybe not in such dramatic circumstances, but everyone has experienced working toward something they thought they needed—only to grow and realize that what they truly wanted may have been there all along.
For me, this is one of the best shows of 2026 so far, and it deserves far more attention than it’s currently getting.

This drama is worth getting into.

JuniorMark’s acting skills go without saying — they’re both excellent. Whether it’s their facial expressions or the emotions conveyed through their eyes, everything feels very natural. The pacing of the plot is tight, with not a single unnecessary scene. The soundtrack, OST, costumes, and styling are all flawless.

Well paced and Fluffy n cute first EP

The first EP is really well paced. The post production, editing, lighting, locations and light schemes is really good. (Didn't seem like New Siwaj show at first, no hate to him he is really good director and many of my fav series are directed by him it's just editing and lighting seemed different than his other shows). Whoever has done the Costume hats off. Specifically Pai's costume....omg he looks so pretty elegant and handsome at the same time, those costumes and really brings out Mark's beauty ( bit biased here)

\\\\\\\\
JuniorMark:
JuMark has amazing chemistry. Usually other shows show relationship progress in 4-5 episodes which gives CP enough time to setup pace and show that chemistry but here the relationship progression of a year was showed in merely 20 minutes and they still delivered that strong chemistry. I wanna talk about visuals here. Both Junior and Mark are serving here. Sometimes I feel like people are sleeping on Mark's beauty...he is ethereal. Coming back to their storyline their dating era was so fluffy and then that proposal but I low-key couldn't enjoy it fullest knowing Tim is scammer o.w. the part where Pai discussed about having kids or the moment Pai realizes oh I wanna marry this man and I want to have a family with him is so beautiful, you can see the how much he loves Tim in Pai's eyes but for Tim it's all scam and that broke my heart. I liked how they showed Tim slowly made Pai fall for him like how usually scammers scam they'll learn your habits and then make themselves as a part of your everyday life. I'm interested in Tim's side of story like why he chose Pai as target. Even though it felt like relationship progressed bit fast, I guess it's a necessity of the plot cause for TimPai the main focus will be divorce and redemption part as their relationship shows mature nature as compared to YuNorth. I'm ready for the angst (internally screaming cause I can't see my Pai crying)PS: I loved their NC scenes, wasn't expecting to get served in first EP🙈

\\\\\\\
Ohmpoon:I really liked their dynamics. I wasn't expecting North to be this dumb honestly. At least Pai dated for year but North went and gave himself to the scammer based on their one night interaction (I was confused like bro atp who is exactly scammer here but I loved that goofy proposal). Ohm did really good job. I've never seen him in such roll before but I'm enjoying it. As for North I feel this character is made for Poon. I would like to see how their relationship progressess but I think there will be less angst as compared to TimPai. Visuals are again amazing. Like to see the journey of this goofy CP.Overall the first ep was perfect package.

\\\

Apart from CP, I would like to see how Pai and North's relationship as brothers progresses. I really loved them as brothers. I'm looking forward to next Sunday. I hope they keep the same pace throughout the show (I hope they don't do the same thing they did to h2h) . So whoever hasn't watched it please go watch it you won't be disappointed. Both CPS are amazing. You'll enjoy it.

horrible

I thought it would at least be something fun to watch, but it wasn't even that. I understand it's a more generic drama without much of a plot, but it should at least be entertaining. Poon's character doesn't act his age, and I've seen in several productions where they portray characters in their twenties acting in a completely childish way. He seems like a pre-adolescent.He's impulsive, stubborn, and doesn't listen to others. He asked a guy to marry him on the same day and even offered him money
