Mafia Boss x Y/N that completely understands how to use this trope - its so funny omg
I went into this show with very mild expectations, I was a fan of 'We Are' (with some small critiques) but overall really loved PondPhuwin's performances in that show - however i am so sick of and really lowkey a massive hater of Mafia tropes, I feel like they are so overdone, cringey, cliche and boring and I hate the power dynamics that the Mafia Boss x Y/N trope plays on. Hence my hesitations to watch this show in particular. Luckily PondPhuwin and WilliamEst pulled through though because I genuienly think this is one of the top 3 best BL's that GMMTV has ever produced. The director and writers completely understood how seriously to take the mafia boss trope, creating a show that consistently pokes fun at the typical unlikeable male mafia boss character, keeping many of the same character traits - such as extremely rich and powerful, banned from dating, orders all his staff to do everything for the Y/N character, etc, etc, - and flips these on their heads. This creates a very loveable character who grows and changes, and is honestly extremely refreshing, it feels so original and creative, even though the ideas stemmed from extremely overused and unlikable tropes. It's hilarious and holds so much nuance that gives this show a lot of heart and deeper meaning than its silly, fun and loving surface.
I feel like the show wasn't made with the intention of hitting a 100% on rotten tomatoes and a 10/10 on letterboxd, that is to say that this show wasn't made to cater to technical and harsh film and tv criticisers, it was made with passion and a genuine love and excitment for the show that was made. It's so different and wonderful to finally find a show like this that is just comforting and fun to watch, whilst also being high quality, and that has 'life lessons' and deeper meanings that just happen to be there (obviously they are intentional, the subtlety is a huge credit to the writers) in comparision to the sea of tv shows lately that force serious takes down your throat and try everything they can to come off as edgy and this warped idea of mature. Its like i can finally listen to a lullaby sung by someone I love rather than a song with impossible notes sung by the most technically perfect singer of all time. Both are great but I barely get to listen to the lullaby - and thats what this show is.
I honestly feel like its a shame that this is a thai BL - produced by a company that doesn't have a high held respect in online spaces and doesn't always do everything right in my eyes, because I feel like so many people would love this show and appreciate the humour who will never give it a chance.
Kinda majorly glazed the show there, but i guess i'm just passing on some of the passion from the showmakers, and a fun show makes writing a review fun!! I don't think this show is perfect, and I could of pointed things out that weren't at a super high standard, but none of that really matters to me if i enjoy the show - and i definitely did. HIGHLY reccomend if you're a fan of silly shows.

This shit was funny asf
For people who did not like the story or the plot, the whole POINT of this is not that it has to be a dark mafia romance. This is PURE romcom. And obviously deserves the love it has been getting. It has been SO long since I laughed with tears in my eyes. This isn't a dark romance or scary mafia vibe for people who are looking for that. This is just a simple comedy point of view and it was executed PERFECTLY by Pond. His character left a mark in the BL industry that shall not be erased any time soon. Pond carried this series. Was this review helpful to you?

Light, Heartwarming and Simply Fun to Watch
I really had a great time watching this series. It’s the kind of show that doesn’t feel heavy at all—it’s light, easy to follow, and just leaves you with that warm, fuzzy feeling of being loved and appreciated. The character of Thee really stood out for me. He’s the kind of person we all secretly wish we had in our lives—someone who would give the moon and the stars to the one that he loves. And of course, Pond and Phuwin were fantastic. Their chemistry was undeniable. You could really feel the connection between them, which made every scene more engaging. It’s one of those pairings where you can tell the actors are completely in sync, and it elevates the whole story. On top of that, the cinematography was beautiful. The shots were clean and vibrant. It added an extra layer of polish that made the series even more enjoyable to watch. Overall, I had a lot of fun with this one. It’s not trying to be overly complicated—it just delivers good vibes and heartfelt moments. I am giving this 4 out of 5 stars. Was this review helpful to you?
The true definition of Romcom , with a perfect blend of romance and comedy!
Where do I start, this whole series was such an unexpected breath of fresh air. I honestly was not expecting it to be this good.Starting with the characters, Khun Thee is a character unlike anything I've ever seen in a drama before. He's over the top, arrogant, super dramatic, out of touch with reality and honestly a force to be reckoned with. He loves watching dramas and thinks he lives in one. The way he speaks, walks, dresses, everything looks straight out of a lakhorn series. His theatrics had me laughing on the floor every 5 minutes. Honestly he carried the show for me. Pond did an amazing job and you can really tell how much he enjoyed playing the role. Some of the dialogues was so absurdly delivered, I genuinely laughed so much cuz it works so well and was delivered perfectly.
Peach was much grounded to reality, matured, and a really well written character. Being an orphan, he was forced to take up the role of both the parents and brother to his younger sister, Plub. Phuwin does a great job conveying his character.
Together, with these two characters, I wasn't expecting much chemistry due to their contrast, but they really surprised me. I loved watching them together. Peach though initially scared of Khun thee, came around and started warming up to him. Khun thee, rich entitled mafia boss has so much character development and I loved that he was always willing to learn and accept when he was wrong.
And of course, there supporting characters, Plub, Aran, Rome, Mok, Thee's parents, all of them helped carry the heart of the show. The casting for each of them was perfect, I cannot imagine anyone else playing their roles, especially Rome and Mok, I wanted so much more of them.
One thing I really loved about this drama is that it never lost its soul. There are so many series that start great then keeps losing quality as it progresses. But this one maintains its quality both in storytelling and production until the very end. There was no one moment where it felt draggy or I wanted to turn it off. Honestly I can't remember the last time I genuinely enjoyed and laughed watching a show like this. I also really loved that they addressed peach's sexuality rather than just making it the ' I'm straight but you're the only guy I like' trope.
Overall this series took the entire storyline light hearted except when seriousness was needed. And those scenes were handled with a care that you wouldn't expect from shows these days. I genuinely enjoyed watching it and you can tell every person involved in the making of Me and Thee put their heart and soul into producing a show of high quality both in content and audience satisfaction. I'm really glad I got to watch and enjoy it

Believe me... Just go watch it if u haven't... It's really worth...
As a long time pondphuwin fan ofc i loved it bcz it's them...But beside that if I have to be non-biased then also my reaction will not change a bit...
The hype is real... It's really that good to deserve to be everywhere... Not just bcz of the fandom. But bcz of its story, iconic characters, hilarious humour, excellent acting, perfect combo of emotion, comfort and everything....
It went Worldwide trending no.1... For a reason
It's so hyped that they had to announce PEACH AND ME(my heart is literally screaming "Thank you GMMTV" for that...
For those who are already in fandom fell in love with them more and more after watching this... And for those who were not from the fandom, loved it and joined the fandom...
It's a series which made me feel the peak of comfort...
After watching WE ARE it felt like home... And after watching ME AND THEE it felt like comfort...
I never stopped smiling while watching the series...
I waited for every Saturday to come like crazy... It had felt like it took a whole year for the next Saturday to come... But after watching the last ep i'm feeling like this journey had just started yesterday... How can it come to an end this soon...
From the very 1st episode my insta feed, my YouTube feed and i were literally hypnotized... My whole life was roaming around khun thee... And now that it came to an end I don't know what to do anymore and I don't feel like doing anything...
It was hilarious... Filled with love, care and affection...
It was such a wholesome series with such a sweet happy (not) ending (bcz PEACH AND ME is on the way)... I have never been through this kind of polar emotional strikes of happiness(bcz they were happy) as well as sadness(bcz it was ending and I didn't want to let it go) together...
Still there are some people out there who are criticizing the series and giving hate to the actors for literally no reason... I can understand that valuing something what truly deserved to be valued is not everybody's cup of tea... But I want to tell them that whom they are criticizing are there bcz they really worked hard to get there and they truly deserve to be loved... So stop spreading hate if u can't love something
And in the end I want to tell the reader that if u have watched it already I know u can relate with my words mostly
And if you haven't watched it yet... It's a request from me... Plz go watch it and u will thank me later... It will make u feel so good that it will become your 2nd home... Just go watch it already... Plz
In case u don't know...It's available on YouTube on the official channel of GMMTV (GMMTheeV😂) with English sub for free... And on IQIYI with subscription...

A Chaotic, Hilarious, Heartwarming Ride
One of my favourite couples, PondPhuwin from Never Let Me Go, and two of my other favourite pairs, WilliamEst from ThamePo and PerthSanta from Perfect 10 Liners, all appear in this series. Those three shows are 10/10 for me, so having all three couples together instantly made this drama exciting for me.This series is funny, cringe and completely unrealistic, but that is exactly what makes it so entertaining. Peach and Thee’s dynamic is pure chaos from the start. Thee is rich and out of touch with reality in the funniest way, while Peach is grounded and trying to keep him in check. Their personalities crash into each other and somehow fit perfectly.
I adore Pond as Thee, he is so handsome and his comedic timing is amazing. Phuwin matches him so well, and their chemistry makes every scene feel alive.
The only downside for me is the random annoying cringe sound effects. Aside from that, this has become one of my favourite GMMTV series of the year.

So far so good
Peak choice of actors, I love seeing the duo that I missed so much from thame po.The main couple is really funny and I saw the some scenes were improvised. Loved that the director gave the actors more freedom to add their own twist to the series every now and again.
As a photographer I liked how accurate the camera stuff is so far.
Biggest thing I’ve notice with the series is the story lines comedy aspect is like the classic fan fiction cliché about the mafia ceo and y/n.
I’m also very happy about my first musical moment in a bl Thai drama.

It has become my favourite Romcom ever
Just finished the entire series. So good. Episode 9 has some meh scenes IMO. But that is like 10 minutes or so. The rest of the show doesn't have a single skip scene, unbelievable. Best show ever, so comforting. I will keep rewatching. Thank you MAT cast, especially the director, writer, screenwriter, pond and phuwin.Peach in the begining looked so dull. But as the story progresses, we see him from Thee's POV and he literally glows at times. Pretty much anytime Peach touches Thee, he suddenly looks like an angel sent from heaven lol. The way this show is shot, directed is so good. They somehow made Phuwin look "simple" in the beginning, how did they achieve it?! Phuwin's acting too- as Peach grows more comfortable with Thee, he starts emoting. In the beginning he is so reserved, and quiet. This is so subtle and realistic. The last episode blew my mind too, like that is Pond Phuwin???? I am so shy!!! I know this show is "just" a romcom but it is so good. Wow.
It is now my favourite romcom ever. It has surpassed Legally Blonde, Jab We Met, Business Proposal, True Beauty. All of them had scenes I skipped. This show has not had a SINGLE skippable scene yet. No comparison at all, surpasses all of them. I already rewatched every episode.
---- (old review after ep3) ----
Every episode feels amazing, I look forward to Saturdays for this show. This is a really well planned script, the characters are fleshed out well. I think the last time I saw GMMTV plan this well was with BadBuddy- the ads feel like a part of the story too, just like in that show. But it is much better than Bad Buddy because there are no fillers. The pacing here is excellent, I never speed up or skip anything. So rare with dramas! Their OST is great too.
Also, it reminds me of Business Proposal and What's wrong with secretary Kim. Like the RomCom level is THAT perfect. It is better than both the shows till episode 3 because not a single scene is skippable, it might actually overtake both of them for me. It is a legendary romcom. As it is as, I watch every episode 2 times, I even watch the behind the scenes and PondPhuwin reaction I love the jokes so much.
Only regret is that I can't understand Thai. I think Thai people enjoy it even more. I am grateful to the screenwriter, director and the translators! Also for the cinematography, editing and OST. I feel blessed to be able to see this show.
