So Funny and Dramatic Iconic Scenes
Based on the novel, Me & Thee, the drama’s plot is good and simple. It flows smoothly and perfectly, especially up to Episode 8. It’s really funny and very entertaining, even though it’s not a comedy series. Most importantly, I need to talk about the actors’ acting — simply brilliant. Especially Pond. Every act, every dialogue, and every dramatic scene of his is iconic. His facial expressions and the way he delivers Peach-Thee’s emotions make you truly feel connected. The emotional engagement is so strong. The most dramatic scenes are incredibly iconic.
William Est, especially Est, stood out to me for his excellent eye contact. Perth–Santa’s acting is also very good. Santa plays a crucial role and is very impressive, especially with his model-like facial expressions. Phuwin — no need to say much about his skills; he is simply perfect.
The music and sound effects are also good. Overall, this series is really funny and refreshing. It makes our blood flow freely and helps release stress and pressure.
I hope they give us a memorable happy ending.
(Note :GMMTV much improve shows the realistic eye contact, expression deliverance Now both shows are realistic. However we need the show likewise heated rivalry .Because the show eye contact , deliverance expression each other another level. )

Should just stick to yaoi manhwa
I honestly can’t relate to anything that happens in this drama.Episode one already tested my patience. Why does everyone keep saying “you’ve watched too many soap operas”? Once? Fine. Twice? Still acceptable. But by the fourth time, it’s no longer a joke it’s just lazy and painfully lame.
I’m also really tired of how the rich kid trope is handled here. Why is wealth automatically equated with being completely brain-dead and incapable of basic human interaction? It’s not cute, it’s not funny, and it just feels insulting to the audience’s intelligence.
And don’t even get me started on the sound effects 🙄
Every. Single. Second. There’s some exaggerated noise telling me how I’m supposed to feel. Can I not get comedic timing without a cartoon soundtrack shoved down my throat? Overused sound effects don’t enhance comedy they kill it. Instead of being funny or dramatic, they just come off as cheap and annoying.
Honestly, the only reason I’m even watching this is because Bato is down. If it were working, I would not be subjecting myself to this torture
Edit( long rant contain spoilers from ep 1)
Watching this drama feels less like engaging with a story and more like being dragged through a checklist of overused Thai BL tropes, with little regard for coherence, subtlety, or emotional realism.
The ML is introduced as a rich, powerful mafia boss who supposedly despises people that approach him for his money or influence. Yet in his very first major scene, he does exactly what he claims to hate: he tries to buy sex with a 10,000,000 cheque. This isn’t clever irony or intentional hypocrisy it’s just bad writing. If the show wanted to explore his contradiction, it didn’t. It simply moved on, expecting the audience to accept it without question.
The bathroom confrontation that follows is another example of the drama mistaking intensity for depth. The ML’s attraction to the MC is triggered almost instantly because the MC “challenged him a little.” That’s it. No buildup, no meaningful exchange, no moment of vulnerability. Just a brief interaction and suddenly we’re supposed to believe this sparks genuine interest. It feels mechanical, like the plot is pulling the strings rather than the characters acting on believable emotion.
Then comes the most predictable turn: the ML invites the MC out under the pretense of wanting help to woo the MC’s friend. The gifts he proposes a car, a diamond ring once again reduce his personality to money and excess. The MC’s suggestion of flowers and an apology positions him as the “morally grounded” one, but even this contrast feels tired. We’ve seen this dynamic countless times before: the emotionally clueless rich man versus the sensible, kind MC who teaches him how to be human.
At this point, the drama doesn’t even try to hide where it’s going. The ML’s questions about what the MC likes, the sudden attention, the faux pursuit of the friend it’s all transparently a setup for proximity. The trope of pretending to chase someone else while actually falling for the MC is so overused that it drains any potential tension. There’s no mystery, no anticipation, just waiting for the show to catch up to what the audience already knows.
What makes all of this worse is the drama’s refusal to trust its viewers. Lines are repeated until they lose any comedic value, and emotional cues are hammered in with excessive sound effects that play every few seconds. Instead of enhancing humor or drama, they flatten it. Comedy becomes noise, and emotion becomes instruction. The result is exhausting rather than engaging.
Ultimately, Me and Thee doesn’t fail because it’s unrealistic or trope-heavy BL can thrive on both. It fails because it asks for emotional investment without earning it. Characters don’t feel like people; they feel like functions. Scenes don’t unfold naturally; they exist to tick narrative boxes. The show prioritizes familiarity over sincerity, and in doing so, leaves viewers like me with nothing to connect to.
By the end of episode one, the problem is clear: this isn’t a story unfolding it’s a formula executing itself. And no amount of wealth, sound effects, or forced charm can make that feel satisfying.

Thee ?
No way 😂😂😂 I honestly thought Thee would be a total red flag, but he’s more of a soft, slightly murky orange so far, which is actually kind of adorable. The whole situation is way cuter than I expected, and it kept getting better the more I watched episode one!!!!
Compared to the rest of the dramas GMMTV have brought to us this year, this is definitely the show I’ve felt the most connected to so far.
I seriously recommend everyone check it out because it already feels like it’s going to turn into something fun, dramatic, and really worth following <3

Funny, Unserious and Emotional Perfection
Pond is Khun Thee is comedy gold. Phuwin as Peach is a beautiful thing and Est is bow that ties it all together. That in itself would be enough but then there's Bonnie as Plub playing Peach's loving sister.
William with a 2 day cameo and hopefully at least another appearance before the finale. He is great playing Pond's brother.
JJ like Pond is a natural comedian even without a lot of screen time.
Godji needs a series to lead. She is so fantastic
Literally the perfect cast in my opinion. Each episode is better than the last.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!
Me and Thee is hands down one of the best BL series of the year!!Even though it’s still ongoing, the quality is already undeniable. Every episode feels fun, warm, and thoughtfully made, with a story that keeps you hooked and always leaves you wanting more.
As a romantic comedy, Me and Thee absolutely shines. The romance is sweet, soft, and heart fluttering, while the comedy is genuinely funny and never feels forced. The balance between the two is perfect! you can laugh out loud in one moment and feel emotionally touched in the next.
Pond and Phuwin’s chemistry is incredible. They bring Thee and Peach to life so naturally that their interactions feel real and effortless. Their connection is warm, playful, and full of charm, making it impossible not to root for them. The supporting cast also deserves praise, as every character adds color and depth to the story.
Overall, Me and Thee is a feel good BL drama that delivers romance, comedy, and heart in the best way possible. It’s comforting, entertaining, and truly special. Even before it ends, it already deserves the title of best BL series of the year and honestly, I love it so much !!!!!

The cast is insane
PONDPHUWIN are indeed the power with Est as Mok is mind boggling. I hope they include William as Rome. The series is super good with a wholesome of romance, emotions and comedy with a little drama. Bonnie as lookplub is amazing and PerthSanta perfectly fit as TawanAran. The veteran actors p'kik and p'ex are indeed amazing and respect to them. Was this review helpful to you?

10/10 Would 100% Recommend!!
Okay, so only two episodes have been released so far and I'm dreading the week I'll have to wait for the next one but it's definitely worth it! I've been waiting for this show since it was announced and I can definitely say I'm satisfied with the result. When the first episode came out, I watched it instantly and it was SO GOOD!! Like, I was not expecting to be this invested in the storyline?Yes, we know, Thee was hitting on Aran before, but how've you not realised you're the new target, Peach? He's so clueless. First, it was the peach shaped chocolate, BITTER, exactly how Peach likes it. Then, the bouquet that Thee sent to him with all four seasons of flowers like the four season projects Peach has been requested for. But he gave them both to Aran! And I can't believe Peach would set up a dinner date between Thee and Aran, that was so disappointing for Thee. He was in a mood the entire day, especially when Peach said no to him staying over. He looked like a child throwing a tantrum when he just crossed his arms and got in the car. It was so funny but I was really sad we wouldn't get a scene of them having a sleepover. I'm sure we will at some point, though. That would be cute.
Anyway, I've been rewatching these two episodes so many times waiting for number three, and it's been less than a day since the last one came out... I love this show so much and I can't wait for it to be completed!! (But also, I bet I'll be super sad when it is.)

Excellence
PondPhuwin are my guys. I adore them and this novel adaptation is off to a very good start. So unfortunately I didn't read the book but do have some knowledge of the story. Pond plays Thee the son of a RussianThai mafia boss and a lakorn actress. (She is the woman in red he's always watching on TV)
His mafia boss father sent him to Thailand to open a perfume business all alone with no family or support except for his brother Mok. Mok is an orphan raised with Khun Thee but their less friends now and more boss and subordinate. Thee's father raised Mok to protect Thee. Mok is in love with Thee's younger brother Rome. Thee misses his mother so he watches her in reruns of her former roles in lakorn. Thee is out of touch and never learned simple communication skills and can be quite ruthless like his dad. But he often refers to his lakorns when communicating so he is a bit extra.
This story is one that encompasses growth and learning. Peach will become someone that teaches Khun Thee what no one else has. Peach speaks to Thee the way one else dare to. And because of this Peach wraps the ruthless Khun Thee around his finger. His sexual attraction to Aran fades as his love for Peach grows.
Both of these men will take each other out of their comfort zones.
This a romantic comedy that should show 2 people learning about one another and new things. And Episode 1 was fantastic. Pond, Phuwin, Perth, Santa, Bonnie etc take us on a fascinating story.
PerthSanta will have a short arc showing an unstable relationship that may not get off the ground as Tawan played by Perth is extremely jealous and controlling. He does not like Aran played by Santa relationship (they are just friends) with Peach.

for those who want to watch
as a novel reader, based on episode one alone, i can say the director really did the series justice. every little scene from the novel that i hoped they would keep is there. for those who haven’t read the novel, my little advice is: this is a feel-good series, an over-the-top rom-com because Thee revolves his life around soap operas (i hope they keep the same reason on why he loves soap operas as in the novel because it gives more insight into his character). and that's why they use a lot of over the top editing with many random sound effects to show the over the top dramatic effect of the scene just like lakorn (soap opera). so if you're not a fan of that, this is not for you. if you want to give it a try, just remember to watch this with easy feelings and enjoy the cringeness.you might think this is just a silly series, but it also touches on a lot of other things such as family love, self-discovery, and toxic relationships (the second couple). you may think Thee is unreasonable, but he would actually rather die than hurt the person he loves. it’s just the environment he was raised in.
for Peach, he’s such a lovely person, an easy character to fall in love with, just like how quickly Thee fell for him and moved on from Aran, lol. he also has his own background and problems, which you’ll get to see later in the series. he's my favourite character from the novel. overall, rom-com excellence is back!! Pond and Phuwin’s acting has improved so much. i’m so proud of them.

Hilarious, Great Acting, Good Chemistry & Promising Storyline
It’s 3:17 am, I’ve just finished watching the first episode of this show and OH MY GOD!I had been patiently waiting for this one and the first episode did not disappoint. It’s such a solid start and can I just talk about how funny this show is?? I had a good laugh.
The characters are well-portrayed by the actors, and I look forward to watching more episodes.
I won’t get into what the show is about to avoid spoilers, but this isn’t your typical rich-mafia-falls-for-ordinary-photographer story; this is something more!!!
Contemplating watching? Waste no time and start this good show!!!!

Love It !!!!!! I am SO IMPRESSED
I just love how this balances being extra but being meaningful at the same timePpw first series together FUTS was also a romcom but it was mostly comedy & while being funny did lack a little substance But with MAT it is funny but has deep characters with more personlity and background.
Acting has obviously improved for both ppw as it is not easy to play a character like khun thee with the naturalness that pond does and make his ridiculous behavior likable not to mention phuwin with his micro expressions telling both his reaction but also his patience as well as est with the completely valid reactions without saying a word
The only thing even better than the acting is the cinematography. From the locations to the directing to the bgm sounds that make it funny without overdoing it as well as the overall color palatte of the character as well the series as a whole is so well done One of the best cinematography in gmmtv shows.
As far as the series has gotten it has stuck pretty close to the novel with some additions that add onto the story but do not take away from the og which is very important to me.
I hope that both Peach & Kian get their background stories told similar to the ones in the novel which helps explain quite a few of their actions.
Can't wait to watch it every Saturday
