Just watch it! Sweet AND spicy ?
So refreshing! No annoying trope at all. The ML has been nothing but the sweetest, caring, unconditionally loving. BUT Don’t let that fool you coz THIS GUY CAN BE SUCH A FLIRT and a tease hehe. I was surprised to see the intimacy developing quite well after they became a couple (for a youth romance in short dramas). It felt just right, so refreshing from all the “jump right to ONS” as the first scene or torturing ones. While the fl was adorably shy, we had our ml gradually getting her comfortable and used to their physical intimacy. Sweet romance
I decided to watch this series because of Li Sheng Jie. I enjoyed his performance in a drama with Zhao Zaoer.What I liked:
1. Romance - I like that both FL & ML did the wooing. The flirting & banter between them were sweet & adorable. It's wonderful to see FL wanting to go further in the relationship and making the moves.
2. FL characterisation - I enjoyed watching the growth of FL. She became more confident & comfortable with herself. It's great seeing her being firm with the guy whom she used to have feelings for.
3. ML characterisation - I like how his character was written. He's edgy but a sweetheart. I also like how he confronted SML about the harassment.
4. Supporting characters - I like the besties of both FL & ML. They're fun when four of them hang out.
What I disliked:
1. SML - It's frustrating to see a guy who refused to accept reality. I don't understand why writer chose to wrap up his character that way. The actor was handsome & had good facial expressions.

Sweet but feels artificial
The plot is smooth, the pace is tight, the costumes and props are appropriate and the cinematography is delicate. Liu Xiyu and Li Shengjie acting are on point, and the characters are well-developed. Unrequited love from ML finally paid off. SML is too delusional.But for my liking i cannot rewatch this because it doesn't vibe with me and the CP is too articifial.

An excellent show and a twist on Rebirth!
My home girl didn't die to be reborn in this gem. She only had dreams about how shitty her life was going to be if she continued pursuing the second ML. So being the smart chick she is... she ditched him faster than single ply toilet paper! Then made the smart choice to go after her childhood sweet heart. The rest is viewing pleasure.Here is a poorly written poem:
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I'll carry your suitcase,
And also carry you.
I'll shield you from basketballs,
Dry your hair when it's wet,
Teach you archery, block the rain,
Best decision you ever met.

Sweet and sweetest
It so SWEET love !!I think it school or uni sweet love trope
I love the story !!! Story so good ! The ML character was chef kiss he so caring, sweet and unconditionally love to FL and sheng jie plays really good 👍🏻 i lov xiyu play with sheng jie their chemistry is no joke really!
