It feels like we are shown very little about Huiju that makes her charming or likeable. We can all agree the prince is gorgeous, charming, good and kind. He's had a crush in Huiju since high school and never forgotten her. We know she has a warm heart beneath the cold, calculating exterior, and is essentially a good person. But most of the time she just comes across as shallow and bitchy. What do they see in her to make the two most eligible bachelors in the nation fall for her?

On top of that, they both saw her strong personality and that she is a good person. So, you have the full package of a beautiful girl that is strong outside, but also has this kind of "I need protection" vibe. I agree 😂 it's really that simple... They like her looks, and after that they sees how brilliant and kind she is. She don't treat people bad despite being the richest. She's also very smart, getting the top score every year in academics.

IF Heejoo has bad attittude, I'm sure they both will be turned off by her. I mean both male lead are shown to be kind-hearted people.

I hate that Hui-ju is so heavily misunderstood by the audience. She’s an intelligent woman who is strategic yet vulnerable underneath that fierce exterior—it’s her defense mechanism.

She’s a character with depth. Unlike how female leads are usually written, she doesn’t wait to be saved. When she wants something, she goes after it herself. Her confidence is admirable despite her so-called “bitchy” personality.

I also believe that one of the reasons Prince I-an likes her is because of the challenge she gives him. He’s used to people obeying him, but she treats him like a real person. She speaks honestly to him and sees who he truly is. Just like I-an said, she might be the one who understands him best.
