One of the best yet if not the best
It took me an extra six weeks to finally finish this—not because it dragged, but because I genuinely wasn’t ready to let it go. Reset has easily secured a spot among my all-time favorites, right alongside Not Me and Top Form. From start to finish, it delivers on every level. The storytelling is tight and emotionally engaging, the cast is perfectly chosen(I’ve always admired Pond exceptional emotional acting , but this was an entirely different level) and the performances feel raw and intentional rather than forced. The cinematography elevates every scene, the music enhances the emotional weight without overpowering it, and the overall production quality is exceptional. Every detail feels deliberate and well thought out.
Reset didn’t come to play at all—it came to set a standard. This is hands down one of the strongest entries to come out of the BL genre, and it’s the kind of series that lingers with you long after the final episode ends.

A story of second chances
A story about second chances is always compelling to watch if only the storyline is sustainable. I found the series albeit only 10 episodes could be shortened by 1 or 2 and get to the point. The love story is intense and true but the side story is distracting. They should learn from a classic time travel movie “somewhere in time”. The love scenes are epic though and their chemistry nothing short of amazing. The other actors acting were over the top. Overall a good show to watch and skip the some parts. Was this review helpful to you?
The Butterfly Effect and Armin
What would you do if time travel was real? Go back and fix your mistakes? Help the people you love but never had the chance to? Take revenge on traitors? Find the love you missed out on? Or… all of the above?Armin gets a second chance at life—he fixes the mistakes from his first one, uncovers the truth about who betrayed him, and finds the right person to love. Honestly? I loved this part so much.
Could a small change, a different beginning, or just one twist in circumstances completely rewrite your future? This show definitely plays with that question.
Now ... This might be partly my fault.
I went in expecting something super complex and mind-blowing, but instead I got… a spicy romance. And I’m not mad about it! The dynamic between Thada and Armin had me hooked. They’re just meant for each other. Thada’s longing and absolute devotion meets Armin’s defensive wall of insecurity and caution… and destroys it.
It’s a quick watch, light enough that you don’t have to overthink, and it’s genuinely pleasant. But… I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would. I can’t exactly say why. It has everything I like: time travel, second chance trope, great leads. Maybe the writing just didn’t click with me. Or maybe I got too tired of the side characters who overacted every single time. I couldn’t stand them. Honestly, I just wanted them gone. I know it’s a common thing in Thai lakorns, but it’s not my thing.
The romance though? Absolutely lovely. Not much pointless misunderstanding. Even before they officially got together, they worked so perfectly in sync that it felt natural for them to become a couple. I wanted them to be together so badly. I’m in love with their love.
The not-so-great: The side characters weren’t well-developed, the acting wasn’t always my taste, some parts were predictable, the logic had holes, and the pacing was uneven—some moments flew by, others dragged forever.
I liked it, but I didn’t love it. Still, I highly recommend it.

"Reset: A Heartfelt Journey of Love, Second Chances, and Amazing Chemistry"
At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Reset, but wow, I ended up loving it. The story is really emotional, and I couldn’t stop watching. The acting by Pond and Peterpan is amazing—they have such great chemistry, and you can feel everything they’re going through. It’s not just a love story, it’s about second chances and making things right. The music and visuals just make everything even better. Definitely recommend if you want a heartfelt series! Was this review helpful to you?
worth the watch
After 180 degree longitude passes through us, this is the BL that brings out the real potential of Pond Ponlawit. Loving it for that very reason. Peterpan has done an amazing job too. Glad that he finally got a main role. Loved him Oh! My sunshine Night as well. Now for the chemistry, it’s simply burning 🔥 Bom and First have done a great job of making me have their character. the actor playing Narin character is cute too. definitely a very nice time travel story that has lived up to it’s expectations from its trailer because I’m sure a lot of people had high expectations to it and not all series can live up to it. so Kudos to that. Was this review helpful to you?

Enjoy the ride!
I really enjoyed this series. Kudos to the casting team—pairing the leads was an absolute success. I’ve seen both actors in other works with different co-stars, so seeing them together as an unexpected duo was refreshing. It also showcased more of their range and added to the diversity of their roles. The story was well-written, easy to follow, and never boring. That said, some character arcs felt a bit rushed—but with only 10 episodes, I get it.
One thing I was still confused about was the younger brother’s perspective. Was he in love with his brother? Or was he jealous of the bond Tada and Armin quickly formed? Maybe he resented his brother because Tada never cared for him the way he did for Armin? That aspect felt a bit unclear to me.
Overall, I loved it. The plot twists were terrific and flowed really smoothly. Also, I have to highlight the main leads' chemistry—it was so good. I really hope they work together again in the future. Furthermore, despite been a drama they had me odhe laughing.

Uma série Viciante / an addictive serie
E é isso, Reset é uma série muito boa que recomendaria pra quem é novo no gênero Bl, pq te faz querer ver outros dessa bolhaI regret not watching it while it was still being released… It's a great time travel series, everything makes sense and the reason Armin goes back in time is simply absolute cinema. About the romance, I don't even have anything to say… perfect (it even made me shy with some lines). Now, one point I have to mention, Tada, I want you for myself. What a man he is, simply a complete gentleman. What left something to be desired was the romance of the secondary "couple," who, with only exchanged glances and minimal dialogue, left me drooling. It's a shame that this "romance" only stayed in my head, and I'll have to feed on fanfiction… And that's it, Reset is a very good series that I would recommend to anyone new to the BL genre, because it makes you want to see others in this bubble.

Dont watch if u hate feeling single
This will be short and sweet (well as short as I can make it). This BL is super underrated and amazing. It is probably my top 5 all time favorites. Made me feel single every day. only a 9.5 because I wish there was more of wenai and Janine. Pond and Peterpan are actually so perfect for each other I know pond doesn't do fixed partners but I pray these two get another one. Also wenai where the hell have you been loca???!! when he showed up on my screen I genuinely had to immediately pause and search this man up. This show was the perfect amount of lovey dovey cringe and the characters can actually freaking speak English (without acting like it) and it makes a show sooo much better because apparently all BL shows love having random ahh English lines. Overall, I love it and would recommend to anyone. it's spicy but not too spicy its not rlly s*x scenes more like intimate love ifykwim. anyways just watch it u won't regret itWas this review helpful to you?

An Uncharacteristic Time Slip Romance
I love me a good go-back-in-time-to fix-your-mistake BL!!Amongst my chaotic week between “Pit Babe Season 2” and “The Next Prince” came another BL into my life. Honestly I had seen the pilot and kept it in my ‘binge watch when the entire show is finished’ list but seeing all the clips of it all over the internet thought maybe starting it now wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
So, welcome to the First Impressions of ‘Reset- The Series’.
Story
Armin Thiwanon, played by Pond Ponlawit, is a famous actor. On the night of an important award ceremony he comes home after winning a prestigious award, only to find out his boyfriend is cheating on him. That too with a fellow actor he trusted. In a fit of anger he starts fighting with them and ‘accidentally’ gets pushed down from the above. He falls (in a very dramatic way with the chandelier breaking and everything). As he lies taking his last breath in his own pool of blood surrounded by paparazzi, his jealous colleagues (the only people who seem to be affected by this is his manager) he contemplates his life, his choices and his pathetic way of dying. He opens his eyes in the set of a movie in 1999, crashes out, steals a car and crashes it in a billboard (valid). As he stands confused in the middle of the road he is rescued by the second male lead Thada, played by Peterpan Tadsapon (in a very K-drama style). He realises he may have been given a chance to reset his life and faints in Thadas’ arms (again in K-drama style). Roll the intro!

Plot and progressionI only got through ep1. The time travel aspect of the plot was what drew me in. I thought the first episode started out good, it gave us his background and his motivations. It introduced different involved characters on a surface level which I can only assume will be explored later in the episodes. But what made me drop this was finding out Thada sponsors rookie actors. I personally do not fw that kind of plot point. It's one of my blacklisted trope.
Pace/flow
I thought the pacing for ep1 was good. Things flowed accordingly leading up to his death and return.
Character(s) dynamic/development
There's not much to say about this since I only watched ep1, but I thought the dynamic between Armin and his friend was pretty neat. I assume something happened between them regarding fame that caused their rift and it was cool to see the before vs after fame relationship dynamic between the two. Armin and Thada didn't really have a on-screen relationship in ep1, so I don't know how well they fit together, but based on how Thada reacted during Armin's speech, I can say their dynamic may be pretty good, as there's a sense of possessiveness.
Acting
I don't know if it was good or bad, I really cannot be the judge because I'm no expert myself, but considering Armin's title as a renowned actor, the actual acting of Pond was kind of cringe. His reaction when he found out his lover was cheating was pretty bad. It made sort of laugh and recoil.
Overall enjoyment
I have a feeling I would have enjoyed this, if not for the blacklisted trope.
