Too Much Fluff, Too Little Story
Unfortunately, a disappointment filled with unnecessary caracters and fluff. The show presents itself as a sports-themed, enemies-to-lovers romance—but barely delivers on either front.While the chemistry between the two leads was quite good and their "enemy to lover" arc was one of the more coherent elements, the overall execution of the series was weak. For a drama that marketed itself as being set in a football world, there was barely any actual football theme. Looking back, I honestly don’t know what the series was really about more than the enemy to lover part of the plot.
Several characters served little to no purpose and felt like filler added just to stretch out the episodes. Many scenes dragged or were clearly there to pad runtime rather than drive the story. And while LGBTQ+ representation is always welcome, having nearly every single character in both teams be gay—and all magically pair off by the end—felt more like fan-service than meaningful storytelling. It just wasn’t believable or grounded in any kind of reality.
Some of the side couples had cute moments, and the soundtrack was light and pleasant, which added a bit of charm. But those few positives weren’t enough to save a story that lacked focus, depth, or direction. I really wanted to like FC Soldout, but in the end, it just didn’t deliver.

i really liked Gang Jae's character like he's trying hard to be nonchalant but a guffy boi , what I like bout this drama it's not like your typical clingy beta and an possesive alpha , actor's did a Great job playing their roles , for production it's not that High budget but still they did well , the ost was good too , I'm worried bout do jiwoo's secret fanboy ING what will happen when Gang Jae found out about him being his fanboy , ( just guess nothing will happen )

Where was the soccer part
I love Korean movies, they are quick, on point and normally very interesting and not like Thai movies with all the fakness.But this one didn't really have a story, no development for any characters. Unnecessary drama that lead no where. And most of all no soccer. Could like any of them actually play. And I am sure if you were a professional player and that happened you would walk and find another club and stick by your team mates.
Acting wasnt bad with the script the had. Music was okay (that is how bad this was as I listened to the music)

I've Seen A LOT Better
- Before the very end of episode two -I think this might work alright for a young audience who like sports.
I'm not a fan of any sport, even hate some, but I've been able to enjoy and even love a few that have been full of different sports throughout the shows, so its not all because of my dislike for football. It's more to do with casting and characters choices (first and foremost).
I'm not a fan of Snape look and sound alikes (one of the ML's), but I could have gotten used to him if there was more to really like about the show at that point, which for me, there wasn't and he (like Snape) wasn't a likeable person either.
The other ML was too immature for me to like, and I don't like the Disney-channel-like acting of his with that character.
I think most of the other characters are alright, and the story is fine, but those two ML's get in the way and get on my nerves.

- Once you've through the first couple of episodes -
Episode three starts to feel more like a normal kdrama, things are lighter and everything and everyone are starting to fit better. There are a bunch of fun moments from then on and the relationship between the ML's is much better. There are even some good backing tracks played.

Overall, it gets a lot better than when it started, but I did feel the need to keep skipping still throughout. The first two episodes were quite bad, I'd rate them a five or six out of ten. I came back to watch the show again purely because its a very short show anyway and I hate leaving things unfinished. I think the initial issue was the amount of things going against the show at the beginning, starting with all doom and gloom and negatives is a bold move, especially when we arent attached to anyone or anything yet. All of that is best further on in the show.

Nem fede, nem cheira
Eu vim assistir FC Soldout mais por causa dos meninos do Cityboy_log do que pela série em si, e olha… prefiro mil vezes ver eles no canal. Lá a coisa flui, é divertida, é natural, mesmo sendo atuação, é nítido o conforto deles. Aqui, dá pra ver que eles estavam travados, meio engessados, mas também, dá pra perdoar: pra maioria foi o primeiro trabalho oficial como ator, então rola aquele nervosismo. Só que essa insegurança transparece na tela, e isso meio que faz a experiência desandar.O enredo até tenta ser interessante, tem a base de um BL coreano clássico misturado com aquele cenário esportivo que poderia render momentos bem intensos, mas não engrena. Tem casal? Tem. Dá pra shippar? Até dá, mas falta a oportunidade de fazer andar, falta aquele momento em que você pensa “é isso, agora vai”. Os secundários aparecem, fazem número, mas ninguém se destaca ao ponto de você lembrar depois que acabou. Tudo fica naquela sensação de “quase lá”, só que nunca chega.
E não é que seja uma série ruim, não chega a irritar nem a causar vergonha alheia, mas é morna demais. Você assiste, acompanha, espera que algo vá te fisgar… e nada acontece. Não tem grandes altos, não tem grandes baixos, só segue. Quando terminou, a única coisa que eu pensei foi: “ok, já posso partir pra próxima”. Infelizmente, é uma daquelas produções que não deixa marca, não dá vontade de revisitar, e daqui a pouco provavelmente vou esquecer até o nome.
Se eu recomendo? Só se você for muito fã dos meninos e quiser ver eles tentando algo novo, porque fora isso, a série não tem nada que segure. Foi mais curiosidade do que diversão, e no fim, ficou só como uma experiência esquecível.

7/10 FC Couples
This Korean sports-romance BL series revolves around soccer, but ironically didn't show much about the sport part.It's basically about the romance between the soccer players.
But since people who are watching this series aren't looking to watch a soccer match, I don't think that it's gonna be a problem. In fact, I think all fujoshi will enjoy this series very much. Cause there's so much skinship and lovey dovey scenes between the couples. The main couple is Do Ji Woo and Ryu Kyung Jae. The side couple is Yoon Tae Young and Lee Sun Bin. Even though the main couple has built a good chemistry, somehow I'm shipping the side couple more. I don't know why, maybe cause they're cuter together than the main couple. If you're a BL fan, don't miss out on this one. The story is pretty good and you'll be satisfied with the amount of BL scenes in it.

Buena premisa, mal desarrollado.
Fue tan malo que me gustó 🤭honestamente no sé por qué la seguí viendo hasta el final, es un drama con muchas deficiencias, creo que pudieron hacer algo mucho mejor si quitaban algunas sub tramas y daban más tiempo a la pareja principal para desarrollar su romance y a la secundaria (que me gustó mucho) también pudieron sacarle más provecho, la verdad tenían mucha química que quedó desperdiciada. aún así, para un rato de distracción y si quieres ver algo ligero y sin complicaciones es una buena opción
