Great Series!
Perfect! This story is inspired by the true story of the first unicorn in Thailand. It can inspire viewers to do business or start up. All the actors played their roles well, not just the main actors, the supporting actors or guest actors, they played well, the picture and sound were very good. Ice, Janeyeh and Palangr are very talented and great actors. They should receive awards. All the staff, the director should also receive awards too. It's a very great series. There is no boring part. Everything is perfect. I would like to recommend everyone to watch it. It is definitely not a waste of time. Was this review helpful to you?

A well-crafted, inspiring series
‘Mad Unicorn’ is a series that focuses on the remarkable journey of building a unicorn business from scratch. The show may not be on everyone's radar, but it is certainly one that packs a powerful punch in terms of storytelling and message. The straightforward nature of the storytelling is one of its greatest strengths. I love how this series does not rely on overly complex plot twists or melodramatic elements to keep viewers engaged. Instead, it focuses on the raw emotions and experiences of its characters, making it a refreshingly authentic and relatable watch.I personally think that the most intriguing aspect of this series is its exploration of the sacrifices and challenges that come with pursuing a dream. The show does not shy away from depicting the harsh realities of the business world. In addition to that, this series excels in its handling the subplots and conflicts. The show delves into a variety of topics that add depth and dimension to the story such as friendship, loyalty, colleagues relationship, rivalry, family issues etc.
The most outstanding element of this series is the stellar performances delivered by Ice Natara and Jane Yeh. They’re the stars of the show. Ice Natara's acting is nothing short of impressive. His ability to convey the grit, determination, and vulnerability of Santi truly shines through in every scene. I'm so used to seeing him playing a villain that I almost didn't recognize him. Similarly, Jane's nuanced portrayal of an experienced finance officer who has overcome her fair share of challenges is both captivating and inspiring. Together, they form a dynamic duo that keeps viewers hooked with their on-screen chemistry.
Aside from the stellar performances, one cannot overlook its exceptional production values. Every aspect of the series, from makeup to wardrobe to props, is meticulously crafted. Even the smallest details, like the HTML coding to the biggest props as a billboard, are given careful attention, adding to the overall authenticity of the show.
While this series may be categorized as a drama, it is anything but ordinary. From the importance of perseverance in the face of adversity to the value of teamwork and mentorship, this series delivers its messages in a way that is both compelling and thought-provoking. Whether you're a fan of drama, entrepreneurship, or simply good storytelling, "Mad Unicorn" is sure to captivate and inspire you.

"Running into a storm is actually better because no one dares follow you there"
Mad Unicorn was inspired by Thailand’s first unicorn-Flash Express in 2021. A unicorn is a startup business that achieves a valuation of at least $1 billion. The names of characters were changed as well as the business name and other conflicts were added, but the drama is said to have hit many of the main challenges Komsan Saelee faced in his rise to fame and fortune.Santi Saelee is working in a sand mine and too poor to mail his mother a tin of cookies. After being rewarded for helping his boss keep the mine afloat, Santi takes his earnings to Bangkok to make it rich. He tries different ventures and is completely undeterred from asking people for money to invest. After being taken advantage of numerous times, he finally finds the right group to work with and begins a delivery service, hoping to not only become wealthy but also to take revenge against one of the people who swindled him.
Mad Unicorn kept a frenetic pace from beginning to end, scarcely letting the viewer catch their breath. Santi had to deal with sabotage and betrayal. He was also confronted by numerous economic hardships and challenges as he tried to secure funding and not lose the majority stake in his own company. Santi not only thought outside the box, sometimes he folded the box into an origami chicken in order to push his business ideas through. Quitting was never an option for him. The wildly creative and wild CTO Rui Jie, often ran afoul of his tech crew as he worked them relentlessly. CFO Xiao Yu was usually the voice of reason and the right person to hold the purse strings. The team’s nemesis was Kanin with his deep pockets and political influence. Kanin and his son Ken were willing to play dirty in order to drive the rival delivery service out of business.
This drama was raw with even rawer emotions as Santi fought hand, tooth, and nail, willing to risk everything to succeed. Having lived on rats and whatever birds he could kill as a child, Santi refused to go back, and obsessively pushed forward even when success seemed far out of reach. Mad Unicorn was a dream fueled by desperation and desire. I’m not a big fan of business dramas, and this one could be uneven, however, it was compelling from beginning to end.

The moments when the villains try every possible way to block the hero, only to be completely defeated, are incredibly satisfying. They convey a deep sense of perseverance, determination, and the hero’s genuine sincerity.
Each character stands out in their own way—Santi delivers a fierce yet sincere performance, radiating true strength and determination, while Xie Yu is charming and adorable, perfectly balancing the intensity of the story.
This series is packed with energy, excitement, and an inspiring drive that makes you want to rise up and fight. It’s not just about business; it’s a battlefield of ambition, courage, and well-deserved victories.
