Four Stars

I like the show. The story gets better as we move along and the leads are just great together. I do not need them to FIL or be together at the end but if they are it is what it is. Jae Hui has low self esteem and does not take ownership of his own behavior. I feel bad for Yeong Bin b/c he's probably always been the one to have to go coddle his bruised ego.

Only human — pressure, loyalty, and widening suspicion

Episode 5 continues to peel back what it truly means to be an idol, especially the emotional toll of constant scrutiny. The impact of negative comments on the band members is painful to watch, as is the powerlessness that comes with obsessive fans crossing every boundary. The darker side of fame is impossible to ignore here.In the aftermath of the car accident, Ra-ik and Maeng Se-na grow closer almost without realising it. Ra-ik begins to care for her instinctively, in quiet and understated ways, and it becomes clear that his presence is starting to mean more to her than either of them fully acknowledges.Maeng Se-na is backed into a corner and pressured to drop Ra-ik as a client, yet she refuses — a decision that speaks volumes about her integrity. We also learn more about her connection with her boss. There’s nothing romantic there, but his words to her when she was younger helped shape who she wanted to become. However, her unwavering faith in Ra-ik comes from something much deeper — he was there for her at her darkest moment, even if he doesn’t realise the impact that had on her.On the darker side, the suspect pool continues to expand. Choi Jae Hui’s alibi begins to unravel, while the CEO and the manager grow increasingly suspicious through their shady dealings. At this point, it feels less like chaos and more like layers being deliberately peeled back — and none of them are reassuring. The more genuine care and loyalty Ra-ik and Se-na show toward each other, the more it feels like they threaten a system built on control — and that makes them dangerous to the people in power.

The Romance Takes Over

After episode 5, the series fully commits to the romance. The relationship between the lawyer and the idol becomes explicit, not because it was carefully built, but because the script decides it is time.Meanwhile, the legal case continues through twists and intrigues that feel increasingly irrelevant, especially since the direction toward a happy ending is already obvious. The result is a flat and uninvolving episode: little tension, weak chemistry, and a romance that feels forced rather than organic.By this point, the story no longer develops — it simply moves forward by convenience.

8.0/10

I was a tad frustrated when Raik didn't want to pursue a legal case against his obsessive fans. I get why he made that choice, but I don't understand why Sena didn't take action. It was so risky. She should've held them accountable because she could've lost her life. It's frustrating to see them get away with it repeatedly. I really need an episode where they finally face consequences for their dangerous absurdity.
