Gelboys Season 2

Ambitious, Exuberant, Well needed, Fab, Amazing, Beautiful, MY BIAS

Gelboys has to be the most elaborate & well thought out BL universe I’ve ever experienced, & having this banger of a season 2 proves that. The babies & adult versions of the Gelboys were a unique and fun twist, I saw a lot of people claiming it was confusing and I’m having trouble understanding what’s confusing about it, this is why I call this show ambitious because it’s almost TOO elaborate for a basic BL fan thats used to consuming your run of the mill BL with all of its predictable and safe choices. Gelboys seems like there were actual gays involved and it wasn’t just boys kiss boys for the female gaze. The problems feel real and relatable. The love feels real and relatable. I’m BEGGING for season 3. The filmography, sound design, styling all 10/10. The emotional beats hit perfectly without trying too hard + P New is indeed Anime Handsome. Congrats to this amazing team for building such a beautiful vibrant kitschy yet comforting world. I WONT leave😭

Wow I was yearning for this season, and I wasn't disappointed. I can tell it wasn't the same director as season 1, but I still enjoy it a lot.

First half of the season, Fourmod wasn't understandable. If I was chian, I would have leave him. But to be fair, I forgive him the second he was silly in the car.
Chian is the best written character. A great friend, always here for his bestie, always patient with his lovers and a good dad and uncle. He was crazy with Fourmod in a good way.

Bua, my daughter. I love her character developement (sad that we don't adress the elephant in the room aka her gender identity) but she deserve much developpement on how she should love herself more (because all she live for is her boyfriend then her son).
Baabin.. Wtf was that. The writing was wierd??? I kinda understand that he want to support his bestie and boyfriend at the same time. But getting a job to sold out your bestie show wtf??? And tbh I understand going to your bestie when they are at their lowest but please bring Bua with you???

Gelbabyz were a great add to the show. They are so cute. I'm happy for the end but still bitter about them. I wish we could have see them more.

I do understand what they wanted to adress in the industry: fan hardcore, hating lovers of your favs... But some part were not well done.

I still got gender euphoria becaus of Bua. I still find Gelboys' soul in this season 2: colourfull, a lot of messiness and love triangle.

Gelboys is perfection

It would be very hard for me to not love this sequel given how much I adore the styling premise and characters of this series

While obviously not everything is perfect, I loved seeing a whole episode of our boys being happy and together which we never quite got last season. I expect realism from this series and although the flashback/future kids thing doesn't quite land for me yet, I'm not mad at it. It's a wait and see for me at the moment

But the moments we got REALLY served everything that makes Gelboys special. It really showed me that a few good scenes can surpass some whole series if they are done well. As always the cast was perfect, the culture building exceptional, the script superb, and the styling impeccable

Cannot wait for more. Finally a series to look forward to each write week

สำหรับเรื่อง Gelboys Season 2 (2026) ตกอยู่ในสถานะติ่งแฟน เป็นซีรีส์วายแนวัยรุ่นโรแมนติก-คอมเมดี้ (Romantic Comedy) ที่สอดแทรกวัฒนธรรมแฟนด้อม (Fandom) และวงการไอดอล มีจำนวนตอน 8 ตอน ด้านของเนื้อเรื่องและพล็อต (Plot & Storyline) สำหรับเรื่องนี้เป็นเรื่องที่ต่อจาก GELBOYS สถานะกั๊กใจ (2025) จากกการที่พวกเขาจีบกัน กั๊กความรู้สึกต่อกันมาต่อภาคนี้ที่พวกเขารักกันแล้ว และก็มีบททดสอบครั้งใหญ่ในสถานะใหม่ คือ "แฟนคลับ" วงการไอดอล ที่มีเรื่องต่างๆ มากมาย ในมุมมองส่วนตัวความคาดหวังที่ SS1 ที่ทำออกมาอย่างประสบความสำเร็วมีย่อมหวัง SS2 ว่าจะดีมากขึ้นกว่า แต่ก็ไม่ได้เป็นตามที่ผมหวังไว้ อาจจะเพราะ SS1 การเล่าความสัมพันธ์ตัวละครอย่างเป็นลำดับ พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ในทุกๆตอน ทำให้เราอินไปกับเรื่องราว แต่พอ SS2 พวกเขารักกันแล้ว และบางมุมเองผมยังเข้าไม่ถึง หรือไม่เข้าใจการเป็นแฟนด้อม

ส่วนของตัวละครและนักแสดง (Characters & Cast) ส่วนตัวนักแสดงหลักทั้ง 2 คู่แสดงได้ดีอยู่ละ แต่สำหรับภาคนี้ขอยก ภีม วีรวิชญ์ & ไม้ ณัฐภัทร (เจล - เบบี้) ผมรู้สึกชอบคู่นี้อะ มีเคมีความน่ารักสดใสอะ แต่ออกมาน้อยมาหน่อยแต่ก็รูสึกว่าชอบเป็นพิเศษ 5555

ต่อมาโปรดักชั่น (Production & Direction) ถ้ามองที่ผลงานภาพที่ออกมาดูมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ แต่ถ้าเทียบ SS1 ผมมองว่า SS1 ทำออกมาได้ดีกว่า การแบ่งพาร์ทอดีต -ปัจจุบัน ถ้ามีการแบ่งพาร์ทอดีตรวดเดียวเลย แล้วค่อยย้อนพาร์ทปัจจุบันทำให้ลดการสับสนในตัวเรื่องราวได้

โดยรวมสำหรับเรื่องนี้ Gelboys Season 2 (2026) ผมให้ 7/10 อาจจะเป็นเพราะการเล่าเรื่องที่เริ่มจากการที่พวกเขารักกันแล้ว ส่วนตัวยากนะที่อินไปกัยเรื่องราวตาม SS1 เสียดายผมคาดหวังไว้มากเพราะ SS1 ทำให้เรื่องนี้เป็นซีรี่ย์ที่ผมรักมากที่สุด ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นเพียงความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวผมเท่านั้น ก็อยากแนะนำรับชมได้ทุกตอนทาง IQIYI
